    From Patch notes... "«‎EMP rounds» augment: critical damage is decreased by 30%, shot warmup time is increased by 20%, critical damage chance is set to 50%;" So if it lasts 10 seconds - that's nuts. mk7 Rail could keep a target without supplies until it dies.

    Well one big difference I see is in that example is moveability. But how does that affect other ODs? There's no "area" to prevent other ODs from activating. It's just like walking around with a riot-shield. "allow no changes" will just result in more players exiting battles - especially if they have the wrong equipment for the map. Or it will result in no one ever using Mammoth. Imagine equipping that then getting stuck on dusseldorf of Lost Temple...

    Well on the smaller maps just cap. So what if your charge is slower due to the 10 seconds. As I said dictators and supply drops can compensate. But "slower charge rate" is relative. Only Mammoth and Crusader have a better combined time/point OD charging rate. On the larger maps you won't be sitting around for 5 seconds after stealing the flag. Boost the charge by capping and by time you go to steal another flag your OD is pretty much ready.

    How long is this wall? Many maps are big enough that an enemy can drive around it, then start shooting the unprotected Titan. So, unless the Titan does this in a corner of the map (dumb strategy) enemies can easily flank a Titan protected by a stationary wall.

    In what way? WRT to charge boost delay - If Hopper uses OD to steal the flag and run, it can still gain large OD boost by not capping within 10 seconds. On larger maps that is pretty simple as a good chunk of those 10 seconds are used up just getting back to base. For capping in rugby and assault, the Hopper will still cap, and maybe die. So a chunk of those 10 seconds are used up re-spawning and by the time the Hopper is back on the field and ready to start scoring, 10 seconds is mostly gone.

    So what good is the wall on maps where you can easily flank the Titan? Even 100,000 health won't help if enemies can just drive to the side and shoot you.

    According to WIKI table in OD section crusader and mammoth are the ONLY tanks with faster recharge.

    That was my point. The retention is not important in terms of the fact it already had a successful OD activation - it's instantaneous. And in Rugby and Assault there's a good chance the activation allowed it to score. For Hopper any charge bonus delay of more than 2 seconds does not matter. It either capped or it did not. That's where it gets the greatest score. So making it 10 seconds seems great - but 2 seconds would do same thing. How you figure 5th fastest? (I don't count JUG...)

    Why are they so reluctant to tweak the mechanics? They fiddle around the periphery and never fix it the right way. The Titan OD is prime example. So no ODs will be able to activate inside the dome? 1) That means you actually have to have the (slow-moving) Titan in the game. And for Assault and Rugby it's pointless - the Hopper activates the OD outside the dome anyway and will still cap. 2) Good luck to wasps trying to kill titans. 25m radius for bomb and 20m radius for dome. BUT - the wasp needs to drop the bomb outside the dome and the damage decreases with distance. Titan moves to far side and survives.

    I disagree. When 75%+ of the caps in CTF, Rugby or Assault come from 1 hull - that is a strong indication the hull is OP. There are not just 3 hulls that can cap. If that's true, then the other 7 hulls are just bystanders and the game really is broken.

    The slower idle still leaves it as 3rd fastest. Zero retention is not as impactful as it suggests - since the OD effects are instantaneous charge bonus delay was put into effect so it won't basically boost a complete charge from capping. Since it's effects are instantaneous, it's not nearly as impactful as say.. doing that to rail or viking or mammoth Stun duration nerf - what was it before? The thing about Titan domes - is that wrt to all ODs? or just Hopper. And is that the big nerf to hopper? requires a Titan?

    What specifically were the "significant nerfs" hopper received? If you include the slight nerfs to OD charge, in no way would I classify those as "significant". Only crusader and mammoth have faster charge rates.

    Took years for TO to "fix" hornet OD. And look at what they did... added status effects to the game. ? Be careful what you ask for. Unbelievably, they can make it worse.

    gawd I hate twins users - they are so noob. Usually can't turn the turret and rarely stop firing, even when no enemies are around. Only turret that has an excuse to do that is vulcan + IB (keeps the overheat going).

    Well... you can laugh about it being broken. But TO is losing players. I've stopped on both my accounts - the game is just too silly now.

    Miner was fine before with 4 MUs. Gave me an adequate number of permanent mines. I never intended to upgrade it further, and I could use it as it was. But then TO tied our supplies to drone upgrades - a ridiculous change. Now if I use Miner I will be at a huge disadvantage with respect to supplies. In order to use miner now, I would have to sink a LOT of crystals into that drone. Crystals I do not want to spend on the drone. So TO has made my drone - that I paid for and upgraded 4 times - useless. It will sit in my garage and go unused because it was made underpowered overnight.
