What do you mean by same as Tap, you can hold the tap bottom and still take a picture, anyway try to describe the problem a little bit more please and of course you can record a short video of it since you are not playing so it shouldn't be that laggy.

It is probably same problem as the friendlist that some players are having. You just have to wait or give it couple minutes to hours and try it again, clearing your cache can also do some changes but waiting should solve your problem. Sometimes t gets stuck and you might wait couple seconds to minutes. You can also try refreshing your browser or whatever you are using and see if it worked or not. About the HTML5, the Devs are working on it and it isn't an easy process so please wait and see till they finish, let's hope it will happen as soon as possible, we all are waiting that.

I checked your profile and it seems like that Hammer would be the idle Turret for you to use. Not only are you familiar with it and used it for 24h but it is also a very deadly weapon, especially at your rank or among low ranked players and of course with 1 double damage, you can wipe the enemy team easily, but only as long as you maintain your distance and try to be in a public place rather than hiding, shooting, reloading in a corner, etc. Anyway, I would say go for Hammer. :)

Usually server can "think" negative crystals are a result of cheating. If you're sure you did not do anything wrong, than please do what HRH said and contact them via the link given above.

Yes, my friend. It happened to me as well, I got my crystals when the battle ended although the battle reward showed me 0 crystals so this could be the case for you as well.
