Equip Ricco+Plasma Torch alteration and kiil the dictator first. Having DD handy helps too. It's also the opposite. If you catch the dictator and friends just after they activate they could be in serous trouble. Biggest issue though is that stupid 1.1 second delay for Hunter OD - you can actually be killed in that time and it does not activate even though you've already pressed space. That is quite annoying and IMO unfair.
-
You will also always get instantly destroyed by the Hornet+OD+DD+LCR. Diff is gauss has splash but also needs lock-on. Rail = no lock-on.

It was many hours per day, regardless of school, to get enough stars without premium. And what does that have to do with Battle Pass? BP does not help you get stars. Just gives you access to 2nd Tier. 60 stars per day... = MINIMUM of 20 battles per day without premium.
-
At how many hours per day? "time and effort" to complete the Challenges. They are designed for buyers and "tryhards" (which too phrase another way is "no-lifers".

What Is Your Opinion About the Current State of Tanki Online?
wolverine848 replied to Maf in Game Discussion
Well kits allow you to get equipment early so they are hardly going to do that... Even before the "conversion" my Major General was fighting Legends... I did not have m3 equipment and they had m4s. -
Question is... if you only do 1 of the Challenges... how do the rewards stack up NOW (for 1 Challenge) vs what you might have received last month? There are no empty tiers (that I could see). After 50 Tiers is it almost the same as a full Challenge from January?
-
No - Challenge I goes for half the month. Challenge II begins 1 day after Challenge I finshes. That Conflct is a simultaneous - but different - event.
-
That's not a Challenge - it's a "Conflict" which is basically a non-holiday version of WAR. Challenges don't have teams. It runs simultaneously with Challenge I (and then Challenge II)
-
Where did I say it was a waste of time? I'm just refuting your theory that all the troubles come from the players. It is just not true. We continue to post here in the hopes the Devs will actually listen to us and stop messing up a good game.

Unfortunately Hunter has the OD that least matches with the turret.
-
Well that's one way to look at it - blaming those that don't actually make the decisions.. ? OR... they have simply implemented more poor updates than good updates.

It was buyers snapping up kits and MU-ing them to super-power. I don't see how changing prices rectifies that. -
Holy loophole! What's the term Diesel uses for this???

Without a hard cap on MUs, buyers would just continue to buy m1s with low unlock rank that also have a high unlock rank. Smoky for example. They take them from m1.0 up to m1.10 asap, which is a giant power gap. I think they should have done both... MKs and kits (unlock no more than 2 ranks early). But I guess that is a pipe-dream. -
Never understood the reasoning behind that... Hypothetical... brothers living in same household share one TO account... this is harmful... how?
-
So... which rule is being broken?

You can search Battle-list for specific maps. Type english name and it will bring up all the current battles being played on that map - regardless of language the battle was named in.
-
And yet those wasp & hornet users often use rail - which has a ridiculous impact and can almost turn your tank right around. Does scout alteration have same impact as stock? If so... another ridiculous situation as those shots come in crazy fast.

I agree that it would be much nicer to play in battles with others that are only a few ranks different from you. But even then... if you are not quite at the threshold of mk7 but someone else just crossed over, you will be using mk6.10 and they will be using mk7++ The nature of this game makes that impossible - unless you only ever played someone of your exact rank. -
Just wanted to be sure ?

They are not planning on changing the range-settings of Vulcan. It will have actual bullets, but the damage-by-range parameters are supposed to remain as-is. Whether or not your DPS remains the same will be dependent on mastering the new ballistics. And it only makes sense.. a bullet travelling a long distance loses velocity over that distance. It's the opposite of Strikers missiles which keep accelerating. Yup... can't track targets up close due to lousy rotation.

You mean OD "recharge" time? I associate "re-load" with turrets...

You can still upgrade - you just have to wait some ranks after reaching current max. If they did not botch the conversion it would not have been as much of a problem. And going forward, everyone will be in the same boat - limited by MU by rank. Even buyers. But StopChasing keeps skirting the fact that before you could not upgrade to same level as all your competition. Buyers were the ones who bought the kits and did a max upgrade - m1 to m2.10. They had the power much faster and were stomping on the m1s. No F2P tanker could realistically do that. Throwing MUs on your m1s did not really do much to close the gap on the buyers who had m2.10 at such a low level. (with the exception of the botched conversion) Buyers can't do that anymore. They will be stuck at lower mk-level just like everyone else until they rank up. IMO the main issue is rank-spreads in MM. It is just too wide. No matter what system is implemented, players will always face enemies that have significantly better equipment. And it's not just the rank-limits on MKs that are holding them back. It's the income disparity. Non-buyers obviously do not have the same buying power as buyers. Think Salary Caps in professional sports. Without those CAPs the rich teams would buy all the best players and win most of the time. MK-levels are like Salary CAPs. -
Might have to blow the dust off it and try it again. Was very underwhleming before. And watching a fatty head out into the open... and not being able to salvo it ?
