Me: Ah, thanks for the containers! Tanki: No problem, man! Me: This should be good, maybe an augment or two, a bunch of crystals, and hopefully a legendary drop. Tanki: Are you joking??? This is so disappointing. I'm done with the game. It's just not worth my time any more. With this new container nerf, there is no point in trying to earn, well, anything. The game is now just a boring, repetitive mess. I wouldn't rule out a comeback, but for now, I'm done. I'm truly sorry for Tanki; they must be really desperate if they're doing this. Forcing people to buy containers in order to get anything. I wish them all the best, and I wish every one of you all the best. Good luck.

Oh, my. I go offline for two weeks and come back to KABOOM. Okay, this actually feels like a pretty great update overall. Lots of stuff going on here. Glad to see nerfs to Paladin and Freeze, of course, as well as to those terrible copy-paste Tesla augments. And it's good to know that the Stunotron Twins augment won't be 100% god-tier. And a Stunning Missiles nerf? Yay! The big concern I have is the changes to containers. This feels like Tanki is basically requiring us to buy UC's if we want any sort of skin. Although seeing the OP augments making their way into common containers is good. The shard update is kinda disappointing, though. But the virtual removal of Common drops from UC's should be worth it. The other big concern is the removal of supply kits. Does that mean that there will be 0 supply drops ever? No 125 SB? or is it just the 100/250 drops that got removed? Anyone: You can't get a good score in the Snowball Fight special mode. Me: McBob is another one of my alts, BTW. I also caught two golds, while using Mammoth as my hull.

If this is gonna be your main concern, I'd suggest that you get another drone and level it up, but continue using Brutus until that other drone is maxed out. Trickster I haven't used, but it seems fun. Again, you could just use Brutus until you get it 19-20/20. Magnum is tough. And it's kinda underpowered right now. However, it's pretty effective with Titan. So if you want to use it, go for it. Cause if you get it to work for you, it's great fun. I'd default to this. Click below for a Striker rant/why I think this is the best option. Overall, I'd recommend Striker + some augments, but that's just me. Pick what you want to have fun with, and have fun with it.

I like the idea, honestly. Feels like the Chrome dino game. But this says it all. Slight issue there. Plus, the loading time probably won't be enough. Even though I'd love to do a Tanki version of the Chrome dino game.

Okay, I know everyone's annoyed cause of the special missions that force you to play every single freaking day, the absurd price of the skin container, and the existence of Jamming Mix. But can we please just take a moment to acknowledge the Snowball Fight special mode? The thing is genius! It's so outlandish it's fun. I thought it was gonna be a boring-as-all-hell mode where you basically drive around and no one gets any kills cause you can't reach the other side. Plot twist: it's not like that. The turret alone makes it worth it, not gonna lie; that thing is so funny. And there's a lot more strategy involved than I thought. It's like playing with a miniature Magnum. Oh yeah and there are gold boxes. So, extra cash. Thank you very much. Now, this is what special modes should be like. Entertaining, rewarding, and fun. Not some copy-pasted Solo Juggernaut mode. Please bring it back soon!

Well said, pal. I love the game, but it disappoints at every turn. These special missions are boring as hell and make you play every single day. During the holidays! Like, sure, fine, but could they be a little less. . . grind-y? And make it so I can miss a day or two, spend some time with my family?

True. I just think Freeze looks ugly overall so that's why I'm saying it's a good skin for Freeze. Just my opinion. And they did do a good job.

Holy bananas. Six hours later I'm still reading through all this stuff. Okay well there's a lot to unpack here. Special modes sound fun. Especially that new one. Unfortunately, as Christmas is smack-dab in the middle of that, I might miss out. Sales are always welcome. I think I'll buy Isida's Adrenaline augment, cause that's the only Isida augment I don't have yet. Snowmen are cool. Probably won't get anything, but it can't hurt to try. Special missions. . . yeah no. That's just painful. I'll see which ones I can do, but TJR, for example, probably won't happen. As for the other special missions, this is kinda disappointing. Now I have to play every day? But Christmas! But those 2022 TK are so appealing. . . but the fact that I'm not that great of a player means that I might not even get to finish every day even if I do take time on Christmas Day to do it. But I really want those TK. And the UC's. But. . . I don't know. Does anyone know a way around this that would let me still have a life by the end? Please tell me if you do.

Okay, now that I've gone on about the bad stuff, Freeze HD is very much welcome. And thank you for changing descriptions. It makes life a lot easier. And I really wanna see a Winter Sandbox Remastered. Should be cool! (Pun intended.) Pretty good Patch Notes overall, just marred by that new "augment."
