There are so many things you miss if don't use your turret... the first thing that comes to mind is peek-a-boo and railgun pre-shooting. I don't know how you manage to even play like that. My keyboard has ghosting too, so I was forced to play with the mouse controls. It was hard to move from the traditional inputs I used since many years, but now I can play almost as good as I used to. An example of the many things you will never be able to do without turning your turret: Back in the day when I was a clan player, I was specialized in backwards driving with the flag. After I took the flag I began driving forwards without looking (if I knew the map layout enough, of course), while keeping my turret backwards and shooting at the chasers. It was so much fun, but you know what? nowadays skills like those are not even needed... you can just play unga bunga and press the "I HAVE OD READY SO I WIN YOU LOSE" button. So yeah... all things considered... don't even bother.

Alterations no longer for Crystals, but only from containers? Why don't you put MK upgrades in containers too? No wait I have a better idea, put every Turret and Hull in containers too! Leave only the same paints from 5+ years ago purchasable for crystals. What a joke.

There are few players nowadays, the game needs to bring a profit, otherwise it will close just like TX did. Cosmetic stuff does not cut it, players want an edge in battles, and are way more willing to spend if they can be stronger then the rest. In the old days, you could have a full M3 combo by WO5, playing against guys with m0 equipment, it was a roflstomp, but it was succesful because it gave the buyers a sense of power. I know it's not fair, but we can't do much about it. The playerbase is small, the income from cosmetic stuff is not enough, (actually, all of those damn paints are getting annoying, the game might as well be called paints online at this point) so the Devs need a way to make money.

Well, they said that the current graphics will be overhauled, but we did not hear anything about this matter since it was last mentioned.

Shaft alt idea: Stealth Mode. Garage Explanation: Alteration for tankers who like to remain as hidden as possibile. Shaft's precise aiming system has been removed, in order to delete the laser pointer. This modification, however, has its drawbacks. The aiming process requires a steady aim and it is more difficult to hit shots. Also, it is now impossible to stay in aiming mode indefinitely, since the gun will overcharge and automatically fire when reaching full power. + Laser Pointer removed. + Horizontal and Vertical aiming speed increased by 15%. - Aiming circle now wobbles around and a more precise aiming is required. - When the gun reaches full charge in aiming mode, it will malfunction and fire a shot. This will automatically reset the aiming process. _____________ This alteration is almost like 2011 Shaft, when it had no laser, and when it was quite harder to play then today. (If I remember correctly, it also had no arcade shot back then)

Yeah for now, I find it quite good. No worries tho, when I will reach the required rank, I will buy the triple shot alt, which should be the best one. I guess it will be a long time, since I am still at baby ranks (and I am having a blast, though honestly it kinda feels like kicking puppies)

Instead of a laser, a lock-on target symbol could be added when Gauss uses the "sniping" mode. The tank who is being targeted would see a flashing marker like this on his vehicle, but the player would not know who is aiming at them. This would be a simple warning for the victim, and it would not give Gauss' position out.

Is the alt "short band emitter" good for a low rank account? I have never played seriously with Shaft before, so I don't know. I play it with Viking, as a mobile sniper. (I use the arcade shot quite often)

If all the skins are the same, if the gameplay keeps being the exact same from recruit to legend why would anyone want to reach the max rank? What is there to prevent a player to become bored after a while? What would push a new player to spend 80$ for a skin? I am honestly curious to know the answers, since you can just create a new account and play with your MK7 looking equipment. Then when you reach too high of a rank, repeat the process.

I can see a very simple reason of why the old M0, M1, and M2 skins are going to be removed. The Devs said they will rework all the current old crappy Skins into new ones with a much higher polygon count (similar to the Ultra skins), so imagine having to create 4 HD skins for each one of the Hulls and Turrets... the cost would be quite high. Also, now that the upgrade levels range from MK1 to MK7, it would make no sense to have only 4 skins. Either each piece of equipment gets 7 skins, or just 1. And we all know how Tanki works now don't we? They will only put 1 skin per hull and weapon. Less time invested, less money required, and makes the "most" sense.

Are you going to sell the current standard skins as Semi-Legacy once those are changed with the upcoming new ones? Players who keep supporting the game since the old days (pre rebalance) should receive the legacy skins for free, since it's absurd having to pay for something they actually once owned. And no one in their right mind should spend a dime on content that is almost 10 years old, and removed because allegedly it was outdated already back in 2012.

I don't know why you guys focus on numbers so much. If you need to camp to achieve a good KD, you are not a good player. In any mode that is not TDM you are just a weight to the team who is not playing the objective in order to improve a useless number that actually is making you a worse player. I'd rather have a good flagger/flanker in my team who helps winning by using clever tactics, even if it means dying often, then someone far in the back playing TDM for his personal "benefit". And then we blame MM.

I would like a Thunder shot effect as well, maybe one that makes a yellow explosion with some black smoke behind it. It would resemble the old explosion.
