    Most of those are smaller and could not support 10 vs 10. I'm not against smaller maps - allows use of diff equipment. But they can not be played with that many tanks. Noise - only a noob or a clan would join blue team if map stays as is. 70% time red wins. I would only play blue if I had a specific mission for experience points. then take my Isida in and heal away. Lose 9-0 - but I'll get my xp. (and about 7 crystals)

    Apart from the silly team imbalances because Devs wanted to "test" loads (you couldn't think of a better way?)... The worst part of MM was not being able to choose the map. Many people have favorite maps they regularly play, and some maps they absolutely won't play (Iran I'm looking at you). Taking away this choice will have a negative effect. Forcing people into random maps because you want those maps filled is wrong. Many people will not play the MM system if you do it this way. Plus..entering a random map with incorrect equipment (massacre in a Titan/Firebird) you then have to spend the first part of the battle switching gear. And then having garage slowly load. And maybe the battle was half-over. In a battle that was only ten minutes long. There's another gripe. 10-minute battles are too short. Are you building this for people with ADD? Love it when MM placed me in a battle with 50 seconds left. What a waste of time.

    Just to be clear - i was never saying the Legends "bought" their gear with real $$. I meant they've earned their way just by playing a long time through a lot of ranks. Maybe some do "buy" but that was not my point.

    Legends have a lot more "disposable income". They have paid off the mortage (bought a few m3 combos) and paid for the car (bought a few Protection Modules). Now every crystal they get can be used for... buying more M3s to have greater variety in choice for battles - u have a protection module? they switch weapons. buying more protection modules - eventually have ALL weapons covered through many different combos upgrading all of the above - so turrets and hulls become m4 and modules are 50% protection = permanent DA. and yes - they have basically unlimited supplies - so spamming an RK every time they get damaged is no problem. They kill faster and are much harder to kill.

    My strategy does not change. Gang up on one isida until it dies. Then the other. It works - look at my K/D - largely due to a lot of hours playing Isida - public enemy #1 in many battles.

    More strategy? nah... it like running a gauntlet. If you can get to that back area you deserve to wreak some havoc. How do you think flags are stolen? The distraction allows the flag-runner to come in and steal the flag. Team-work and strategy. There will be fewer flag caps in Brest because of this.

    Are you assuming the enemy is targeting the Vulcan? :o And they won't need isida protection... 3 vs 3? So they switch to 3 Rails that have a chance to damage all 3 at once. Or how about magnum, firebird and a shaft (that can kill a medium hull in one shot). I don't know many tankers that equip shaft/fire protection. Do you? The point is stupid teams will find a way to lose. make some changes in equipment and strategy and you can beat these "mythic" isida trains. By the way, Vulcan's are not great at moving around and shooting, so what kind of train is this?

    Not sure what you mean by "accurate". It has to be even numbers or it's not comparable. Of course 2 isidas can beat one tank. How about 2 hammers equipped with the 5-shot drum. Both are firing at one isida. Make it 3-on-3 and all 3 fire at the same isida. See what I'm getting at here?

    And what "super-missions"? The ones that require 99,999 exp points or 9999 kills, etc.. easy to complete? simple? But back to regular missions. You assume everyone completing them was cheating. Wrong. I regularly played "Pro-battles" and completed my missions during the course of battle - whether it was 15 min or 30 min. People joined our longer battles, stayed and finished them. Now we have people joining battles, grabbing supply boxes and leaving the battle early because they got what they want. Hardly a better situation.

    You're half correct. At least - if it's the right ice-cream. If grape then... blech. So assuming it's not grape, for a baseball player you'd be doing great. Analyzing the updates... not so much.

    I saw your screen-shot of more recent battle and had a post on that. However, I do question why you posted this one... It was... 7 L + 3 G vs 3 L + 6 G + 1 SERGEANT MAJOR And it's not like the SM joined last-second... 4 kills and 17 deaths. The score flatters the losing team... But then look at the rewards again... 1st place on losing team scored 172 and received a paltry 50 crystals. Bottom player on winning team with score of 163 received 135 crystals. That is pathetic. It was 3-0 not 10-1.

    Would be interesting to know what the final score was. This is another issue players have. The division of spoils has always been such that joining a losing team is just not worth the effort. But now, it seems even worse. 3rd place on winning team with score of 304 gets 336 crys, while leader on losing team with score of 344 gets only 198 crys? another on winning team with score of 240 gets 235 crys while someone on losing team with ~ score of 220 gets 99 crys? Just by being on the dominating team you get a better score due to: surviving longer and likely making more caps and kills. But also getting a better ratio of crystals to score? Not good. There is no incentive for someone to join a losing battle. Especially if you get dumped in half-way through and little hope of making a come-back. Hit exit fast and rejoin the queue. Yay!

    Frank that! They can have anywhere from 1 rank to 40+ "equivalent" ranks on me. Fighting M4s with 50% protection against my 3 m3s... No thanks. At least with battle list I could select battles that had a mixture of ranks. Now it's me & 1 FieldM along with 18 Legends. Where's the puking emoti?

    What if it's 3 firebirds vs 3 isidas though... guarantee a bunch of Isidas are dying. If they switch to attack they will die even faster. You need to compare even odds... 1 vs 1 .... 2 vs 2... etc.

    Don't recall seeing many posts claiming it takes less than 10 seconds. By same token I have yet to be loaded in MM in < 10 seconds either. More like 60 seconds (or more sometimes). I'd rather spend that minute sifting through a battle-list searching for a battle/map that meets my needs. Getting placed in a battle that has 1 or 2 min left (because someone bailed very late) is ridiculous.

    Once spawn-killing starts every turret on the losing team is completely defenseless. What does lag have to do with it? Everyone suffers that when it happens. My point was - bragging about not using drugs is silly when you spend the entire battle not taking risks. Someone trying to break through defenses, grab the flag, and get away will obviously use way more supplies than a camper who is sitting safe near home-base.

    It's not surprising you are a fan of the match-making system and it's 10 vs 10 on large map platform. You exclusively use a mammoth-shaft combo. Having only large maps with lots of targets is bread-and-butter for your combo of choice. I suspect if the changes went the other way (smaller maps/fewer tankers) you would be singing a different tune. By-the-by... Mines are supplies too. They come from your garage. I guess they are handy for a camper, right? As a mammoth you probably don't cap too many flags or capture many CPs. Put yourself in danger more often like flag-cappers and you will see your supply-use increase exponentially.

    Not for me. First battle I was placed in had 1 minute left. Just enough time to get killed by a paowered up spawn-killer. next battle - joined half-way through and was 5-0. Why would anyone want to join that mess? At least with battle-lists I have a choice to join the losing side - if it's not out of reach and there's reasonable time left. Not with this system. 10 minutes is not long enough to develop any kind of strategy. Especially when tankers are getting placed in after it already started. OverDrive takes a while to charge up - 10 min battles give 1/3 less time for that.

    Guess what - there were also battles they could view in advance, find players more of their level, enter the battle and compete. A novel concept, right?

    Having Teams balanced by rank is definitely important. However, if the Commanders are in same battle as Legend 20's then individually the Commanders will struggle, and thus score less. They will get a pittance of a reward as a result. How is that a good experience? Rank-ranges need to be decreased and they need to treat each Legend # as a rank. Legend 20 is 19 effective ranks above Legend 1.

    Can't complete missions in "Custom Battles". I have a mission that requires 99,999 xp in return for 81,000 crys. In order to complete this mission before THE END OF TIME I need to play pretty much "normal battles" where drugs supplies are rampant. I have quite a few supplies - I just hate the style of gameplay where I'm forced to use a DA as soon as I spawn so I won't die from first shot of a drugger supply user on DD.
