Riddler, since this has basically turned into the main topic for discussion of the upcoming turret, I edited the first post to better suit the topic. Added a more relevant image and moved your own image and description of the turret into a spoiler, to avoid misinforming readers of the topic, since the actual turret wasn't made exactly how you suggested.

Unless it was one of the developers who said it, you shouldn't believe anything like that. It's most likely just a rumour :)

Topic merged I don't see how this could happen. I know devs are considering some crazy hull ideas now, but this simply doesn't fit the game, since every hull (no matter how ridiculous it is) by default should have a turret.

Jeez, I checked the ideas marked with the garage tag and we probably have over 10 of them by now, each one suggesting a slightly different thing. Custom order, alphabetical order, profile order, old/new, price, MU level... Looks like people really dislike the way the garage is currently organised :D

Well, in that case I have no more comments about that idea.

I'm not talking about training. I mean when there is an actual clan battle with 6v6 players, the clan leader could stay out of the battle, go into it with spec mode and sky on the other team, to give away locations of the enemy team to his own team by voice.

Tanki only invests in new servers if it's economically beneficial for them. Sorry to say this, but because introducing a new community is a very lengthy and expensive process, they don't take player wishes into account here. In the future if you want to ask a question about the game, please refrain from creating new topics and use the official Q&A topic or the Q&A site. Topic merged This could happen, but I think devs might not want it because it would allow clan leaders to spy on the other team in battles where their clan is playing and give advice to their clan, which is unfair.

I can guarantee you that a real chat mod in the server chat would instantly ban that flooder and hide all their messages. What happened here is most likely a case of the game's anti-flood system not being able to detect one type of flood, but detecting the other. Player "rati_smokey" most likely posted a single message in chat that contained a lot of repetitive symbols like ".............................................." and the automatic anti-flood system instantly banned him instead of publishing the message because he probably already got a warning for flood elsewhere very recently (therefore this time he got banned right away). So it wasn't an actual chat mod giving one ban and ignoring the other flooder. This is an issue with the anti-flood itself, in a sense that it can't detect when a single long message is posted many times in a row. However, keep in mind that there is still a message delay present, so this player probably posted all these messages over a long period of time, suggesting that the chat is inactive, so his actions were not too disruptive for others. So, this is not a case of chat mods being blind or discriminating, and you should also keep in mind that they can't be on all servers 24/7, so some violations do slip through unnoticed. Developers are aware of issues with lag and are working to improve them. You said it yourself - there are plenty of other servers to play on if your favourite one (mind you, they are all identical) isn't functioning properly. But lags and glitches do happen and developers work on fixing them. If you have anything specific to report, please post in the Bugs and Glitches topic. Closed.

From what I've seen in the sneak peak of the prototype, this turret will have very high damage (highest DPM of all guns). But that obviously comes at a price, which is that it will be extremely hard to aim and will be pretty much useless in close combat.

I think we did that before tho. I mean, we archived records when proof was no longer available. Actually, for this one I think we'll keep it, but if someone submits a slightly smaller multi-kill, we add that as main record and move the current one to archive.
