    You can have a max of one alteration in every M level. So I can have an M0 alt (although those don't exist yet), an M1 alt, an M2 alt, and an M3 alt (those also don't exist yet) equipped at the same time; but I can't have two M1 alts at the same time, or 2 M2 alts...you get the point.

    Yes I think HCA is probably too OP. That alt is an interesting idea (and i like it) but it might also be OP, since Rail is actually infinite range, unlike Hammer and Rico.

    The planned drones Demoman and Rescuer sound very OP. I think they should have very long cooldowns. Something like 1 minute.

    Probably because batteries are valued in-game as much as repair kits even though they aren't nearly as valuable.

    The full cycle time is only lengthened by like a second at most quick-shot ranges. That doesn't seem like enough of a nerf. And the cycle time is shortened at high powers?!
  9. What about if we made a mine's damage dependent on the modification (and maybe upgrade level) of the hull that it blows up? Or maybe the hull that dropped it
  10. I agree with you very much on this; it is frustrating to be one-shotted. However, these turrets in question are already fairly balanced in many other ways. By allowing 50% modules against these weapons, you are essentially rendering them utterly useless, simply because you do not like one of their upsides. That is not good.
  11. Protection modules should get a big nerf before any stuff like this is attempted.

  13. But consumables like crystals and supplies are what makes the containers valuable even after you've fulfilled all your cosmetic wants.

  17. Ok it doesn't matter whether Rico is overpowered or underpowered or how little the increase is. It's just WRONG that you should deal MORE damage from safely sniping behind cover (which is a huge advantage in itself) vs. when you're in a square battle out in the open and your opponent can fight back.

  19. Modules do not equal balance. This is like the 5th time i've had to say this.
  20. The ricochet itself is already a big advantage because you can hit enemies while you stay in cover. Adding damage INCREASE would be so OP because think of it this way: it would mean that the more sheltered you are (and thus the more times your ball will bounce), the more damage you deal? That does not seem right, particularly when Ricochet already has really high damage. In fact, it should be a damage DECREASE with each bounce. You should deal less damage if you're safely hiding in cover vs. when you're facing them in the open.

    But better damage, impact force (50% better!), reload, AND range? Seems worth it to me.
