Hazel with the currently Magnum nerf making a support turret become an "Aggressive turret" by force, don't you think Gauss and Scorpion which were made to be "attack turrets" should be balanced so they are not camping in the spawns same as Magnums did? 

1. which changes to Scorpion and Gauss do you think would solve this issue?
2. about Gauss, will Salvo shots still be a guaranteed status effect?

I have issues with the game - main one is when your driving along and you come to a dead stop due to the making of the maps. you had this fixed before but it has now reappeared within the maps.

also been having issues . when a ricochet has hit a target , the battle damage don't appear or not getting any scores for the damage or the destroyed tanks. been happening for 2 days now.

garage is acting funny at times , sometimes is slow to open and its' been acting weird .. will try to get a video of it to show what its been doing.

Ok so I joined 3 games, all stopped after a few minutes.

How are you meant to complete missions and who do I ask to get a refund (supplies)?

I've wasted about 10 minutes and got nothing to show for it.

The devs reduced the waiting time because players were complaining about other players just hitting pause and being inactive.

Awhile back the waiting time was 5 mins which definitely got abused, so they reduced that to two mins, which was a step in the right direction. 

One minute is way to short a time and leads to in a lot of cases players being kicked due to inactivity.

They should either bring back the two mins (which was fine) or try 90 seconds and see how that works. 1 minute is not long enough and needs adjusting to a longer time frame.

Since keys released in the game (finally...) and that the changes of the rarity isn't good, are you going to give us better rewards and even better luck in containers and in ultra containers? Getting 1k crystals (+ getting supplies that takes 10 spots out of 15 total rewards) and getting stuck at blue or purple rarity is 100 times more frequent than getting a legendary or exotic items. Also last thing about the same subject : Why the reward for completing bunch of missions is really bad? Literally 7 missions, even if it's easy to do, we're getting only 3 ultra keys but not 7? Honestly, the number of keys we should get should be the same amount of mission we finished or maybe higher if harder.

Either nerf dmg by 50 % On Shaft healing emiter and thunder Nanotech shells  or remove/increase dmg with isida Support Nanobots.... I am sick and tired having 2:15 score just because I can not even defend myself. 

 

Where is a balance ?? Isida which is supposed to be healer is inferior to other turrets clearly not made for healing.  There are 2 BIG disadvantages and reasons isida suport nanobots should have normal dmg or just slightly nerf (like 10-20 %)   First of all  Thunder and Shaft can heal at long distances - this come with 2 advantages - they dont have to expose themselves and getting focused just because they are heales and thus they can use crisis and increase their healing by 60 %   This alone is like they have isida Suport Nanobots and they are still safe in whatever place is good for that situation. 

And second - By not decreasing their dmg they can easily defend themselves in dangerous situations, or still be helpfull for team by killing others when there is noone else to heal.  Seriously tanki you just killed isida ... the only one option left for isida to somehow balance this huge factors that favours shaft and thunder in healing is using support nanobots  but cost is - 50 % dmg what a stupid idea.... isida itself will never be that effective because it can not heal at long distances..... SO I am asking you either nerf shaft/thunder healing/dmg or buff support nanotbots....   

 

You even nerfed critical healing which was at least one advantage over those long range healers. Yes reason is juggernaut but it did not change anything.. players abusing juggernauts whill have team of isidas with HORNET or DICTATOR  so no point if he heals juggernaut in 1sec or 2sec  but this critical healing  will suffer in normal situations. I have to say it but isida is now one of the worst turret in game. What did I expect from this game

 

Thunder Nanotech shells - disadvantages 

• Impact force disabled
• Critical hits disabled 

Shaft Healing Emitters - disadvantages 

• Critical hits disabled
• No impact force 

Yes terrible disadvantages ... very balanced indeed

Meanwhile isida Suport nanobots 

• Regular dmg -50% 

 

How about Regular dmg = Normal and Critical Hits Disabled  ha???

You are right, but isida is still the fastest healing turret. Like jug mode, you'll find that isida is annoying, but healing shaft is not that annoy.

Apart of juggernaut mode isida is nowhere near to be as good as shaft even with suport nanobots.  Isidas are annoying in juggernauts but so are shafts.. you dont see them but they actually heal a lot... all they have to do is find a good place and use crisis drone and they will heal as much as isida with nanobots + they dont have any cooldown or energy like isida does.  Some of them use viking OD to heal jugg really fast... its same cancer dude... isida is just inferior in every aspect.

Augments have killed the game off and will continue to do so. They are a blight and should be removed, along with those floating hack trashcans. 

This game gets worse with every single update they bring in. 

They can't fix the garage that does not allow you to change equipment 1ST TIME and their useless remastered maps lag so badly it makes battles a waste of time.

You know how often you cross through a supply box and cannot pick it up? Well, today it happened with a flag. Killed the enemy holder in his base, crossed through the flag with my entire tank, but the spotless software decided it was not enough.

Then of course there is a moment you no longer can turn left, and you need to turn right to make it working again. Same thing with going forward, getting stuck till you go back first...

But the important thing is to keep adding stronger equipment for buyers...

That would be bringing back an old version of isida. And as the devs say "we will not accept any ideas regarding reverting of updates "

what is this!?

Today in between a CTF battle, i was randomly kicked from the game. I had even just capped a flag so I was, of course, quite agitated. When i tried reentering, it showed me this. I am furious, and extremely disappointed because during the entire 7 years i spent playing this game, i never violated a single rule, and i haven't done so recently either. I'm speechless- i don't know what to say. 

I had in mind that was gonna chill over the holidays and play Tanki, because i returned to this game after like a month or so. But today, i get banned from the game? I am straight up disgusted and displeased by Tanki for challenging my loyalty to it.

I had already been facing a number of issues such as immensely long loading time, or containers getting stuck and not opening; after reloading, they would vanish.

this has greatly added fuel to the fire of my dissatisfaction.

You have let down a very long supporter of yours, Tanki Online.

agree, its not that bad in big battle 12v12 because impact is not that big but 6v6 is cancer if you see 1-2 pulsars in enemy team, you can just leave or equip pulsar too and pray to RNG jesus for more crits than your enemy thats it...

Lag is a time differential. If you cross a box over and over without picking it up, that is a software bug, as the others I mentioned. And I did not write that buyers do not have that problem.

can someone check out the containers

see when you click on the skip button it will go fast but slows down on say the last 2 or 3 items. also I had on one account I opened up containers and then it crashed and when I open up again my container stated no keys to open it with. but when I went to open epic containers ( just using it  . i forgot which one I used after it ) it showed up all of the other containers supplies and added on the new containers supplies also .

even when you hit skip it acts strange.

That is not a rant. I am seriously not sure of what is going on behind the scenes with your decisions. The user interface is clearly that of a mobile game, but this is a PC game. Approved or not, I hope this is passed to the developers.

You have completely ruined a game that had, clearly, immense esports and microtransactions potential with your horrible management. We both know that given the cuts in the budget, you are not planning to continue running the servers indefinitely. 

Have you ever considered just scrapping every one of those silly updates and returning the game to it's 2014 state or are you still not ready to accept the reality of the situation? If you had made the right moves and stayed with starladder, this game would be the tank equivalent of rocket league.

This game had the potential to be one of the greatest moneymakers in gaming history, but your failed policies have led us to nowhere.

I request the game to return to it's 2014 state. All updates from that point onwards should be scrapped and new updates should be introduced with competitive principles in mind. I, personally, being one of the first players to play in this game, would be willing to help as long as you are willing to actually make a change.

Fix hulls please, I'm using Titan and sometimes get 1 shot. This used to be almost impossible. Also heavy hulls are way too OP compared to light hulls. This was always the case but rn its getting out of hand.
