I've been using Missile Launcher "Hunter" a lot over the past several weeks. Striker's Supercharge is really powerful and I'm on the fence as to whether it's OP or not, because since it's Striker, it still needs some skill to use well. Either way, this augment is a lot of fun to use and can lead to some great results. Here are a few: I was using Striker/Hornet for the Special Mission, and the game put me in a Year 2042 CP match. I saw a group of 4 tanks all parked around the point that's under the top platform, so I used my Overdrive, and ended up picking off the first three one by one with Supercharged rockets. The fourth guy managed to run away and ran around a couple of those metal crates. Luckily he stopped to attack someone else and I was able to finish him off with the AP effect still active. This speaks for itself. I didn't even have Supercharge active, I just happened to get a lucky rocket right when three guys on the other team were huddled together.

The experiment coincided with the last Ultra Weekend, so they didn't make a dedicated thread for it. I don't know why. I guess we were supposed to leave feedback there, which is weird because they closed it super quickly.

It'll most likely get made exclusive to Ultra Containers after the event ends. Ducks and Glow were in similar bundles before, and are now available in Ultra Containers.

Is nobody going to talk about the price of the fan paints? Pretty sure the recent Tankisport paints were much cheaper O_o

From what I (vaguely) understand, this supply box is like a teleportation device where a tank at point A will switch locations with a tank at point B. There's no body-swapping, and you always maintain control of YOUR tank. The only thing that will change is the location. Anyway, I think that this is not a good idea. The person you're switching with doesn't know that they will suddenly be teleported and will get annoyed when they get taken away from what they're trying to do. Also, this has incredibly high potential for multing/sabotage. Let's say you're hiding with the flag and don't have that much HP left. Some random mult takes the box and puts you out into the open. You die, the flag gets returned, and the enemy team scores a point.

I don't know, Vampire Isida still seems a little too new for the devs to put it in a Challenge. Maybe the augment'll be AP Hammer or Blunderbuss? Or it could be a Railgun augment.

Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like maps like these would either need to be simplified or very large. If the latter, then that would just cause lag. I also think there are too many huge maps in the game already. But that’s just my opinion.
-
That’s always been the case for Deathmatch.

I don't like the change that they made where the news box is the first thing you see when you open the game. It's annoyingly intrusive and the only announcements that I personally care about are the ones that get posted on the Forum (which I already read so this box is flatout useless to me).

Now that Jammer Immunity is a thing, What would you say are the best hulls for it? I'm thinking Crusader (because of how quickly it recharges), Titan (because of how team-oriented it is), and Dictator (also team-oriented like Titan, but while it's not as crucial it does have some solo applications (free supply refresh, supercharge)

There's a bug with private parkour battles where it's impossible to drop Gold Boxes. I don't remember how to get around it but you need to check/uncheck specific settings if I remember correctly.

Stop quoting random posts just to promote your topic. It’s not urgent at all.

valid Search bar at the ratings site brings a list of search results
Okami replied to Okami in Ideas and Suggestions
Now that a reworked, built-in rating/profile system is planned for the game, I'm going to revive this thread with a few tweaks to the original idea. Accessible username history Many players have made a LOT of name changes, and a list like "Previous usernames: Name 1, Name 2, Name 3, Name 4, Name 5, Name 6, etc." like I suggested in the OP would be way too long. Instead, there should be a little icon next to a player's name in both the actual profile, and also this box. Hovering your cursor over it would say something like "View username history", and clicking on the icon would show a list of the player's previous usernames, as well as the ranks in which they had those usernames. Maybe it could be formatted like this: ^ As you can see, the rank icon would still be displayed twice, even if the player has changed their username twice without ranking up (or as a Legend) Notes: - The icon can only be interacted with in the profile. Hovering your mouse over it or clicking it wouldn't do anything in the basic box that appears when you click on someone's username. - I'm not sure what the little "View username history" icon would look like yet. That's for the devs to decide what would look best in the new interface. Multiple search features Currently, the search feature only shows you the player who is the current owner of a certain username. That can leave a lot of open-ended questions, especially with how mobile users get a free name change from user_######### to whatever they want. My idea is that there should be more than one search method in the search page, this could be achieved by having a drop-down box next to the search bar which gives the user one of two options. The first option (also the default one) will work like the profiles currently do, meaning that it'll take you to whoever has that username right at that moment. The second option would bring a list of players who USED to have that name but ended up changing it, either with a Rename Pass or by simply going inactive. Accounts that paid to change their username would appear first in the list, and then players who are inactive would make up the last results. -
It's arrived. When they said "today" they probably waited until 11:59 PM on July 2 in Hawaii lol

Me too. I’ve been waiting because I also don’t want to get Tesla when I could just buy it in the Garage pretty soon. Sure, I could use my crystals to upgrade Tesla, but I would rather use them to upgrade Armadillo during a sale. Look at the bright side though, you’ll be able to open 315 Ultra Containers at once instead of 300.
-
That would be really great. It’s not 100% unrealistic though. Armadillo was unlocked at 4 million and we made it to almost 13 million.
-
They said in the Russian Forum that prizes will be given today. I have no idea what time, but I have my fingers crossed that it'll be soon.
-
Yes. That list is only people who bought the Fortunate bundle because everyone who bought the Winner bundle will be getting Tankoins.
-
I think it's a good idea. I've played other games with sudden death periods and they add a whole new level of fun and intensity. You should post a topic here suggesting it!

Ideally, right after the next server update. But with how the devs are when it comes to automatically adding stuff to people’s accounts, it’ll most likely be at some completely random time between the next server update and the one after that. Which sucks, because I’d like to have my prizes ready when I log in (right after the server update).

No. You’re missing the point. Field Marshal-Generalissimo is a crucial time to micro-upgrade your only Mk7 items as much and as quickly as you can, because you’ll be facing Legends with Mk7-20 turrets and hulls, as well as maxed-out drones. If you don’t micro-upgrade quickly enough during those ranks, you’re in a world of hurt. Imagine what new modifications for Legends would do to battles like these. It’s already difficult to fight Mk7-20s with Mk7-3s (or anything in that area. Mk7-3 is just a random number), so fighting an Mk10 with an Mk7 (at best. I’ve seen Marshals with Mk6 or Mk5 equipment.) is an impossible battle.
-
Commander->Generalissimo->Legend is way too short when you look at other intervals of when things unlock. Mk6 items unlock from around Colonel-Major General, and all Mk7 items unlock at Marshal. That's anywhere from 300,000 to 480,000 experience points, which is plenty of time to earn crystals. How far is it from Commander to Generalissimo, 150,000 experience points? That's way too short, especially considering that the price tag would DEFINITELY be higher.

This will definitely end well.
