Patch Update #795 - Released 11th April 2025

 

List of changes:

  • The following Legendary augments were added to Common and Epic Containers:

    • Tesla’s “Shock Therapy” augment

    • Railgun’s “Camper” augment

    • Wasp’s “Grenadier” augment

  • All the turret “Phoenix” augments now have the same parameters:

    • A +30% bonus to reputation points earned in a battle

    • An increase to critical hit chance of +30%

    • A decrease to reload time of -10%

      • (Note) If a turret doesn’t have “Reload time”, instead it gets an increase to regular damage of +10%

    • An increase to vertical auto-aim angles of +15%

      • (Note) If a turret doesn’t have “Vertical auto-aim angles”, it gets an increase to maximum range of +10%

  • The “Mortar” grenade is now available for 10,100 Crystals in the Garage

  • [Turret] Vulcan

    • Regular damage was increased from 40 - 80 to 50 - 100 HP

    • Critical damage was decreased from 150 - 300 to 100 - 200 HP

    • Barrel startup time was decreased from 0.75 to 0.1 s

    • Barrel slowdown time was increased from 0.75 to 2.5 s

    • Time for overheating was decreased from 8 - 9 to 6 - 6 s

    • Critical hit chance was increased from 14% to 16%

    • Turret rotation while shooting deceleration coefficient was decreased from 0.9 to 0.5

    • “Reinforced aiming transmission” augment

      • Added an increase to turret rotation while shooting deceleration coefficient by +50%

    • “Shooting speed regulator” augment

      • Barrel startup time decrease was changed from -90% to -50%; 

      • Barrel slowdown time decrease was changed from -90% → -85%; 

      • Added an increase to time to overheat by +50%

    • “Shredder” augment

      • Barrel startup time increase was changed from +100% to +900%;

      • Barrel slowdown time increase was changed from +100% → +50%; 

      • Added an increase to maximum and minimum range by +50%

  • [Turret] Striker

    • Horizontal auto-aim angle changed from ±1,8-±0,6 to ±2,4-±1,2 deg.

  • [Turret] Thunder

    • Horizontal auto-aim angle changed from ±2,4-±1,2 to ±1,8-±0,6 deg.

  • [Turret] Gauss

    • Horizontal auto-aim angle changed from ±2,4-±1,2 to ±1,8-±0,6 deg.

  • [Grenade] Bomb

    •  Reload time changed from 40-30 to 50-25 s

  • [Grenade] Mortar

    •  Reload time changed from 40-30 to 50-25 s

  • The “Mortar” grenade is now available in all modifications in the Early Access section of the Shop

  • The requirement of the «Earn reputation points in battles» daily mission was changed from 700 to 900 units

  • The requirement of the «Earn stars» daily mission was changed from 16 to 12 units

  • The requirement of the «Finish battles by being in the winning team» weekly mission was changed from 5 to 3 units

  • The requirement of the «Earn reputation points in battles» weekly mission was changed from 4000 to 5000 units

  • The requirement of the «Earn experience points in battles» weekly mission was changed from 5000 to 4000 units

  • The requirement of the «Finish battles by being in the winning team» weekly Encore mission was changed from 3 to 1 unit

  • The requirement of the «Earn reputation points by playing in battles you entered via the «Quick battle» button» weekly Encore mission was changed from 1000 to 2000 units

  • The number of team points for capturing a flag in the “Assault” mode was changed from 9 to 12 units

  • The number of reputation points for capturing a flag in the “Assault” mode was changed from 20 to 5 units

  • Number of players per map was updated for the following maps:

    • Factory PRO 16 → 12

    • Gravity PRO 20 → 14

    • Gubakha PRO 20 → 18

    • Iran PRO 20 → 16

    • Lost Temple MM 30 → 32

    • Molotov PRO 20 → 14

    • Noise PRO 16 → 14

    • Serpuhov MM 18 → 20

    • Skylark PRO 24 → 22

    • Skylark MM 20 → 22

  • Tutorial missions starting from the 4th rank now give experience points as rewards

List of fixes:

  • Fixed the bug with the aiming system working incorrectly when capturing a target for Striker, Gauss, Scorpion and Terminator:

    • When a 3rd person is driving between a player and target, it no longer interrupts target lock on

    • Long aiming at a target that tries to hide behind cover no longer causes self-destruction by the anti-cheat system

  • Fixed the following bugs in the console version of the game:

    • The size of texts in the battle event log was decreased

    • Added shadows behind texts to make it easier to read

    • Added a warning message about upcoming server restarts

    • And fixed about 30 other minor bugs

  • Missions no longer disappear immediately upon receiving a reward to prevent mission tiles from moving around the screen

  • Fixed the bug that caused an unavailable mission to get the style of an available one if you claim a reward of at least one mission in the specific category

  • Fixed a bug that could cause the game client to crash when accessing the Garage, then the list of Garage items (for example, turrets) and then Supplies

  • Inactivity timeout in tutorial battles is now 300 seconds

People spend hours playing to get Phoenix augs just for the Developers to make them useless and nerf them to oblivion

Remove +30% reputation points for phoenixes. It will be unfair to other players. Someone will try to be in top 3 and a player with a phoenix will enter the map and take top 1 without any problem. 0 balance.

There wouldnt be a reason for them to use these augments if those parameters are the only thing. Legendary augs will be way better and not even worth 5m score points

May I ask why?  What motivation to deliver flags for attacking players is now left? Even 20 points was ridiculous reward for most likely failed attempt to deliver flag, now its 5 !? So you have eventually turned Assault mode into TDM and defending side as a winner from the start of match.  If you think players will deliver flag  then you certainly did not play your own game, why should players voluntarily make  primary target of themselves with high chances of failure  for such a laughable reward  ? 

 

This is what I have problem with, you forced us legend players to play with boring and stupid bots and then took last motivation to play with them ->  reducing points for killing or assist kill from 20 to 5 and from 5 to 1 for assits. Now you have taken all the motivation for attacking players to consider delivering flags.. good job, next time I suggest you to reduce points for killing jugg from 60 to 5.  And for siege reduce 50 points per cap to 5. so we dont have any motivation to play any mode besides TDM.. thanks

With these garbage phoenix stats, you should include 30% increase in exp and crystals, as well as ignoring module resistance, otherwise, you just trashed phoenix augments
keep in mind, these are MONTHS of constant grinding on one turret/hull.

@Opex-Rah Seeing that the old Phoenixes will be no more, would you be a kind soul and tell us the exact parameter changes of them? ?

Maybe for isida (since it doesn't have any exactly great augment like others do), otherwise, this isnt true
Keep in mind you could be using powerful augments but instead choose to pick something as rubbish as this, with stat bonuses being meh for 30% more rep.

and also keep in mind you are basically throwing 6 months equivalent of tanki on single turret for this

You destroyed Phoenix, such a weak enhancement attribute, by only 30% score increase, how to fight against your own creation of op argument, use hammer Phoenix and then get killed by assault magazine? Haha, how ridiculous, at least give a not over the standard enhancement attribute, It is only right that Phoenix can compete with other op argumentsTell me, do you want to kill the game, the bad Phoenix changes, make people completely uninteresting to play often

Nerfing phx turrets somewhat understandable as it would make the game unbalanced as a lot of ppl would get it eventually.

Scamming ppl (bcz u knew at the beginning that thats gonna happen) is not a nice move but what do we expect

As for the compensation, instead of giving us an aug that will be on the epic container & nerfed eventually,

I think you should give a unique paint for the current phx owners with a *YOU GOT *****ED* write on it or smth

Augment that gains more points without any p2w elements but to get it you have to spend months playing with p2w augments. Is that what you mean?

Did you not watch the V-LOG? They talked about it... The will give out new augments called "Excelsior" Augment that you can also obtain from containers as f2p / p2w.
I say f2p cause you CAN get strong augments for free and that is not the case in many so called "p2w" games, there are games out there where you HAVE to spend money in order to get the best gear possible, in tanki, you can get that gear for free if you play enough. 
I can understand the frustration about the pheonix augments, but nobody forces you to get any augment, you could play without any augments on a daily basis and would still do decent, if you know the game and know how to play it. 

With that being said, I do not understand why you make the assumption that tanki isn't going to give current pheonix owners an augment equal or close to equal in strength, besides, the pheonix augments have never been the best, which makes this even more unlogical. 

Tanki doesn't always bring out great updates, I must say, but this one should affect only a few players and they are getting somewhat compensated for this, so I don't see the reason why so many players are upset with changes towards pheonix augments. 

The bigger "scam" was when they decided to change the price for modules from tankoins to crystals... I am still waiting for a compensation to this day, cause that affected everyone, not just a handful of players...

Certain players used unfair methods to obtain Phoenixes with inactive mult teams way faster than they were supposed to. Just in one month, for example.

We took notice.

What pisses me off (and most of the players) is the way they do that

He says on the vlog that bs that players basically played to get an icon and others gonna think that "waoo they are true veterans of the game"

Yea, sure thats why everyone grinded, and im pretty sure that those who have phxes (and those who close to get one) are happy and gonna use it after this patch

so the reason for the change is because everyone that 'grinded' it just abused the system. i'll pretend im shocked. I like this path note even more now.

module did not have discounts it was always a flat 5000 coins.

4th slot did make a big difference and you could absolutely feel it. phoenix is just a choice.

nobody forced you to grind 1k or 10k hours on anything for all we care you can grind 4 years for mines then complain about people who use mine prot. 

phoenix from the start was a 'flex' item instead of some over the top OP item. anywhere where hazel is talking about phoenix it was always implied that way and now they just put their foot down and completely went with this approach due to 'grinders' being abusers. 

in the end phoenix noobs can blame nobody but themselves. comedy.

well, for f2p players, this is comparable. 
You were able to get like, what? 200 tankoins every month from challenges, missions gave even less, so for those who actually paid 5k tks for it, it is totally comparable and as @Hypersomnia said, it makes a difference if you have 3 or 4 modules equipped, you can go and try that out yourself on the battlefield if you'd like.

As for the compensation part, we do not know yet how strong or not those "Excelsior" augments will be, so they could come close to the settings for the Pheonix augments BEFORE the Update goes live. 

Other then that, the new phoenix augment will allow you to get 6 to 8 stars more frequently and may make it easier to farm for XT drones, challenges, elite passes etc.
Yes that doesn't mean you will 100% get more stars, but it will help you earn them, less work, for first place sounds nice to me, not sure how other players sees that.

For me personally, the turret phoenix augments never interested me very much, cause I know there will always be something better, that's how the game makes its profits, which is their good right to do so, how else would they keep their servers running? The Hull phoenix augments are much more interesting to me.

Thank you for your information, I indeed didn't know about this. 
Is that also the reason why you decreased the amount of battle points bots gave?

New tesla AUGMENT it's a joke, full mk7, crysis everything full that shiiiiits can kill us in 1 second. Just now i joined a match with 3 enemies with this... You know wich team won with 3 minutes....
