    5. Only partially true. When battle list was available you could view the players and choose to join that battle, or not. So choosing a map is not very important to you. That's swell. However, as you may have read in the many posts so far, choosing the map is quite important to players. Discounting their opinions because they do not coincide with yours is somewhat... arrogant.

    "...other game" = Tanki-X? Yes, I have played it - ranked up about 15 times or so. After the most recent update I'm done with Tanki-X for now. Will re-visit it in 3-4 months to see if they revert their ridiculous "Deserter" rules.

    Is there even the remotest possibility that your experience with match-making so far is different from what many, many, many of the other posters so far has experienced? Just a possibility? Guess it's not so bad when you're highest rank is it? 10-4, with no slaughtering... well - except for that "spawn-killing in the middle". LMAO. Post again here when you have 16 others who are Legend rank in your battle.

    Well, if people like choice and you give them less choice, then "where is the fun in that"? Now I could be plunked in a map I don't like at all. again - "where is the fun in that"? The "match-making" algorithm really needs an overhaul - the battles are highly uneven. 16 Legends, 2 Gismos and 2 Field Marshals... blech. I've seen screen-shots of even worse, but will take me forever to complete missions if I'm bottom 4 rank every battle. I feel sorry for Majors fighting Legends. At least before they could evaluate competition before joining.

    Can't tell if #sarcasm so, just in case you're serious (and if you are not serious, my apologies in advance)... So you think there's no difference (in garage) between a Legend 1 and a legend 30? :unsure: :wacko: :blink: Yup. Played yesterday and put me in a battle 2 vs 1... I exited. Next battle "looked" even in the staging area... then as battle started it was 5 vs 3. Getting spawn-killed within 2 min of battle starting is ridiculous. So left - and saw a message about "Deserter". read up on it in Wiki. LMAO. Will drop that game for ~ 3 months and see if they get rid of that atrocious update.

    Solimansk is odd now. And that barrier on the north-south corridor kind of nerfs long-range weapons. They have ruined Brest by getting rid of that "back door" section. capping flags is much, much harder with no "sneak attacks".

    merging servers has no real affect on DM battles - no real need to communicate there outside of social aspect. But in team battles the effect is noticeable. Half the team is silent because they cannot understand you. This affects the battle as team communication is important. Also more noticeable depending on when you play... late evening North America sees a lot of eastern European/Russian players starting their day... and most don't understand english (not surprising as I don't speak Russian). MM may only be a test currently but from what they've indicated it is destined as a permanent feature. It is why they have made many of the recent changes.

    Tanki X is even worse! If you leave a battle where your team is getting spawn-killed due to many factors, including uneven numbers it flags you as DESERTER. Leave 2-in-4 battles early and it flags you. Oh... and a few battles I started last night were uneven numbers... right off the bat.

    Well, since I can't do them in Pro-Battles, and in a 20-tank battle with MM there always seem to be 16 Legends it will now take... FOREVER. Thanks a bunch! :blink:

    well, ~ 8 battles and I'm pretty much the lowest Rank in all of them. Thanks for making my missions even more difficult. Was hard enough needing to complete them in normal. Now it's against all Legends.

    Considering Legend 1 and Legend 25 the same rank is silly. That's 24 levels of gaining crystals and upgrading garages. I know it was even worse back when everyone was just a Generalisimo. But at least then you had choice on what battles to join. I don't see the point of appending a # to Legend if they are not treating them as different ranks.

    Ugh - at least currently when I have to play normal I can at least view competition before joining the battle. Won't be much of a "match" if Gismos regularly play against tankers with equivalent of 15 more levels. Even more incentive not to play.

    Regarding Ranks... Do Devs consider a Gismo and a Legend 15 one rank apart? Or 15 ranks apart? Huge difference in battle results depending on how it is done...

    This is my understanding as well. Join a battle with wasp/rail and end up in a slug-fest map full of hammers and twins - good luck. Or reverse... Solimansk with a Titan/Firebird. This is basically happening already. I have a "Super-mission" which can't be completed in Pro-Battles. So even though I dislike supplies, guess where I'm "encouraged" to play...
  21. I was joking - mostly due to the other thread. I honestly don't think it needs any buff. I was disappointed when they took all self-healing away but it is effective as is. All depends on team-mates and competition. Using an Isida with a bunch of hornet team-mates is an exercise in futility. EDIT: So an Isida regains no energy until it has fully healed? That would be a HUGE nerf. All you have to do is keep it below 100% health - even a little splash damage would make it useless.

    For 50,000 (25k on sale) the Field Stabilization alteration is great value for the money. At a penalty of 20% on re-load you double the effective range and the balls go so fast they are difficult to dodge. I equipped after buying and have kept equipped ever since.

    I haven't found the need. Maybe occasionally I have a bit of trouble trying to target a Twins with that constant impact. But that is not often. Unless you have a lot of spare crystals I don't think it is worth it. If you can turn your turret you should be fine without the Alt.
