Lots of people praise Predator, but I have to say it didn't last long for me. I had to ditch Thunder for Twins and replace the Leopard or whatever paint with Storm. I'm only using the M1 Hunter from that kit and it's pretty brittle by the time I've reached Second Lieutenant with enough crystals for M2 Hunter kit - Firewall baby - as soon as it rotates back into play. Alt act btw. .

Rock or Lumberjack. Urban is ok too.

Thank you - I'd planned to buy Twins if on 50% sale but that didn't happen. Was hoping for an MU sale but that didn't happen either. I'm gonna take my time MUing RicoViking and take your advise and MU Lumberjack later. Lumberjack - highly recommend. I do kinda miss the 43% Firebird prot I'd worked up on Loam, but the 30+% from Lumber works okay. The Isida prot is a game changer. I can actually survive an M3+ Isida attack without drugs. If you can, it's a great paint. Oh, and I wouldn't sweat a medium hull. Stick with your Titan on most maps like Rio and Poly and pop a speed boost from time to time. With Hunter, Viking, and probably Dictator (only drove one once, so IDK), you'll miss the armor more than you'll appreciate he speed. Cheers .

Yeah, you're within 4k XP. What MUs have you put into your equipment? And just to stay somewhat on topic - austen_pierce can either buy Twins M3 on June sale or MU my Viking currently 26/50 and Ricochet currently 22/50. Which should I do?

I would also like to hear opinions on this. Vulcan's power vs Twins' constant fire. Both are good in Poly CP although Vulcan is more of a support weapon than one which can hold the point. What's really crazy - mounting Vulcan on a pair of Dictators and creating a crossfire into the Poly CP pit. Can also be done with Twins but not quite as effectively. .

Prevailing wisdom is no, so I haven't bought it. I do hear opinions that M4 is good, and that drugging helps a lot. Both of these are expensive though.

I like your option 1 - Medic and MU both Isida and Viking a lot. I would not recommend buying Medic then Jackhammer since you will pay twice for the same Viking M3. And please, I am on mobile, so I cannot multi-quote.

I would have said the opposite. Viking served me well through low and mid ranks. Slow? Just use your massive store of speed boosts. Viking M3 at high ranks is everywhere although you need to MU and use shields to survive against the equally ubiquitous Titans.

If you already have Twins, Firebird is the next most effective weapon, followed by Isida. Personally I find Ricochet a lot of fun to play with, but it's not a huge Crystal earner.

Let me know how many kills you get in 1.8 seconds. And FC, I do know that flipping tanks with Hammer is fun - remember I used Hammer from Brigadier to Marshal. I also know that flipping tanks gives you 0 XP and 0 crystals.

Buy Twins. Hammer is very frustrating. Picture it. Fire two shots. Your target pops a repair kit. You need at least twelve second before you can hope to kill him. You NEVER have that much time.

271k crystals to fully MU an M2 paint. Ouch. But I get you, I'm sure there's some ROI.

What does everyone think? Will these kits actually rotate next time? I've got two alts I'm trying to get ready for Firewall (optimus_kirk is pretty close) and Stinger (Vampire_Medic needs a lot of crystals - toying with the idea of buying but hate to do that).

Too weak for M3. Highest prot on Blacksmith is Vulcan 25%. Might improve if you throw a lot of crystals into MUs?

Princess, I though you quit Tanki. Are you still on the forums or do you still play too?

Not that I can tell. So.... 2 weeks into my Crystal vs Supplies analysis on missions. The numbers have stabilized with a bit of day to day variation, but I think I have backed into the following as pretty much what Tanki is doing for non-Gismos. Overall.... approximately: 5% chance of Premium Account 3-hour reward 55% chance of Supply reward 40% chance of Crystal reward But this is NOT the whole story. I also tracked by each account. Tanki seems to give lower ranks more Crystal rewards, of course with lower amounts of crystals. My Warrant Officer 3 (ranked up to WO4 mid week) got Crystal rewards almost 55% of the time. My Second Lieutenant saw closer to the 40% crystals, while my poor (literally!) Field Marshal only got 35% crystals. I'm going to let this shake out another week and report fully on what I see at each rank. But until then - Shenanigans! .

^I would say Picasso - Shaft, Rail, and Thunder. No Vulcan though. Perfect long range paint would Prot vs Shaft, Rail, and Vulcan at least 25% each. No such paint as far as I can tell.
