My last sentence had quite a high amount of sarcasm in it. I was just acting like one of those genuine Wasp fanatics. Most other hulls sucks in their opinion: especially Hornet ofcourse... (getting to close for comfort I guess) In reality Wasp is IMO indeed questionable with high recoil weapons. Wasp with Hammer, Twins, Vulcan and Rico: well... -_- On the other hand Wasp with close-range weapons IMO is awesome, with Smoky it 's great (fun) and it 's good with Rail and Thunder.

Maybe you should try to actually hit your opponents with it.

Good observation! Becoming a Wasp fanatic often seems to mean the end of objectivity. Reading this topic therefore is quite entertaining. :D And these words were written down by a Tanker who also loves to fight with Wasp/Isida, one of the best combo 's this game has to offer. Maybe even surpassed by Wasp and (OP)Firebird... Isida with Wasp is better than the much more common Hornet/Isida combo in my view and experience. But ofcourse: Wasp is the best with every weapon isn 't it??? :P

Great V-Log! Good news about Q&A. Will make a Tankers life, especially of a beginner, a lot easier. More great news for beginners and IMO noobs in general: Titan and Mammoth are now getting even more close to indestructible. Not enough skills? Get yourself a heavy and enjoy! -_- Awesome video of the week also: that ranking in the pit... :) Too bad V-Log 35 didn 't have a video of the week...oops, sorry I just heard it had one? :D Really like the new topic were Pro 's share their tips and tricks. I wasn 't aware at all that swinging your shot upwards to a nearby enemy can have such a great off-aim effect. Very helpfull indeed: nice! B)

Let's discuss increased HP for heavy and medium tanks
Lord-of-the-Snipers replied to semyonkirov in News Archive
Yep, I can feel the difference in DM 's now. It often takes one more Thundershot to kill a medium and certainly a heavy hull. Like it wasn 't already hard labour to kill them... In return it only takes a few or in some cases even one shot to kill a light hull. That 's what I call balance! Thanks again Tanki for this brilliant update! <_< Now plz. decrease the still too much armour of the light hulls and I 'm sure the mission of getting Tankers to play with medium and heavy hulls will be a huge success. Let 's force them into those Titans and Mammoths... In addition make the Mammoth completely static but increase the armour with 100%. That 's what the heavy hulls need: more armour and even less speed. Till the point a Mammoth can 't even move anymore. Who cares: it will be the birth of the perfect camper! -
Cool! :D

Let's discuss increased HP for heavy and medium tanks
Lord-of-the-Snipers replied to semyonkirov in News Archive
Speed also makes Tanks more powerfull. Besides speed makes gameplay more fun IMO and I guess that 's the same in the opinion of many more Tankers. You can make a slow and therefore boring hull almost completely invincible: it will stay a slow boring hull. -

Let's discuss increased HP for heavy and medium tanks
Lord-of-the-Snipers replied to semyonkirov in News Archive
Good post! Though the paints could indeed use additional protections, were all having the same shortcomings so that 's "balanced". Why medium and heavy hulls are being promoted by adding even more armour is also a mistery to me. I thought Tanki wanted to promote dynamic gameplay: dynamic translates into more overall speed in my view. No instead the heavy hulls can now camp even better. All this HP/armour, easily doubled by a DA. A new campaign to promote stationary gameplay? Why don 't give Titan and Mammoth a speed and turning boost instead? That would IMO have been a much better solution. -
Remove the Caps and I might....or not....don 't react to well on demands...

^^ Second that. It will increase noobyness when Tankers rank too fast. IMO the 30% and 50% SMP are more than sufficient, both have a nice price and are ideal to rank fast towards a discount. Or if you really want to: to rank fast. But the 100% SMP is very overdone. It 's like Tankers buying their next Rank again. Is Tanki promoting noobyness lately? - 100% SMP and fast ranking even if you don 't play that well - increasing armour instead of speed (why armour??) of especially the heavy hulls. Promoting stationary gameplay even more which IMO needs almost no skill. Handling a Mammoth can be learned in one day, handling a light hull like Wasp well takes much, much more time... - possibly the new mouse controls, if they aren 't going to be radically changed. Especially in windowed mode where the camera followed the hull instead of the turret in the test is IMO a guarantee for creating less skilled Tankers. Just imagine a Tanker who always has to turn his complete hull to see what 's behind him. A Mammoth that has to make a complete turn for example... It 's making the game more accessible which in a economical way is good, but I don 't think it 's going to be good at all for the overall gameplay.

Let's discuss increased battle fund for lower ranks

Low-ranks definitely needed this, so great update Tanki! -
Let's discuss the updated system for earlier battle finish
Lord-of-the-Snipers replied to semyonkirov in News Archive
The overwhelming continuous "sounds" are a mixture of being at a soccermatch and at a fair. Annoying? Oh yeah... <_< At the bright side: it could increase the popularity of DM 's...enjoy the relative tranquility... ;) -
I would not give up the Smoky M1 that easily: there is also something like "believing" in a weapon. This may sound silly, but if you go into a battle with the idea that you got an underpowered turret: I can almost guarantee you that you will not do well with it. Every time things go wrong, it will only confirm your negativity towards it. And you will not notice (enough) the positive things it also does. A positive attitude makes a big difference. For example: many players leave a battle very soon when nothing seems to go right. I was certainly one of those players: till I decided to stick longer in battles and to my surprise in most off them which I started playing badly I seemed to improve when time went on. My confidence went ofcourse also up in such a battle and I have no doubt that confidence is key to good gameplay in all aspects. No way IMO and experience that the Thunder M0 is better than a Smoky M1: everyone should make his own choices ofcourse. But IMO if a Tanker can 't get a Smoky M1 to do at least a decent job, than maybe even a Thunder M1 is not the best choice for a future turret.
-
Yep, Smoky and Thunder are the only two weapons that I 've also (ok, almost) never been bored with. Even when these two turrets are also most related to normal weaponry...
-
CCleaner is a goldie oldie. WiseCleaner from IObit does IMO an even better job. And is also very fast. No need to get the paid version, the free one is good enough. Personally I only use these two cleaners. My advice: never remove so called duplicate files and don 't ever defragment the register! It 's always safe to keep the settings of any cleaner in default: only if you are certain you can change the setting safely and know what you are doing you can have a cleaner do an even better job.
-
Yep, Thunder used to be a lot stronger back then. Especially at close- to mid-range. You can 't do that stuff with a M2 Thunder anymore. Maybe a Hammer M2 could do it, IMO a pretty OP (some say nooby...) weapon. The Thunder is still ok, but if there is a Hammer around at short to even mid-range: bye, bye Thunder. And definitely bye, bye Hornet... :D Nice Polygon DM, luckily no Hammer around...and the "close-rangers" were on medium and heavy hulls. So if not badly respawning plenty of chance to back off.

Hééé...welkom terug: cool! B) In de tweede. En het liefst bovenin. (als het een dubbeldekker is)

When a bunch of Thunders decide to cooperate... ^_^

Happy Tanker :)

Thunder very boring??? :D :D :D Thanks for making me laugh! B)

After some Pro Battles in Kolhoz a regular one. When the Thunder M3 shows his awesome power with DP 's... ^_^ Still, whatever you do in DM 's: the Hammer is IMO the new OP King. Hard to fight an opponent that simply one-shots you... :( Hornet M3/Thunder M3 Prodigi
