That's not so much about the update.. thats more because they give 1,5x Battle Funds; many players are around and they have not increased the number of servers.

^- I've played and seeked some premiums to have it checked; they simply receive 100% of the stuff that the others receive. normal tanker 150cr premium tanker 300cr I've no idea how to claim a 150% bonus with that.. but I won't argue with them :p

Less points scored _usually_mean less crystals in the battle fund. Do you any have contradictionary information, that came along with the "feature"? So overall this change reduces the fund; which most likely keeps the crystals/xp stable; while the xp/hour and crystals/hour both drop. I'm not amused. There are better ways to handle powerlevelers.. like giving away less score for tanks that dont hit anything (nothing) when they shoot. Even noobs hit some things.. and the threashhold could be increased with ranks. -

honestly, it is already enough that this game does no encourage rankup at all. For most players it is way more fun to stay in the same rankrange for as long as you can ( -> crystal per XP ratio) And now they even limit that. ps: that's not vs the moderaation here.. that's pointed towards the dev's -

unfortunately it leads to xp reduction in plain normal XP/BP DM battles in the M3 ranks it also reduces the fund in this plain normal battles Those tanks I fought were no noobs, they were + on my main (Legend). And it does the same for Premiums, that actually pay for getting more XP and crystals. If the idea of Premium is that players gain 50% more XP, and get 100% crystals and shall spend some of them on drugs to progress faster -> why should they do so, if the system caps about 10..20% of their score and fund? -
^- I though the same way when I was your rank.. about hunter and about smoky. When I saw them in M2, M3 and M4.. well.. that changed my mind a little :p

A short tutorial that teaches you the - basics of controls and kills - to cap a single flag (get it from enemy base, drive to your base over flagpoint but your flag is not there, your flag is held by another tank around the corner, drive over and kill him, return your flag, cap it then) - CP (kill the tnk close to CP and park there to cap the CP) should be enough. On the first time you are join a CTF or a CP game, it could tell you, that in the lobby on the left side of the screen (where the chat uses to be for higher ranks), the yellow text there explains the CTF, TDM and CP gamemode.. and provides a link to a short video tutorial. -

I think it would make sense to have a certain gem-color for [Legend 1+2], and a different one for [Legend3+above]. Legen 3 are 2Mio XP, and a lot of things have changed by there. Introducing that as new rank does also give the possibility to make the rank selection during the battle creation more detailed: ... [gismo] - [Legend1+2] - [Legend3 + all above]- 25 replies

Areas comparism below. But whatever: the original point was, that even on large maps (take Kungur) you see more [heavy+mediums] then [light] hulls in the highest ranks. ps: IMHO the reason why so many players play poly CP, is that there is only one CP (all tanks get there), the CP is uncovered in the center while all tanks spawn around it (you can take it under fire within a few seconds), and the number of players that can be put into it is very large (surival time for tanks = low, therefore number of kills per battle = high. => Fund)

It is not less secure then before. The possibility to use the [remember me] checkbox during the login is here since ages - the only change now, is that you can make use of it for your own personal alternative accounts. If someone gonna use it to remember all accounts inside hos family, it's maybe not so clever. Who ever clicks it, has to be aware, that any person visiting the tanki page after him from the same computer account, will log in there automatically. And actually every person that shares the computer with others and uses those "remember me" functions for forums, game accounts or whatever, should truely reconsider their way to handle stuff. You know.. even if you trust that person, they may invite a friend one day and play together on the PC, then your person moves to the toilet and the friend has the PC for him alone.

^ this cant be answered like "what is better". Rail has it's purpouse on the battlefield.. nad Thunder has it's purpouse. In terms ov versilability and damage per minute the Tunder is ahead; if you are a true longrange sniper then Rail is your choice. Of course you can try to play versatile with Rail too, and it will make you a true good tanker (due to the shoot-delay and the longer reload you need to think ahead more, compared with Thunder).

maybe additionally XP gained by... - dealing damage (kills and assists) - mines - healing - flags taken/transported/delivered - killing flagrunners - returning flags - CPs ?

The'll never ever grant a reasonable amount of crystals for playing in an offline client.. this would be a "all doors open" invitation for manipulation (bots, hacks, cheat enginge works, ..). A training mode would make sense.

I actually never play Dusseldort and Lost Temple, and I, hmm strongly dislike (!"§%!"§$!!!!!!) Solimansk . But the large maps that I do like are Kungur, Tribute, Serpuchov (sometimes Skylark) / medium maps: Barda, Bridges, Red Alert. The funny thing is, while in medium ranks a lot of Light Hulls have been around there, in higher ranks the Medium Hulls clearly dominate the battle field on the larger maps. Since the update it became even worse. The advantage of light hulls is clearly mobility and agility. The high ranks have not much issues in hitting 8/10 shots on a wasp in full speed or in dodging curves all across the battlefield. And Speed and Agility have both been cut down since 1,5 years now. So if they don't miss a lot, you don't live that long. In attack you survive either on drugs, with heavy protection modules or both. Or you simply.. well.. die most of the time. Concealment helps, but those Gismos and Legend have a pretty good battlefield awareness. You can however succeed in attack, if some mediums go infront of you or give them heavy troubles from one side, while you slip in at the other end, hoping that noone spawns near to you. You can also play mobile defense & attack support sniper (which I like to do a lot).

In the vLog they said "For Premium tankers the bonus is even bigger: 150%" How does your result of "3000cr" and your assumption of "premiums will get x2" comply with their saying? The 150% do not fit in there.. and if it's simply x2 they would have said "The Satturday and Sunday battle fund will be increased by 50% - and premius get 200% of what a normal tanker gets!". The 200% sounds way better then the 150% they mentioned. So.. it's unlikely. I think instead of a normal fund of 100cr, the normal players will receive 150cr, while premius will receive either 250cr (250%) or 325cr (325%)

those turrets work on a Hornet M2 very well. When you later grow into the M3 ranks you should consider a Medium hull.

winning is associated with "beeing better", "beeing powerfull", and those thrills and make people feel better. It's part of becoming mature to realise, that a cheated win feels only shallow and hollow. but even mature players, that know that there is no mental win in cheated wins, still cheat as it gives them other wins (like crystals).

hmm.. I don't think so. They said something like 50% more fund and premiums get a bonus of 150%. Thats the friendly way of saying "sorry, you have premium but you will not get 2x the fund of a normal player.."

This game give the winning team way more then the loosing team. The price of high end gear is ok, but the price of Microupgrades are insane. This two things breed mults. Mult users don't think in terms of competition or fairness, they are just "crystals, crystals, crystals". Tanki enforces this kind of thinking in order to succeed, by the way their economy is set up. The economy leads to a certain degree of frustration.. on purpouse.. and buying is the usual way out of it. While mild buying helps a lot in midranks, the full price of a M4 combo in USD makes your eyes drop out ;) Mults are -the- cheap solution to get around it. Funny thing is: - you mult, you get banned from chat (mult more, punishment grows..) - you use a bot to powerlevel, you get blocked from the game forever on first case
