Yes, the cheapest paints were worth 10 crystals. The developers said that the main reason everything was multiplied by 10 is to make newbies feel better about their results. Before the update the beginners would battle for 30 minutes and end up having to share a total of 9 crystals between them. Many tankers got zero despite getting a few kills. After the update the distribution was more fair, so not only everyone got their reward in the end, but also bigger rewards made players feel more accomplished.

Meh.... Not much to discuss. The new forum groups were added to make chat moderators more visible, so that players can see who they can (and should) contact via PM if they have any questions/problems. Chat moderators are also Consultants, just like forum mods, and are always willing to help, so it makes sense to make them stand out and be more noticeable. P.S. Chat moderators*

Yeah, the prices were 10 times lower, but so were the funds. The M3 modification would cost 37000 with today's crystals, which is a lot for such a low rank. By the way the game seemed quite boring back then because all equipment was unlocked by Warrant Officer 5. You would have buyers with full M3 and infinite drugs playing against newbies with M0. It wasn't exactly fun for the latter...

There will most likely be a 50% sale on Tanki's Birthday (4th of June), so you might actually want to save your crystals for then. Although don't take my word for granted - I don't actually know if there will be a 50% sale then.

As said above - no team events. Also, yours won't work because when one player dies his mine disappears and the other team won't be able to blow up on it.

People ask because they don't know how gold boxes work. In case you didn't notice, there isn't a single notification or tip about gold boxes when you first start playing the game. Most players just log in and play and don't even know about the existence of the forum or wiki or the consultants team. They just see the gold box randomly drop and they assume that one of the players in the battle is a developer and has access to gold box drop commands. There's nothing you can do about it and to be honest, I don't think anything needs to be done about it. If they want to believe that admins drop golds - let them be. If they annoy you too much with their "ADMIN GOLD PLS" messages in chat - block the user or turn off the chat.
