Well you have smoky mk6 at WO4. That's 8 ranks earlier than average joe can buy it individually, or upgrade from mk5. That may account for some (actually a LOT) of your success.

I was pointing out one of the major issues back then - it was not all roses as some would like to believe. And as for mk7s at WO - that is temporary - what about that do you not understand?

Well garder is not a great example - it's not even in MM. Beyond 40m it does 25% damage. 40m or less it does 660+ -

Other side of map??? ???? SNIPE. Shaft has advantage at long range. Also had advantage at short range due to activation delay of Hunter OD. IF the numbers represent a nerf that advantage declines of course - depending on if hunter can time it right - wait too long = dead. Too soon and shaft was out of range = wasted OD. That black dot is out of range of Hunter OD. -

I understand this. Up to 30 feet RFM does 660-750 damage. Up to 40 feet it can do ... 660. Beyond 40 feet it does weak damage. -

I disagree. Mk5 and above the RFM has max damage range > Hunter emp range. And since the RFM will fire all 3 shots faster than the Hunter OD delay, I don't see how Hunter has control. RFM doesn't even need to be in Max damage range if it is on a hornet. The MIN arcade damage is an astounding 660. That's better than smoky MAX damage. EDIT: So the numbers represent reload? that means HUnter OD delay now faster than 3 shots from RFM? -
so really that is RELOAD... every 270/375 ms it fires again.

Did RFM get buffed or nerfed? Would be great for a Mod to clarify what firing rate measured in ms means... 270 ms to 375 ms is... that better or worse? How the heck is firing rate measured in ms?

That's good news for Hunter. Whenever m Hunter encountered a hornet-shaft (RFM) it could kill my tank faster than OD activates, even if we pressed button at same time. Now the time for 3 shots is > than hunter activation. -

it's an oxy-moron then. Rate of fire means how fast a gun fires. When you increase the rate of fire it should fire faster. But they've added paramters for a relaod. Every so-many ms you can fire again. Raising that means it decreases the rate of fire. Their choice of words is terrible. -

So no-life-ing it with premium will get you hornet fire immunity. That's just friggin great. Now smoky incendiary and hammer dragons breath (which ironically is another reward) will have harder time. Every time I buy or try to upgrade something TO makes it less useful. and yet Hornet remains untouched....

I dont find capping points in CP an issue. I want something that really helps steal a flag or score a goal. Lifeguard is kinda anti-hornet, so there is that. But 3x RK ... ?

well - you need to make it that far for it to work. Defender or Lifeguard give you a better chance of making it TO the flag.

Interesting - less armor for more time. Which do you think is better for capping flags? Lifeguard or Defender? Lifeguard definitely higher cost with 3x RK...

You could be right - should be "increased reload time"?

Lifeguard would prevent that one-shot-kill from the hornet. So how longer after the Defender bonus runs out can you apply again?

And of course I was upgrading Defender drone. Now may not be worth it. Lifeguard might be better upgraded. For light and medium hulls it gives same total protection (instant RK is like +100% DA) AND saves you from OSK. Actually - how often can that DA+ be applied with defender? Recharge is 3s and reduction of DA cooldown is 10 seconds...
