Moved from Game Discussion I believe the poor spawn locations are cancelled buy the fact that their flag is in a much more defendable location. I usually struggle to attack the bridge base because I just get shot by long range turrets camping on the ledge, which is a very safe and secure area for campers with a great view of the base and all approaches.

From what I can tell, it's just luck. Sometimes you go forward and other times you go back. Good luck getting to the planet, you still have time!

Good point, I should probably make that visible ? -

I added that part to your first post. Status changed to Valid. -
But then it would be an idea to bring back a removed feature. Don't get me wrong — it sounds pretty reasonable, but if devs changed the old burning mechanism to what we have now, then it means there was a reason why the old mechanism was unsuitable.

Are you using TO mobile? When you lose connection, it usually shows you a "server maintenance" message, despite it being a problem with your internet. That might be the case here.

Blubber is a funny word

Congrats man :D Honestly, even though our verdicts regarding ideas are usually accurate, sometimes you just never know with these devs ?

It's already not 100%, so I wouldn't bother about it too much. Also, I don't want Striker modules to turn into the same mess that Modules are. I still don't understand when people say "Shark module", "Tiger module", or whatever. Just say "Rail module, Thunder module", etc. Same goes for Striker — AP missiles is a clear and straightforward name for what it does.

Hey, let's be patient. It's only been 4 years! /s

I personally disagree with most of your placements. In terms of how unique the game mechanics of the turret are, I would say: S-tier: Magnum and Striker. Probably also Tesla A-tier: Isida, Ricochet, Shaft B-tier: Shaft C-tier: Freeze, Railgun, Gauss D-tier: Twins, Vulcan, Thunder, Firebird, Smoky, Hammer. Magnum is cool because it's the only turret with shots which follow a ballistic trajectory. Even with the recent changes, you can still use its ability to lob shots over obstacles and hit enemies, who are protected against all other turrets. Striker is S-tier because it's the only one with accelerating projectiles, only one with homing projectiles, and one of the only turrets with a lock-on mechanic. Isida is a unique healing-damaging tank. It's also the only one that connects to enemies with a direct full power beam. Ricochet is the only one with slow bouncing projectiles, which are suitable for tactical usage (unlike Smoky, Vulcan and Hammer's ricochets) Shaft is the only turret with a sniper scope mode. Quite unique, but not cool enough for A-tier. C-tier is just turrets with one unique feature (freezing, hitscan penetration, lock-on salvo). D-tier is for standard turrets, which exist in pretty much every single shooter game: rapid fire, machine gun, high explosive gun, flamethrower, standard gun, shotgun. P.S. If we take into account the fact that Gauss was the last turret to be added, then I somewhat understand its F-tier placement. Indeed, from the beginning it felt like a mashup of mechanics from existing turrets (lock-on, splash damage, rapid fire, fast projectiles).

That just sounds like normal TDM respawning with extra steps...

This is true, but I think the idea is that with overdrives (and a bit of timing skill), a weak F2P player is able to make a difference and feel powerful at least twice in every game, whereas without overdrives they won't be able to do anything at all.

Well yeah, but that was before HD skins were a thing. Though I remember how devs originally announced these improved graphics as new default skins, but then released them as super exclusive Ultra skins, and everyone laughed about how it totally defeats the original purpose of releasing those skins, which was to make the game look better. They seem to be making up for it with HD skins now, but I agree that the order they're being released is rather strange.

So what do they do then? Just drive around aimlessly?

Old head mod and forum admin, who was here before CooperO. He became admin around 2015, I think. As for what happened to him — man just moved on with his life and left the game. He was already seldom active in his last few months before he left, so I guess he just lost interest. Which is fine. Then the name then got taken. His actual forum account is currently r_Damn_Slow0, and my favourite memory of him is this topic

What are some good combos and playing styles for the mobile version?
Maf replied to Poppy in Archive
On mobile I always use Ares and Autocanon smoky. Shaft also works sometimes — using the scope is actually quite convenient. -
That honestly seems more like a problem rather than a unique selling point. A game should be difficult because it has complex game mechanics, not because it has weird unconventional controls that are hard to get used to.

No offence, but that's just a grumpy-old-man way of looking at things. You may as well be sitting on your porch in a rocking chair and shouting "Back in MY DAY we had to WORK for kills and driving was HARD! Kids these days have it way too easy!!!". The fact that hover hulls and overdrives make some aspects of the game easier doesn't mean that they shouldn't exist. It just shows that the game is progressing into something better, something easier for new players to get involved in. This is especially true in case of overdrives, since they were added to help F2P players achieve something in battles against buyers with much stronger equipment. Let's not forget that you have your own equally powerful overdrive, which you can use combined with your increased set of skills to overpower less experienced players in battles. Not to mention that overdrives themselves are often quite possible to avoid if you look out for the indicators and take appropriate action (keep your distance away or stay close to cover).

I just want to clear things up a bit for you. For the record, I'm not saying that the customer service is flawless and ideal — they do have things to improve on. However, the reason they are being slow and asking you a bunch of seemingly unrelated questions is to follow proper procedure in order to ensure every request gets properly logged and answered. You also have to consider the fact that there is no 100% guarantee that the person contacting them is you, the account owner, so they cannot just start answering questions and giving away private info about your account without first making sure it is you they're dealing with, and not some random person that wants to get valuable information to steal your account.

Better. He's RIDDLER_8 (and what he said was correct, by the way - this is the best place to leave feedback about latest updates)

In order to buy it, you'll need to buy a bundle with an actual Tesla for the low-low price of $69,420, and get the Tesla turret in the bundle. After that, the Tesla turret will be using Energy to shoot, and you'll get Tanki Energy every time you charge your car.
