Well, I already figured the rewards for the missions were gonna get nerfed, so I'm not surprised that it actually happened. Definitely not even gonna bother trying to finish them quickly if at all. Now the chance of me playing at all the next two weeks will be decided upon the skin reward in the next battle pass.

Well, I guess the only good thing that comes out of it is that nobody will be getting the pulsar augments at least anytime soon.

Even if everyone pitches in, there is no way we'll reach 50 tiers, unless the devs pulls the nice card and puts our progress at level 30. (No chance of that happening). The people who haven't bought the fund yet are not only being cautious with their tankoins, they're also smart enough to realize this.

Well, considering that tanki's promo codes is only usable for just one account. So a question that must be asked is: Will the promo codes be sent to our inboxes or will they just be announced on the subreddit?

First the number of tiers should be brought down to 30. Otherwise it wont make much of a difference.

I mean when you have people (even the most respected tankers) overhyping the tanki funds, then it'd be understandable to have high standards for it.

I don't think its the prizes. Its the number of tiers that are the problem. Its just too much. Even if everyone pitched in, it wont be enough. Only way we're gonna reach 50 tiers is if the devs already done at least half the progress for us. (and we all know the chances of that ever happening).

Well that's just classic tanki for you. While I do think that status augments were affecting the gameplay in a negative way, I do agree that lazily slapping a 90% damage nerf on their criticals isn't gonna cut it. IMO, the status augment issue requires multiple steps to truly fix and balance out. -
This fund might have been worth it, but 50 tiers is just too much and makes it impossible to complete. If it was cut down to 30 tiers, then more people would have bought into it. Of course this would mean that the following changes would have to be made: • All 11 mono paints being crammed into 1 slot. {40 tiers} • the 5 "MLN TK to the fund" taking up only 1 slot. (Could be a suitable halfway point) {36 tiers} • the 5 "1x nuclear supply" being crammed into 1 slot. {32 tiers} • the 5 "3x weekly containers" being crammed into 1 slot. {28 tiers} • the 5 "5x ultra containers" being crammed into 1 slot. (Personally would add 5 more to make it satisfying) {24 tiers} • the 5 "15x regular containers" can be crammed into 2 slots. First slot can have 30 and the second can give 45. {21 tiers} That would leave 9 tiers that would need to fill up. Think maybe 3 winter themed animated paints, 2 non status turret augments, 1 hull augment, 2 slots that contain at least 500k crystals each, and another skin or skin container. All this should really boost the value of the fund.

The critical damage for status augments got nerfed by 90%, you'll still be able to apply status effects as their critical chance hasn't changed. So now if you want to apply status effects, you'll have to sacrifice your critical damage. -
I think what happens is that it only adds 1 M to the fund. Doesn't skip over to the next tier.

Is it a possibility? Oh yes definitely. Are players likely to buy it? I seriously doubt it. Well I mean even they can get their rewards faster than regular free loaders. ? These are two completely different subjects. One is an ongoing situation between buyers and nonbuyers, the rewards and containers. The other is simply a mechanic and how it affects game balance. Its like saying discussions about state or national economics should be brought up when discussing about apples. Makes absolutely zero sense. -
Well its better than the last fund, I'll give you that. But 11 mono paints and only pulsars for augments. So the problem that is lack of variety strikes again.

Actually if we were to talk about pre-2018, and I made the same claim, you would all be correct in disagreeing. Hell, even @Jeers4U calling it "infinitesimal" and "farcical" would've best described the situation back then. Back then, before containers and challenges were a thing, there weren't very many ways to get supplies and crystals. It was even worse in pre-2015 tanki where even missions didn't exist. Back then the only way to get crystals was going through each battle and the only way to get supplies was through the daily login bonus where they could get a measly 10-30 (don't remember the exact number). Its regardless of whether someone is a buyer or not. -

I wouldn't consider it "infinitesimal". The fact that nonbuyers can get the same things buyers can get albeit not as quick, is still a pretty big deal. It being correct should be obvious if you just look at the shop and checked out things like the minigame, tanki fund, and other participation events. And especially more so since around 95% of the player base has at least one legend rank account. Also if you think this is " farcical " just look at the many of Gabe's comments. You'll realize how incorrect and out-of-touch he truly is, among other things. Also, this is the last time I'll mention him at all. -

While I do agree that the status augments were a serious issue, I also agree that lazily slapping a 90% decrease in critical damage isn't really gonna fix the issue. IMO, it's not something that a single simple change is gonna fix. To truly fix it, it'll require multiple steps. -

You could get 24 for completing weekly missions every week and 100 for completing every half monthly challenge. That gives you 296 tankoins in a month. And in 4 months that'll give you 1184 tankoins. -

This is only a significant nerf to shot reload turrets. Pretty sure the turrets with a high rate of fire aren't really affected that much. Their damage per shot is already low and they can get criticals pretty often anyway. -

For you sure, for me it was pretty noticeable. If you land on your side you can get back upright. That is if you're not restricted by mobile's limitations. Try to do so on mobile and even when there's constant lag occurring. Track hull mostly get their tank rotated a bit. Hover hulls literally get pushed back. I have lost count of how many times I have fallen off of bridges due to shooting my shot and getting shot at exactly the same time or just simply firing crusader's icicle.
