    I actually prefer the Ultra version of Striker - at least in the two versions pictured above. M1 version looks ... bloated.
  3. You are not gonna get much sympathy from players on an alt you paid for not being OP. There's already enough OP augments in the game. We don't need this one to be pumped up to add yet another OP item into the mix. You gambled and were dealt a "weak" hand. Move on. Or gamble again.

    You still have not explained how putting the 4th slot behind a paywall helps new players. That was the part of your post I quoted. And none of the modules are necessary. But they do help a player on the battle-field right? 2 is better than 1 and 3 is better than 2 and 4 is better than 3 - for everyone, not just Armadillo users (buyers). And next time you might want to quote the person you are intending to reply to.

    I don't know about you - but I'm getting maps like Sandbox and Sandal a lot. Mammoth doesn't have far to go in those. Plus you don't equip a short-range turret on Mammoth. You equip Gauss or Vulcan. Long-range combat. Enemy gets to close and you activate death-field plus get healed instantly.

    That's great - you did some estimates - at optimal range. Now do some more where it's not optimal range. because except for the crits, most turrets average damage will drop off beyond max damage range. Funny thing though... Rail has no range limits. And for Rail and Gauss - did you actually account for splash or penetration shots? Now, please be so kind as to answer the question I've asked you 2x already. How MUCH have you actually played Rail since the critical-hit mechanism was introduced?

    I'd give it a 7 or 8. Need more use to give a better evaluation. My go-to turret with dictator is Vulcan.

    I think you will see more as players realize it's potent now. Plus, I would not be surprised if a lot of players did not have upgraded modules for that. They need to buy or MU them.

    JUst did a TJUG battle with my dictator+vulcan+HI+Adrenaline. Entered late and got 3rd. seemed to do well. Might not have moved up to top-3 without the boost scoring, but I did enter battle late.

    IB would not suck - it relies on the burning to do the extra damage. Hmmm... I have HI & IB & vulcan & Adrenaline on same account. Might have to try that out and see how it does.

    I thought once the bar goes down to zero Vulcan damage takes a big hit. So what's the point of HI without IB? Or has that been reverted?

    Well the ODs and augments have ruined many of the battle-modes. One reason I won't play Siege or Assault mode much. And recently finished a CTF battle on Skylark. Was excited to play there as it's been quite rare for me though I like the map. Placed in there after battle was 1-0 for my side. We had 2 or 3 Hoppers and the battle finished so fast I only scored 60 pts. Not even enough for 1 star. Game is going down-hill fast.

    Saying Gauss EMP is on a team 50% time in Siege battles... that's quite disproportionate - which indicates buying behavior. There's no way luck on containers will account for that. And you having it and equipping it kinda skews the results right? It's 100% of the time when you equip it. Or do I have my maths wrong?

    Well yeah, you need a drone+augment+criticalhit + friend removing defenses. Why don't you include a Hunter to take down the dome? ? I mean... anyone ever calculate the damage a Rail+booster+viking OD can do? As an aside, except for some circumstances, Booster is an automatic kill.

    Hunter+Stun-immune+Striker-hunter-alt works well now. I was making some Hoppers cry in CTF battles.

    If you're gonna pump up your tank, then do so for the defender. Titan in dome + AP-immune + Defender drone (which is my default config) And you do 56,320 (on a critical volley). So inside dome 56,320 - 90% leaves you doing 5,632 damage. Now include defender. Titan with Defender has 4000+150% = 10,000. You are more than a bit shy of wasting that Titan on your absolute best chance. Your next volley won't be critical. And won't have Booster.

    Every single time CTF puts me on Bridge side I will exit. It's even worse for Rugby. Why on earth did they put the cap-point on the lower area - a perfect spot for enemy to jump down and cap. it's just dumb.

    Let me put it this way... if the teams are relatively balanced I've hardly ever lost playing the other side. Playing the Bridge side on the other hand... can't stand it. Absolutely hate the spawn-points for CTF.

    IMO the spawn-points for the side with flag on the metal causeway (bridge) needs to be tweaked. Almost all the time defenders spawn in the lower area, away from the flag and are in poor positions to defend. They must then drive around obstacles and go up one of a number of ramps to be in a position to defend. On the other side though, tanks spawn near their flag and are often on the same level and can defend the flag right away. It's getting to the point that I really do not want to play the side defending the bridge. Please review the spawn-points for tanks on the Year 2042 map.

    Yes. But why use arcade when you can get a lock in 1.4 seconds. Isn't that the same fire-rate as smoky? Or... stun them and then use arcade to finish off.

    How much have you played recently? Your thousands of hours logged before the change means squat. The recent changes are significant - they are NOT a minor tweak. Rail is pretty much unstoppable now. Even more so if you happen to be a buyer and have the OP alts.
