  3. Now MM won't give me a Rugby battle. 6 attempts waiting between 40s - 60s each time and nothing. Nada. ZIP. says waiting time: 33s ? ?
  4. Maps are too crowded. 12 vs 12 only decent on the larger maps we had in "test 2". And 16 vs 16 was too much even on the larger maps. We need 8 vs 8 maximum on our current maps and can go to 12 vs 12 on any of the extra large maps.

    LOL. Yeah... MM sux. Does NOT create balanced teams. Even if it did that's small consolation for the low ranks that get placed on a "balanced" team.

    Overall I don't see that as buffing Smoky. Might net out even... maybe. Remember - no instant hit.

  10. What? It's ONLY useful for Legends. Anything below that you are ranking faster than income.
  11. The extra 4% does not mean much. it's is diminishing returns for the price. Only go the extra 4% when you have too many crystals.

  14. Without some kind of time limit on how long the bonus lasts? No. The Rail can just wait for easier targets to build up a very large bonus that will allow one-shotting of ANY tank.

    Check the webpatch notes. It has a 200% increase in velocity. I'd say that's as close to "instant" as you can get.

    LOL - we've Jumped the Shark now. And with there already being a smoky-cryo, what's the point of paralyzing augment? And no downside to the Explosive rounds? (other than not being able to equip say... EMP rounds at same time)
  17. Well x4 and then x4.5 is still a huge issue. I can't imagine many tanks a Rail can't kill with x4 damage. All they need is one light tank that does not have Defender equipped. After that sit back with the popcorn and rack up the kills.
  18. Augment «Incendiary rounds»: the damage of a critical hit decreases by 25%; Augment «Cryo rounds»: the damage of a critical hit decreases by 15%; Incendiary and Cryo do not have criticals. What damage is being reduced?

  20. How? How would you fail to kill a tank when it doubles each time? The only hard part is the first shot. Big deal. Shoot a second time and fill-er-up and start your killing spree. As ThirdOnion indicates - who cares if you can't see entire team. It's not limited like hornet OD. Kill a tank - search for a new one - preferably a light hull early on as they are easier to kill. After one or two kills (4x damage) the augment should have no problem killing any tank in the battle. It's not even dependent on high skill.
  21. You can't come up with an augment to combat one specific combo of items. Anyone not using that combo will be completely helpless.
  22. Well it's all dependent on the first tank anyway... that's how Death Herald works. And you are making killing the second tank 2x as easy as the first one. So the rail will be targeting light tanks with DD and pretty much have guarantees on destroying the second one with 2x damage. And the only downside is +10% shot delay? Which after using it a while is not really much of a downside at all. It's completely OP.
  23. For the cost of +10% shot delay (what is that? 0.1 seconds?) you want... - to have instant reload and... - shot multipliers for each kill including the next shot after the first refill? So a positive feedback loop that makes it easier to kill each successive tank? Just have one question for you.... ARE YOU NUTS? ? And to the Mod that indicated under review... ... ... ?
