In addition to all the replies mentioned above, many things before the rating page was created will not be counted, there are some players who played for example 500h with some equipment but if you check their profile, it only shows 20h for example and this is because before is not counted and only after is. And from your post it seems like you have created your account before the ratings were introduced so everything you have done/achieved will not be displayed in there. Closed.

And if you still having the same problem, since it is only the Client, just clear the Client catch and nothing else as the problem is mainly on the Client. More info on how to clean the Client's cache can be found in here in case you will ever need it in the future.

How to create NON-pro battles?

Unfortunately the only way you can get your account back is contacting them, I can't do much but guide you or tell you what to do. Some of their answers might take longer than the first few ones you received so keep that in mind as well and be patient instead of sending multiple messages. Just because sometimes they answered you quickly doesn't mean/guarantee that the same will happen and you will get quick replies to your questions. Sometimes they are busy while other times they aren't, sometimes the process is faster, meanwhile other times it isn't and some players send multiple forms or messages without waiting which will probably give a bad impression or slow down the process.

When I'm using a normal Turret which will help me prevent from myself being flipped, it is good but when I'm using Isida or Freeze and other Turrets that won't be much of a help, it i pretty annoying when this happens and yes, I have seen it as well. In normal battles, you bounce a little but in space mode, you might even start flying, those who believed they can fly... this is the time their dreams come true. ^_^

You have to explain nice and clearly everything you can and everything you did, lying is not an option since some players does but just tell them what you said in here clearly and hope for the best. Email is an old option though so use the link instead of sending a email to them.

You sir/ma'am nailed it, I get around 100 download but my upload doesn't stay 95+, kinda bounces from 97-94,3 but reaches close to 100% but not much. With a speed like that, it should be the game. Even if you or I buy the world's most expensive PC or Laptop ever, there will always and always be few lags here and there.
