Make longer clips and send them to violations link. As far as I can tell you, there's not much evidence for me or anyone else to confidently say that those are hacks.
-
I think spear will likely be nerfed depending on how many people buy it in the Sakura event.

Do you have longer videos where they may be shooting you through walls in quick succession? Like twice or more in a row through the walls? If you do, then just show us. Since the end of 2023 you mean? Not surprised the servers have deteriorated since then. Lol.
-
That last video is no doubt someone with scripts, the jump is evidence of that. The other videos are just lag. Just a case of the server failing to realize that the wall between the two of you is supposed to act as an actual obstacle. In the world of tanki, this is considered normal since the programming is - like @Jeers4U put it - "shoddy" just like the devs thought process.

Tanki deserves to be taken off the developers' (Opex-Rah) hands. They drove it to the ground.

Honestly, tanki in 2024 is just frustration simulator. 2014-2015 tanki may have been a bit boring at times, but it was pretty chill. 2016-2017 tanki is where I felt it was at its best. Was still chill but had levels of excitement. 2018-2019 were the last years that it was still decent. Started going downhill 2020 and after. I wont list all that have brought the game to its knees, but some of the biggest ones: •Failure to properly optimize the servers or add options to disable unnecessary visuals like drones bobbing up and down, retracting turrets, map's sprite animations. •A failing MM system that is incapable of creating balanced battles. Too many game modes being available at once, player capacity in battles being too high contributes to it. • Constant additions of status augments and hybrid augments. • The way the devs just make changes without a second thought it seems quite often. -
Honestly, I'd much rather get any cosmetic than get a useless augment I'll never use or a status augment (most of them anyway).

What's more fun in the long run, the best meta combo or your favorite combo?

The "best meta combo" is only fun until it gets nerfed. The favorite combo is fun no matter what.- 1 reply

I mean if the map has little to no cover, then there'd be no point to camp anyway.
-
There's also really no incentive to spending money in the game upon reaching endgame or near endgame. Most of the things you could get are either locked behind events or in containers. You could get a skin from the battle passes, but that's about it.
-
Oh ok. Isn't it supposed to push away corpses or something?
-
The module, repair kit, and life guard are only good against a couple of mines, not an entire mine field. I also hear that mammoth tends to easily flip after going over just a few mines, which already defeats the purpose of it being a counter. So the only viable option currently is titan.
-
I can only imagine how bad its gotten since all those nerfs in one update it received. Though its probably even worse than my imagination. Honestly, if I was still playing and I became the jug, I would just self destruct without hesitation. I know its a scummy thing to do, but I'd rather use my already selected equipment than a big fat tank that's always a target and is just a shell of its former self.

Could matches be fairer if the match-making system was allowed to take longer times to create matches?
PirateSpider replied to demon09 in Game Discussion
Just do a game mode rotation about every other week or every month, completely remove ASL from regular MM, and bring back DM and SJR as part of regular MM. Then you can have the rotations look like this: DM or SJR TDM or TJR CTF or rugby CP or seige -
A flat nerf to the number of mines doesn't sound very interesting. The quotes below give a more interesting way of dealing with mines.

Honestly, I would like better balanced battles and less wait time in exchange for less modes to choose from and less players per battle. -
I have stopped playing the game nearly 3 and a half months ago, myself. Still haven't regretted my choice.
-
I originally was gonna just say to give dictator the ability to destroy mines in its radius too. But I think this would suit its role as a support better.
-
For a company that only cares about its short term profits, there's no way they'd even consider it, let alone make it happen. The only thing players (free players or buyers) can do about it is think carefully about their choice to enter such events.
-
Just needs more counters is all. I think something like this should suffice: • allow wasp, hopper, and hunter to destroy every mine in their radius. • allow crusader and Ares to destroy mines in their splash radius. • extend mammoths mine destroying capabilities to its maximum radius. • allow hornet to see every enemy mine on the battle field as well as being able to destroy them using their turret.
-
More like a wannabe boss that instead can be easily destroyed unless the person is a tryhard or in a group or both. I'm doing the same for pretty the same reason. The devs tend to overhype certain upcoming changes, and when they do come, they are a disappointing letdown. Judging by all the signs, I think tanki is truly on its last legs. I'm honestly not surprised that the 3 months since I have stopped playing, they have dug the grave even deeper especially with at least 2 very big changes.

I'd agree with you if it was 2016-2019 but in 2024, there are things like status augments (which can rip off your supplies and protections and even movement long enough to get you killed quite a few times over), these new powerful augments that the devs keep releasing like the hybrid augments, and then over drives some of which can act like a secondary weapon.
-
I get that it can be a bit confusing and take some time to get used to, but its pretty convenient. I mean lets be honest, would you rather just say eagle or have to say "shaft protection" or "shaft protection module" every time you need to mention it?
-
While I do agree that the current 50% is insane, I think nerfing it down to just 30% is too much, making them almost useless. I think 40% is perfect. Not too strong but strong enough. Even then, you'd need to figure out how to compensate those who spent the crystals to get it to 50%. Maybe you could turn that extra 10% (possibly more) into hull augments?
