I think the Tanki developers did not do this yet because they want tankers to play the entire battle non-stop. It's 7 minutes long, so they don't want too less activity in each battle. If they have an option to check missions, they might keep clicking it and using it as a pause button. The gameplay would be less, teammates could be battling just a little bit less, making others feel mad that no one is re-spawning, fast enough, to help them. They also could have not done it because it's not their priority yet. But I would still want this. I hope we get it even if it causes some kind of less gameplay activity.

@esh90 That's true, but I just wanted to let you all know it's another way to get Augments besides opening Containers. If you work on hard in the Contests, you'll see that it's both super fun and super rewarding to do! When I won 3rd place and got any Augment of my choice, I felt proud to have done the Contest. (I have also won 1st and 2nd place as well and gotten those associated rewards. Any types of rewards, feels good to have been received.) So basically, you'll get your Augment soon, but you should have fun along the way. With Contests, you'll have a chance to participate with artistic skills, improve yourself with other peoples' entries, and win prizes, including Augments, Skins, Shot Colors, etc.

The above answers are helpful for the main question of how to use the Drones. Also, if you have Defender Drone equipped, and you pick up the Double Armor supply in the battlefield, this can also apply the extra effect, but will SAVE the 3 extra consumed Double Armor supplies. So it's a good idea to collect the supplies in battle to save your own supplies. I believe the same goes with Booster Drone, but I have not used this drone much.

Did you watch Ads yesterday? Maybe there is a max amount of times you are allowed to watch Ads for. Maybe the system is still catching up to the previous ads you have already watched. Maybe if you wait a full day, and then start watching an Ad, play a MM battle, and repeat, you'll be able to watch an Ad every 7 minutes. (These are also possibilities.)

I don't play TO on Mobile, but from the V-Log and announcements from others, I saw that after you watch the 1st Advertisement, you need to either wait 7 minutes, or play a Matchmaking Battle, to be able to reset and watch another Ad. If you waited 7 minutes, clicked on the Ad, but it didn't load, try closing the TO Mobile App, and reopen to see if that helps. (Also, you spelled "Shards" wrong in the title, but it's okay.)

Are you afraid of the Juggernaut? Don't worry, everyone is afraid of it, including me. But when you defeat the juggernaut, you can get that confidence boost, that you are strong enough to defeat strong opponents, even a Juggernaut! Also, your teammates will help you to defeat the juggernaut in the mode. I sometimes try to take on the Juggernaut solo because I feel strong facing a strong opponent. It makes me feel good in these modes. You can use your battle methods too, such as put on Viking and use its overdrive to help you. Or corner the Juggernaut and use Mammoth's overdrive. If you play more in Juggernaut, then you'll see that it's a pretty fun mode to play in.

Yeah, this can be a great idea as well! A tanker can change to whatever color they want. So we can do a nice positive color in the day time, and a dark color in the night time. We should include it in the Idea and Suggestions page.

This is true. This is also a good point. You guys should make a suggestion in the I&S Page about changes to the colors, etc. I'll also give my feedback about it.

For now, we should try to go slow, and wait for more information about updating the Ultra Containers. My guess is that they will release the current skins when releasing a new skin. I think they were mistakenly removed. Developers were maybe too focused with placing Smoky Augments in the Ultra Containers, that they forgot to make sure everything was in place with the current items, before the release. Don't forget, the developers worked on quite a lot of things throughout the week, including the Smoky Augment release itself, Smoky Event, the New Website, Valentines Day Celebrations, Changes/Small Updates to the game, ... We were told that there would be some mishaps and errors in the release. So let's be patient and wait for more updates in the future. As we are waiting, we can continue to collect the Skins that are still available in the Containers. You can also enjoy the Valentines Day Celebrations as you're waiting. We'll get the Ultra Skins, Gauss XT, etc. later on.

Both statements are not that true: The Electromagnetic Salvo Augment for Gauss is unique because it removes the supplies with each sniper shot, but it reduces the sniping damage by 25%. For more information on Gauss's Augment effects, check the Wikipedia here: https://en.tankiwiki.com/Augments#Augments_for_Gauss Also, you can not just get it from Containers! You can also get them from Contests! If I recall accurately, I got my E.S. Augment for Gauss from a Contest a year ago. So I know there's at least 2 ways to get these rare Augments. (unless you can buy them with Crystals and Tankoins. Then it's 3 ways)

Now, the Defender drone gives a 20 seconds bonus effect instead of 30. It is sad for the duration of its effects to decrease, but it is for more balance and satisfaction of all tankers. It's still my favorite, and I'll use it soon! (After MU/SU).

Let's hope to get these new Smoky Augments for Crystals later, or Tankoins.

As @Spy said, if you wrote and sent a letter to Tanki, then you were automatically entered into the prizes giveaway. But only a number of tankers were chosen from a random name generator. So it was just based on luck. (A low chance to win. I did not win that either.) Furthermore, the letter you wrote for the New Year was your wish you wanted to come true. It may or may not come true, depending on how big, or little, of a wish it was. My wish was to get Thunder XT Skin (from my New Year letter). Later, there was a New Years Christmas Cards Contest. I worked hard on it, won 2nd Place, and with a little help from a tanker named @nidjo , who also won that Contest, I got my Thunder XT! Hard work + Prayer = Success So your wish, that you put in the letter, could come true if you work on getting it (Challenges, Contests, Events, Missions, etc.).

Hello! Sometimes, we could come to a time where we have 20k of one supply, but 5k of another. We try our luck from Containers, but get more of the 20k supply. Other places give us a similar result. Buying more would be nice to do, but we would have to buy 15k to get to 20k, of both. Idea: We can convert the 20k supply, that we have, into another supply we want more of. (Convert definition - We lose one kind of supply, but gain another kind of supply.) To make it so tankers don't convert too much, we can add a cool-down after converting 5 times. Just like how we buy supplies with Crystals, converting can also cost Crystals to do. 10 Crystals for each supply (Double Armor, Double Damage, Speed Boost, and Mines) converted. 30 Crystals for each Repair Kit converted. 60 Crystals for each Battery converted. I don't think we should convert Gold Boxes. We would get too many of them converted. They also give Crystals which would be used for other converts, and it would mess up the system, in a way. + It is balanced, and we spend Crystals, which can help the game's economy, overall. Example: We have 10k Mines and 4k Double Damage. We can convert 3000 Mines ---> 3000 Double Damage To make Double Damage, the Cost is: 10 Crystals each x 3000 of them = 30,000 Crystals. Result = 7k Mines and 7k Double Damage. ... Thoughts: Reasonable price(s) for converting? Even though it costs us to convert supplies, it is still a privilege that we have access to it. Thank you!

To have less deaths, I believe you can: Use your most comfortable equipment, overall. Favorite Turret/Hull (I use Thunder and Hunter) Use Defender, Crisis, or any Drone (It's because they give at least 5% protection) (I'll be using Defender Drone soon!) Use the most common Protection Modules, or just your favorite ones (I use Thunder, Railgun, and Shaft Protections) Use good Augments for better gameplay. (I use Heat Immunity for Hunter so I can survive a little longer with any kind of burn effects.) With these items and/or your preferred ones, you can survive longer. Also, you can lose less by attacking from a distance.

If you want to be less annoyed with Hoppers, you can try a different approach when facing them: They only require 3 shots to destroy. You can use Double Damage and clear the field, before they have time to use their Overdrives. Then you can resume your objective in the battle. You can also use an Augment to help with one of Hopper's Overdrive effects. There's always some way to improve your gameplay and experience, and to use your different skills to help you succeed in every situation. You have my luck!

If you ever want to know what someone is saying, AND you know what language they may be speaking, then: Go to "Google.com" Type "Russian to English" (or another language you think, they may be speaking) Go to the Tanki Chat where you see the language used. Copy/Paste the text(s) onto the online translator, and then communicate back to the tanker, with this method! I have also used this easy method in the past, and I still use it, from time to time, when I'm chatting, and I see someone speaking another language.

As Spy said above, I believe everything about your account gets blocked. But you shouldn't ask for any kind of refund. (I'm guessing you will get your money back electronically with their methods, but you won't be able to log into the game, you won't be able to play with your friends anymore, won't be able to chat with your friends on the Forum, Tanki chat, etc.) Is there something that made you want to ask for it? Stay positive, admire, and appreciate what you have in your account, plus your experience and friendships you have made with others.

1.) You won/got the 3 days of Premium from a Container, correct? If yes, and if you want to postpose the full activation of it, then you should save your Containers until you have more time to use the full bonus. (when you get it again next time.) 2.) The above posts, answer the question nicely. I also just want to mention, it's okay if you miss any days of collecting the Premium bonus. It happens to many of us. It's only 10 of each supply and 2500 Crystals, which you can get from Missions and battles. Plus, (A positive thing to remember is that) you'll get Premium again from many forms, so it's okay if you accidentally miss collecting rewards from time to time.
