Back online. At least here in Holland? Not lying, this is a sort of proof, look at the date and time at the bottom. Can change this ofcourse, but I did not. (normally play full screen, no bars at all) Nice, but the discount is over at this time. I really hope they get back with us about this shut down and do repeat a Shaft/ Railgun discount quickly. That is called Customer Service in my opinion! Bought an SMP just for one day fast ranking, nothing more, and now: no discounted Railgun and a useless SMP. Do not want to rank fast at all! Not really happy with TO at the moment. No explanation, no nothing. :(

It 's 1.15 am here and I 'm done waiting. Servers can be down the whole night who knows, and I simply need some time too, to be able to rank. Hopefully they will lengthen the time to get the discount! We 'll see. Goodnight!

The opposite: I like more time to get better in the game! So if I miss the discount now, I bought a totally useless pass ánd ofcourse the nice opportunity to get a cheaper Rail M2. It 's been 12pm here in Holland, and I 'll wait till 1am and than I 'm off to bed. Nobody knows if TO comes back or not, even than I need some playtime to be able to rank...

The Viking M2 is THE highlight I agree. Will normally cost you 50.000 at a 50% discount, but the best part is that you get it at a very early rank with the hull-kit. This earlier availibility should be the main reason to get the kit. Otherwise best to go the regular way. Love this hull, my "secret" weapon against druggers. Only minor problem is that if you prefer fairplay as much as possible (actually impossible in Tanki, only Pro Battles come really close) than you should pick battles above your own current rank. Hornet is nice too, but this hull can just as easily be obtained with regular ranking, unlocks early, and than buy it at 50% discount for only 35.250. No need for the hull-kit. The Hunter could be the surprise of the kit. The M2 doesn 't quite cut it, but a lot of tankers are really keen on the Hunter M3. I am myself not convinced of this hull right now, but who knows? And with the Hunter M2 you shave of a nice amount of the huge price of the M3 upgrade.

Yes, sometimes it seems Smoky doesn 't exactly follow the 5 to 8 % (not MU 'd) crits in a battle. Nice though if you are the Smoky! If the Mammoth had indeed lots more criticals than the percentage it should be: well than he must have a nasty next battle ahead of him! Some sort of revenge? :)

We play on the same server I guess, ;) because I encounter the same nooby druggers in CTF 's and luckily only a very few in DM 's.

Well, I can only say that you play really different battles than the most of us: on which server are those CTF games where drugging is not much of a problem? Like to know, and spare me 5000 crystals for not having to buy a Pro Battle pass!

Corrosion is ok! A much cheaper form of Sandstone, which is almost just as good as the Sandstone. Why not only buy the Thunder M2 and try to continue with a (MU 'd) Corrossion?

Very much so! There are many paints against it, that 's true, but not without reason. It 's Splash damage makes it really strong, especially in the more crowded small to medium maps. It 's a mass-killer! With Thunder it 's always good to have some protection against the self-damage it does. I personally prefer Cedar at my rank, but ofcourse this paint is really only good in Thunder protection. Nothing more. If you play a lot in Maps with Railers and Smoky 's than it might be better to choose Digital. Sandstone does give protection against more turrets, but only a little bit for every turret.....not a huge fan myself. Well, the paint is really a personal choice, couldn 't give a good advice in this, but as long as you do not play huge maps with few hiding spots I can definitely advice Thunder. Be aware, there is a risk you might get addicted to the Splash!

Don 't know what you prefer, but if you are a CTF or TDM player, you 'll be fine. Hunter or Hornet will do the job. If possible try the Hornet, you might like the extra speed and it 's a very good and cheap hull. Unlocks early, what is good too. I myself would choose Hornet. Just micro-upgrade the HP bar some steps, it will help. If you play DM a lot, I wouldn 't advice Hunter. It 's only very good at M3 level. So more or less a dead end... IMO you better pick Viking in that case. Viking M1 is already good, the M2 is really good in DM 's. Keep fighting with Smoky! Really nice gun for practicing aiming and shooting. You shoot a lot, shoot easy and you have those nice criticals....and the M1 upgrade really rocks.....aah, those days...... :wub:

Massacre DM: nice Map, realistic feeling! Very good aiming and shooting practice on the hillsides/ slopes. Took Tundra (lots of railers) with Viking-Thunder. Had big fun! :) Next time with Viking-Smoky: Smokey could be even better than Thunder in this Map. Will choose Tundra again (only have two good paints: Cedar and Tundra).

Tanki Online is developing new weapons besides the already existing ones. An experimental new weapon (or any other newly developed "thing") can be called a prototype.
