  2. Considering there are a lot of animated paints that you can get (which do NOTHING) to help you in battle, paying for legendary whether it be for crystals or cash is a big non starter for me. Animated and normal paints should be "epic" at best. You are asking far to much from players in regards to how much you want from items cry/cash. No offence but between 1-5 million, not a chance I would lay out that much for a augment. And here is the reason why. TO is changing so quickly, new augments, turrets, etc that these older augments are not worth more than 100,000 cry. What will these augments give you in battle against the huge amounts of OP gear that already dominates battles in the form of buyers, nothing. The buff/nerf cycle ensures that whatever you gain through luck or cash does not last long. TO as most players know is dead as far as balance and enjoyment goes. Balance has been replaced by.....well we all know it's never existed, so nothing to replace it. Enjoyment has been replaced by the overpriced items they sell in the shop and the constant manipulation of the game by the developers to generate more cash. So between 1-5 million for legendary augments, not a chance.

  4. Just like armadillo. If that is the case it's a rip off. Developers never miss a trick to "con" you out of cash. 1- Giving the new turret away in tanki fund. 2- putting it at the last level to encourage (entrap) players. 3- Probably making it upgradable starting at MK-1, if so it will be a massive fortune to upgrade to max MK-8.

    Same here? Only I extended my post to encompass the effect that this new turret will have on the game, by mimicking every other update the developers bring out. Quoting me with a blank space really does not work.

    Since the reg container nerf 40 of them are not worth much. As for the ultra containers they are second only to the scamboxes for giving out cheap rewards. Worth buying, whatever.

    All depends on how powerful they make it when it is released. Going off previous new updates there is no reason to suggest it won't be OP in the extreme. The developers track record is abysmal when bringing out new turrets/hulls/augments, which is always behind a paywall, meaning "NO BALANCE" at all unless you spend A LOT OF CASH. There is no looking forward to new items being introduced into the game because they are beyond most players to acquire, that is until the cash value of the new item has ran it's course, then it becomes available to the masses, usually with a few nerfs to it's effectiveness and then they move onto to the next OP update and start the process all over again. TO is being swamped with to many updates. The developers throw players a bone now and again to try and water down the inherent un-balanced and unfair nature of the game. Players are hooked on the game, the developers no this and capitalise on this as much as they can. No player should buy premium are the battle pass. Whatever item is put into the challenge is because the developers no it has ran it's course in regards to cash value and therefore in the ever changing world of TO is regarded as mediocre at best, so they include it in the challenge and hope players will spend cash to get it via a battle pass. The irony of this is that players still fall for it.

    As gullible as the buyers? True enough and if they also have AP immunity a maxed mag struggles against even low rankers. As for this new turret, I have no doubt that EMP/AP/CRITS/FREEZE/HEAT/STUN/ and anything else the developers can think of will be added to it's arsenal in due time, for lots of cash. All of this will be added before the protection module of course to maximise the cash from the hypnotised, delusional, I have more money than sense buyers. Same old TO, recycling old ideas onto a not so unique turret and making a already unplayable game for most even worse.

    Just another OP gimmick for the brainwashed buyers. MM does not work. You still get kicked from battle for no reason. The garage IS STILL NOT user friendly, np, lets bring out a new turret and everything will be ok.

  14. Simply and correctly put. Developers and balance??? Unpopular opinion is not the word I would use. Have you been living under a rock for the last few years. .........................................................(visible delusion)........................................................... Trying to explain stuff to children can be sooooo tedious at times.
  15. This has been a big reason why high ranks/legends have a totally "USELESS" G/S. I have been asking for a reversal on this for a long time. Increase CRY/XP by a factor of X3 and this G/S problem should be solved for players when they rank. Efficiency has always been a problem to increase. The developers will not say how you can achieve positive efficiency in battle. They say the algorithm involved is to complicated to explain. Players do not want the algorithm explained, they want to know how efficiency is obtained in battle, ie:- is it being on the winning team with a place in the top three, or is it that, but also having a positive K/D?
  16. No more speed boost, at all. Your max speed is higher. example- If max speed was 10 now it's 11.
  17. @TheCongoSpider As always nicely posted. I do not use tesla at all now. As for minus field, I honestly think in todays TO it is quite useless. THE 2 things that stand out in TO as being game changers are-1 rico's OP fast shot augment (name slips my mind) and 2- paladin. Twins with its ability to take supplies off you is also a problem. Fact is all augments that do that are a problem. There is far to much copy/paste going on were most turrets can mimic each other. All turrets and hulls used to be "unique" especially when they got their own specific overdrive. There is now nothing unique about anything and even though the game "seems" more dynamic and modern, it is only "skin deep", a false impression of what it could and should be. Getting back on topic. They did i believe increase the ball lighting's range when they nerfed the charge up time, but that slight buff to range in no way made up for the huge nerf when they increased charge up time, which completely ruined that augment for tesla.
  18. Ok your the stat man. How long has that particular augment been nerfed? AHHHH nice try congo, remember who you are conversing with. I may not have your knowledge of all things when it comes to stats and graphs/figures, but I do no what this game is all about. The dilatory augment was intended as a defensive introduction for tesla, but as we both know players use it as a offensive turret as well. This is why "you" and others want it changed, because on certain maps it destroys defenders at their base. I don't use it because imo i think it has lost its effectiveness in that regard, but you still see it as a problem, hence you want the parameters changed on it to suit your purpose. As for this little dig. You know full well this is what the developers do. Everything they do is aimed at squeezing cash from players, everything. TO is a mess, a complicated, OP, P2W mess.
  19. And yet it didn't take them very long to nerf it, once it had made a few bucks that is. I will admit when it first came out it was a game changer "in defence," but now with all the ridiculous amounts of augments and status effects they have just ruined and over complicated the game, tesla and it's defensive capabilities should be back to where they were before the OTT nerf. I will not be using it. When tesla first came out it was new, different and a excellent defence turret. Now just like everything the developers tinker with it is (for me at least) worthless in battle, especially at the endgame battles. As for making cash from it, the developers have already done that, why do you think it was in the challenge for all to acquire, because it has lost it's cash making abilities, hence, into the challenge it goes. Dilatory like so many others are just not cutting it at high end rank battles. I have used just about every available thing you can earn in TO with the exception of a few new P2W only augments, which i will never PAY for. Dilatory, crisis, titans dome, are the 3 that stick out for me that on their own (as a player in battle) are worse than useless with the amount of fire power that can take you out in seconds. To is a ever shifting, complicated nerf/buff cycle with no thought given to the majority of players who can't afford the HUGE price tag they place on EVERYTHING. TO is a overpriced, over complicated mess.
  20. I don't use it as much now, but the nerf they gave it in regards to charging time was as usual OTT. It was meant to be used as "A DEFENSIVE AUGMENT" so imo it should go back to how it was and be able to shoot more ball lighting at a faster rate. Defensive augments/hulls/drones should be just that, so why try and make them anything other than what they were initially designed to do. The developers in my experience very rarely get it right when it comes to any new update, they are constantly nerfing or buffing things that should have been thoroughly tested before being released into the game. Bring back the old tesla, It will give those paladin users something to think about, just like it did with the flying hack. As i said it's a defensive augment, why give it offensive abilities. If your idea becomes a reality then that augment for tesla which has already been butchered, will become just another dust gathering useless part of the game, like so many other things that the developers have ruined to make a quick buck. There are 2 main objectives in TO, attack and defence with the exception of TDM were it's basically all out attack to win the battle. The trick the developers are missing (deliberately so imo) is that unspoken word, "balance". Get that right between attacking combo's and there defensive counterparts and you have a battle that should in theory be close. (P2W not withstanding) As we all know this will never happen because of the tunnel vision of the developers when it comes to making cash by any and all means possible. Balance as always is the key word the developers like to throw over the nearest cliff. All those against this augment are i take it haters against campers.

  22. Not a clue. They delete so many not just mine, i don't check to see if they have, i just don't care anymore. I say what i see and if the mods don't like it, that's up to them to do so. I don't and never will hold back. The game going sideways in the last few days to one side. If the developers keep on ignoring comments (not acting on genuine player feedback) then TO will continue to acquire huge amounts of negativity, and rightly so. I have multiple accounts that i no longer play because of the never ending updates aimed solely at buyers. Game balance has no place in TO as far as the developers are concerned, only OP, P2W trash that has ruined the game. Growing the economy and having balance should be a fairly easy thing to accomplish. Giving the buyers an edge in battle is fine, because they keep the economy of TO stable, therefore "they should" have a advantage for the cash they spend, makes sense. What is not fine is the huge amounts of updates (I've truly lost count) that have not only "OVER COMPLICATED" the game, but also ruined it for at least 75% of the player base. Most players just can't keep up with all the OP updates that happen every other week. One of the worst, if not "THE WORST EVER" update was the change to the upgrading system, especially for the lower ranks, marshal and below. The sorry excuse they gave for making the change, " it was to complicated for new players, hence the new upgrading process". I wonder if "ANY" player can name all the augments and status effects for every hull/turret without looking it up. Now compare that to the simple and easy to understand old upgrading they stated was "far to complicated". The developers have shown they have no scruples regarding how they implement changes to the game, balance and fair play have all but disappeared, if they ever existed. By the way i have a maxed out everything account and really want for nothing when in a battle. (a account developed over many, many months, years really) I also stopped spending cash, buying battle passes and premium a very long time ago. This post is a reflection of the abysmal state of the game and the huge cash prices they ask for, not just in the "joke" shop, but for everything. A serious re-think is needed by the developers to reinvigorate not just the game, but by doing so players also.

    Bugs and Glitches Reports

    If this is someone putting a spanner in the works because TO is russian, then this problem might persist for some time yet. Usually i am not bothered about any "token of apology", especially when it seems the developers have no control over the game crashing due to outside influences. However, because most players have lost out on valuable resources (supplies, including crystals) my recent post in another topic should this time be acted on. 1,300 of each supply including batteries and 169 tankoins (13X13) along with 13 of each container (all containers including weeklies and coinboxes) Some might say this is a bit much to ask from the developers, but seeing as how the game has been on the blink for days now and how regular containers, including ultras have been diluted so much that "the basic" rewards are woeful, I think my suggestion is not ott.
