I'd say the whole system of buying virtual items in an online game is halfway between donating to a charity and buying actual products from a private company. Yes, you expect to get things (more precisely - crystals) in return for what you invest, because it is clearly stated when you buy, but at the same time Tanki Online is a limited liability company, therefore you don't have the right to demand your money back when what you get in return for your investment does not satisfy your expectations. Let's divide the process of buying into two parts. First: buying the actual crystals. You go to the payments section in the game, you choose your payment method, you spend the money you want and you get the amount of crystals that you were told you would get. And you often get a bonus with it. This is the whole process of buying crystals and in this case you always get what you were expecting and never less. Even if you do end up getting less crystals or none at all, it will be because of a system error and you have the option to send an email to help and ask for them to fix the issue. Second: using the crystals you bought to purchase equipment in the game. Now this part is independent of the first one, since the crystals you buy are the same as ones you earn in battle, therefore you not everything you buy in the garage comes directly from the crystals you bought with real money. So if we look at it from that perspective, the developers still keep their promise. They give you the crystals you expect when you spend your money, but you buy the items with those crystals at your own risk and the developers reserve the right to change/remove those items however they like. As I said in another post, the whole game can be shut down one day after you invest $10000 to buy crystals and you still won't have the right to demand your money back, because you will be told that you got the crystals they promised. Moral of the story: feel free to spend real money in online games, but do it at your own risk.

The money you put into the game is a donation, so you can't expect to get something back for it. You already get crystals as a "thank you" from developers, but you can't pretend to be their boss just because you contribute to their income. Regarding your complaint - the anti-cheat self destruct feature is temporary and will most likely be fixed in the nearest future.

As I said many times before - with the 20 seconds delay (and 10 seconds falling time) the chances of catching a gold box are balanced: Players with heavy hulls won't be able to go around the whole map in 20 seconds, but if they do find the gold drop location they are very likely to catch the gold box as they won't be killed or pushed from underneath it. Players with light hulls will almost always have enough time to find the gold box drop location due to high speed, but are unlikely to catch the gold as they can be easily killed/pushed. Why would the battle fund be low? By that logic, the fund in TDM would be many times less than in DM and it's not. I don't see a problem with everyone being in alliances, but I highly doubt that it will happen as even now teams are uncommon in such games. Also, like I said - being in a team reduced your gun's damage, so not everyone will want to make such a sacrifice.
