Dying while healing others should allow you to keep the score you should get, instead of no score at all

Is that what happens, you get no score at all ?

Yeah, honestly i never noticed this. But if it's that way, it should change indeed.

Yeah, no matter how much you end up healing an ally, one railshot from the blue and all that score equates to zero, kinda painful.

kinda dull that you would heal up someone under firebird's attack and end up losing the score because you died while doing so.

It's unclear whether you know this or not but when you die with your beam attached to an enemy, the score you didn't get is internally stored until the next time you heal an ally and your beam is detached. For example If you healed someone for 10 score and died while the beam was still attached, the next time you heal an ally and detach the beam without dying in the process, you will get 10 + whatever you healed the second person for.

It would be a nice quality of life change but even if it's somehow an issue, it's likely very low on their priority to even think about since that would mostly only be a detriment at the final seconds of a battle.

So, it's just a score desync issue?
EDIT: It seems like it, I healed a random with full health and got the score immidietly

I might encounter similar problem, but not when I die but when the ally die, if my beam is attached to them sometimes I wont get any score because isida usually recieve points until it stop healing,  I have adapted strategy to interrupt healing once every like 1-2s for very short time so I will get points for that period of time.

I'm not sure even the average hardcore player would know this. I could be wrong, though.

It would be interesting to know what your affiliation to tanki is.

I believe now it's known already that this feature already exists in the game, so I'm marking the topic as Invalid now.

But tbh, I don't plan on closing the topic immediately.

If you're a person who loves to play Isida supportively, you'll eventually take notice of it.

I would suggest that your knowledge of the game is not merely limited to isidas...

If you're primarily using a turret or augment for a while, you'll eventually notice their intricacies, however small or insignificant they may be. Like Scorpion's missiles targeting the midpoint of a hull while Striker, Terminator and Gauss target the spot on the tank you were aiming at when the lock-on was finished.

Or Boosted Damage increasing the heating rate of Firebird by 50% (a silent change made in a patch I can't find in the archive but it's the one that changed Firebird's heating rate from 0.2-0.5 to 0.2-0.4).

Or Hammer's critical hit dealing the impact force of 1 pellet instead of however many actually hit the target. Or Ricochet and Hammer's status durations being increased if you got a critical hit from a bounced projectile or last shot in the clip respectively.

Or Twins always starting to fire from the right-side barrel after spawning while Striker will remember which side you fired on before you died and shoot at the other barrel when spawning.

Or Smoky, Thunder, Scorpion (and now Hammer) being able to advance critical chance on missed shots. Or that every turret except Striker and Tesla can advance critical hits on tank corpses.

And there are more. A few of them you'd have to go out of your way to actually see it happening but playing it long enough, you will stumble upon them by chance. Stumble upon them enough times and you may start noticing them. You can choose whether or not to care about it but you will notice eventually.

The amount of players dedicated to healing with Isida is close to none anyway so i doubt they even have it on their list.

A while back i encountered Opex in battle and jokingly asked about a support nanobots buff.

He seemed to be interested initially but i doubt he ever remembered or cared enough. Oh well, a man can dream.

Dedicating isida for healing is either gonna be fun or a painful experience, specially if you are using support nanobot augment
That augment by itself cripples your damage heavily, making defending yourself a painful experience

If you say so, my dude.

Pretty long explanation when a simple 'I'm not affiliated with tanki' would have been suffice... unless someone as observant as yourself noticed you never actually stated you weren't affiliated with tanki in some form...
