In addition to what my fellow friend said, please remember that the confirmation link (after filling the form) doesn't work on chrome and opera. If you open the confirmation link on chrome, It will open the application form again and it won't confirm, and you won't get a ticket number and moreover, that confirmation link won't work again. Therefore, you'll have to fill the form again so it is better to open the confirmation link on Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Good luck.

Transferring crystals is impossible as far as I know, you can either give the player(s) a gift card or you can tell him/her to go the shop, choose what they want to buy and when they open the link they have to fill the info, simply they can copy the link to you and you will buy them for them without asking their password and once you finish purchasing, they will get the crystals you bought for them and the links gets closed, done. :)
