  1. Group functionality will be added later on. Good question. Try to test it!

Ugh, BEAR2002 is there too. At least this mode helps deal with people like him, who just play JGR like a DM for some damn reason...

    New container

The container reward probabilities are not set in stone, and can be adjusted in order to fit in with the economy. Even if there were just two rewards - 1 tankoin and 100k tankoins, it doesn't mean you'd be getting the 100k 50% of the time. So yeah, less reward options ≠ higher chance of each reward.

It's extremely low, but definitely not zero. If you think about it, the highest reward from normal containers is an XT skin, which is an extremely rare exotic reward. 100k tankoins is equivalent to 8 XT skins (XT container costs 12k tk), so the chance of that reward is most likely even lower than an Exotic from normal containers. It was a misunderstanding. Post is back up.
  5. No, that only applies to weekly containers. For normal ones the probabilities and amounts are same for all ranks.
  6. Tanki Picture of the Day exists for this exact purpose. You can also use the Container Project to Learn Reward Probabilities topic to post container rewards. A new topic is not necessary. Closed.

' If we're talking percentages, then 0.1% seems pretty reasonable. That's about the same as an Exotic item from a normal container,
  9. We can only speculate, but I think it may be around 1000 total active accounts (played at least once during last summer), and around 50 online at the same time.
  10. Yeah, it would be a stampede. Imagine ALL TEN of them moving to TO at once :o
  11. I'm sure it could be arranged that only unspent monetary purchases are transferred to TO along with the account. Doesn't affect anyone else though. If you see a Lieutenant with M2 20/20 equipment, it doesn't matter if they bought the crystals, saved them up somehow, or got them for free from the acc transfer - it's all the same to you, since all you're seeing is a powerful enemy that you have to deal with.
  12. I have to disagree with you there. Getting a kit 2 ranks earlier than the same kit in the garage (and without rotations), is definitely something you need to play. "Need" is a bit of a subjective word here, because technically you don't need to buy anything and could just play with Hunter Smoky M0 from start to finish. But buying upgrades, and buying upgrades as early as possible, be it from garage or shop, definitely helps with overall enjoyment from the game.
  13. Once again, this was only because TX couldn't be turned into what it was originally made to become. If Unity could still be supported by browsers, 2 years ago all Tanki Online players would move into Tanki X, which would have been an optimised, better looking and more fun version of TO. There would be a bunch of cool new maps added, with style and gameplay similar to that battleship map in Tanki X. There would have been new turrets, hulles, overdrives, etc. And the best part is, all accounts would have been fully transferred with no loss, so there would be absolutely no reason to stay in Tanki Online, especially considering that TO would likely close soon after official release of TX. But since TX got locked out of browsers, the situation played out the way it did.
  14. When I said "$20", I implied an ammount that would allow the player to buy everything they need at the initial ranks - a full MU M0 tank, supplies, modules, perhaps a paint and maybe a drone. i'm not sure how much money or crystals that requires, but my point is that regardless of how large of a sum would be transferred from Tanki X, such a player would just be equivalent to a "hardcore buyer". Doesn't matter if you have 400k or 400M crystals at recruit - the equipment unlock limits won't allow you to abuse your transferred funds. The only party potentially at a loss from this transfer is Alternativa, but then it's just a question of balancing the amount in order to remain beneficial for the economy in the long run, due to TX players staying in TO and potentially spending money in the future, as opposed to leaving completely.
  15. Is that how much you need to get a full MU M0 and a few supplies these days?
  16. Why not? That would be the same as someone putting $20 into the game in order to get a head start on a new account with M1 items and supplies right away. If they did transfer accounts, it would most likely be only items purchased with money, so probably X-crystals and containers. As for economic balance - if they only transfer X-crystals, then it's just continuation of their account in a different game. The question is which option would give more revenue: either there's no account transfer and (for example) 90% of TX players leave while 10% start over in TO and make purchases; or there is transfer, so perhaps only 30% of players leave, and 70% stay, but they don't make as many purchases (or don't purchase for a few months) due to having plenty of crystals and/or tankoins due to the transfer.
  17. If this were to happen, it would only be for the benefit of non-TO players, meaning that you'd only be able to transfer your stuff to a new TO account in order to continue playing after TX closes. Something like a unique promo code that gives you items of value equivalent to what you had on your TX account, and you can only use the promo code on TO accounts created after the announcement of TX getting closed. But this is only theoretical - in reality it's extremely unlikely that any kind of transfer will be done.
  18. I think they should add Picasso paint! Oh wait...
  19. Regardless of the reason, such behaviour is not tolerated here. Respect everyone or go somewhere else. You don't know if their company is stable. You don't know that either. I'm sure it's possible, but like I said in my post, it's most likely too complicated to be of any benefit. To put it simply, developers would rather close all accounts and deal with the backlash from those few, who actually cared about their TX account, rather than waste time and resources to transfer these accounts to Tanki Online. That's why I said "usually". Of course it doesn't apply to everyone. Tanki X is nearly dead (which is why it's closing). The vast majority of those, who would be furious, left a long time ago. Hence, no point transferring accounts. Nothing is wrong with him, he simply understands how the economy works.
  20. It's also for players who are extremely humble, don't repeat themselves and know how to use the quote feature
  21. Ok, so why should they add paints that you want and not paints that someone else wants? I'll be honest here - the textures you proposed are completely unfitting to be actual in-game paints, other than as an April fools joke or something. Also, 99% of players don't know who Twiggy is and don't care about that paint, while the Riddler paint would cause issues with copyright. Either way, devs have enough paint textures of their own and we do not accept ideas for new paints. This topic will be merged into Ideas for Paints.
