Well the game is not just for Legends. There are plenty of players that have only 1 account - and that account might be a Master Sergeant. To them 5000 crystals is a lot.

What do you mean you can't see the point of the laser anymore? A heat-producing laser that is invisible? It's a rare situation where you can keep a target under sights for 7-8 seconds, let alone 10+. Even small maps have cover. Look at Striker - ~ 3 seconds of aiming the laser for a salvo. Not many targets sit around that full time. Salvo is the exception. Plus this alteration would be a beacon for enemies to target. As this laser produces damage through heat - is it self-damaging like Vulcan?

So... complaining about an "intermediary" upgrade on an OP drone... some people are never happy.

They want to be able to squeeze more ppl into half-finished battles so they can say they are "keeping it balanced" :D Needless to say - a terrible decision. All it does is provide more targets for the winning team to pad their scores on.

First of all - please use the default font - your choice is way too loud - it's like yelling. With regards to not seeing improvement on a drone MU can you be more specific? What drone? What level were you at? What did popup say when you clicked "upgrade"? Is the upgrade still going? maybe it's not finished... Ss the upgrade an "intermediary" one where you might not see improvement until the NEXT upgrade? Need more detail to understand what you are trying to say...

No. It would be OP as no one would have protection. Remember Magnum? Don't want to see any new turrets until they start adding more protection module slots - already too many turrets to worry about. And none of this lag where the new turret runs amok for 3-6 months before Devs finally introduce the module.

I agree. Battle is better off 6 vs 6 with rank-spread of 5 rather than 8 vs 8 if those 4 extra tanks push the rank-spread to 8 or 9. MM forcing 8 vs 8 when there are few players online is a bad idea.

Trooper drone upgraded to 12-14 seconds helps you survive spawning in DMs. Will help you move up the score-board.

How exactly did that work? From m2 to m3 & m3 to m4 some items have small increments in power. So what's the point of MU if it gives you a tiny increase? Also - were you still able to get the next m-level for free?

You would not make it through General ranks without the crystals. At that point you are playing Legends and will not get as big a piece of the pie as when you might be when you were the highest rank in the battle. battle-funds will not give enough reward to improve equipment.

No. You need to scope again. You don't have to use a full charge every single time. Either they used an RK, or have very little health left. Either way - advantage to Shaft.

1. No one forces you to play Pro-Battles. In fact - you need to go out of your way to play them. So they only affect players who want to play them. Since we can't choose our own maps in MM, that leaves Pro-Battles. So this is a terrible idea. 4. You might care about the random chance of getting a silly paint or shot effect. I don't. Guaranteed crystals is my choice. Down-vote this as well.

There are a few buyers out there that take advantage of this. There are a lot of non-buying players that like to upgrade their equipment through the ranks instead of just saving up and buying at unlock. Actually - this would help buyers and punish non-buyers. Buyers would still be able to buy shop kits at much, much earlier rank than unlock. But if non-buyers dont find it efficient to MU - then to improve they have to wait for unlock rank. They are stuck for many ranks with inferior equipment.

What is the "huge advatage"? Seeing where flag is? EVERY PLAYER in the game can see this. Bypassing modules? IF the player actually has the correct module equipped you avoid cutting your damage in half. IF. Many players might not have that module equipped = no benefit. At lower ranks modules might be 15% or 20% or 25%. Bypassing a couple enemies modules in this case is not a huge benefit. So we are left with seeing where enemies are. Might help on some larger maps. On Sandbox? Anyone can adjust camera angle and see stuff that normally would not be seen. I really don't get what you see as a "huge advantage" compared to invulnerability or rapid fire or all supplies (that can be shared). You won't activate it unless you see someone using a specific module? :wacko: This makes no sense. Not much of a bonus at low and mid-ranks. You might bypass 20% to 30%. Meanwhile Dictator doubled it's armour (+100%) and damage (+100%). That seems even to you?

Lets keep it very, very simple. Say Stock smoky crit = 100 dmg @ 20% Then... Supercumulative crit = 150 dmg @ 10% Which one do you think does more damage over time?

LOL... I had M1 Viking and M1 Thunder as I was saving up to buy Atlas Kit in the garage at Captain. Oh wait... I also had Isida m2 around that rank. So m1 Hornet + m1 Viking + m1 Thunder + m2 Isida. Let the good times roll!

And ... if the only players in the game are buyers - what kind of advantage would they have? Why would they buy without getting an advantage?
