Because developers decided to include paints in every kit and the paints became extremely expensive after the update. If you look at the individual prices of the items, you'll find that in many kits the paint is actually by far the most expensive of the four items being sold. IMHO it's really unfair to the players, but that's just how they decided to do it. From what I understood, the new rank will just be a single rank with multiple sub-divisions. Legends don't get any new unlocked equipment, so they are technically all at the same point in progress as Generalissimos, therefore it's somewhat fair to allow them to play against lower ranks, to a certain extent. If you don't want to play against high ranks, you need to either find a battle where your rank is maximum, or create such a battle yourself.

I reported your idea to developers, but they have a ton of other planned ideas to implement before they can get to working on yours.

Quoting my post is enough for me to get a notification because I have notifications for quotes turned on, while member tags (like ) don't actually give notifications. As far as I know, it's a keyboard issue. I asked quite a few electronics specialists about it, but not many of them even heard of "key ghosting", let alone know how to fix it. I'm really not the person to ask when it comes to technical issues, but as far as I know - the amount of ghosting depends on the keyboard and all of them have different combinations which don't work together. You just need to try different keyboards, I guess.

Most of what you needed to know has been said above, but just to recap: Railgun's damage has a very large range and the value is chosen at random (a detailed explanation of how it works can be found here) In this game it doesn't matter where you hit the enemy tank. Your shot can just slightly touch the enemy tank's corner and still deal maximum damage Check the Railgun protection that your opponent has. When you are playing with Railgun and you see a number next to a player's nickname (example here) - it means that they have a protective module that reduces the damage dealt by Railgun. You can also press and hold R or V to check the details of their module (example here), as well as the turret and hull they have equipped. When you buy M2 Railgun, consider buying the M2 alteration for Railgun. It reduces the damage range and makes you deal more consistent damage, so the values don't randomly happen to be really high or really low. If you're buying a laptop and play using arrow keys, make sure to test the controls. I bought a "gaming laptop" that has terrible key ghosting, so I can't press certain combinations of keys simultaneously. If I start rotating my turret and driving back at the same time (Z and ↓), then I can't shoot or turn my tank at the same time. I had to buy a separate keyboard to be able to play -_-

No, crystal transfer is the movement of crystals from one Tanki Online account to another. This is just crystal purchase. Giving someone an in-game present using your real money is the same as giving them money IRL so that they can spend it on Tanki themselves. It's no different from normal crystal purchase for your own account and it can't be abused in any way.

Why? Buying anything for someone else with money is the same as the person buying that thing with their own money. The players don't get any more items than they would if buying it normally and developers get the same revenue.

We already had that argument. There is no longer an "XT paints" topic. The completed idea has a similar concept, while "XT paints" in their literal interpretation is declined. As far as I know, there are no more issues with other completed ideas. That's because developers are currently not considering any ideas for any of these categories. I don't want to decline them all saying "developers don't want any ideas for new turrets (or maps/missions/etc.), but neither do I want the ideas section to be flooded with a bunch of individual topics for small things like new missions, which is why we have the category topics. It's likely that one day developers will actually be in need of new ideas and they will check these topics (or ask us to check them and summarise the best ideas).

And now look at all of the ideas with the tag [Completed] and tell me again how player ideas are being ignored. Also, valid ideas with the Under review tag are never archived and remain pending until developers either implement it or specifically announce that the idea will not happen. Ideas merged with those topics aren't hidden - they are still there for anyone to discuss. In fact, a few of the more interesting ideas are even kept as separate topics despite being relevant to one of the bigger ones. I usually only merge the topics which have little to no chance of being added to the game, really common ideas or valid ideas which are very minor, so having them in their own topic is pointless.

XT equipment is a set of exclusive items which give players opportunity to stand out and look cooler. They aren't better than normal M3s and don't affect your gameplay, so players should only get it if they have crystals to waste. And obviously you would "love to own it" because who wouldn't want a cool golden-plated tank instead of a normal one? But you can't always have what you want. It's true though that it's inconvenient to guy an M3 XT item and have to upgrade it to M4 again, even if you have a fully upgraded normal version in the garage already. This problem has already been fixed in Tanki X and it may happen in Tanki Online as well, but for the moment developers couldn't find a better way to implement XTs other than a separate set of items. We already have an idea topic about this issue. If you want to discuss XT items, you can do so in the topic Let's Discuss XT items. Please don't create topics for the purpose of asking a question. One more thing Generalissimos can thank developers for is the fact that they announced the update quite early. That way if you are a Generalissimo and just coming up to another EXP value that will soon be a mark for one of the new Legend ranks, it makes sense to wait for the update so that you can get 40k from the update and get 40k more from ranking up straight afterwards.

The thing is, it would only make sense to get disappointed about the lack of rewards from the update if advancing through the Legend series of ranks would unlock more equipment upgrades to spend crystals on. But since that's not the case and a Legend-9001 player would still be at a same level as a Generalissimo, the compensation for not getting all the previous rewards isn't really necessary. "Legend" is mainly a symbol of status and a way for players to better compare progress and experience between one another. The fact that it's also another source of crystals is a secondary feature and is just a nice gesture from developers. Think of it this way: you've been playing the game for your own enjoyment and simply getting experience, but now instead of just seeing the EXP go up, you also get crystals for it! And you don't lose anything at all, because if you and your friend were Generalissimos with 1 600 000 points three years ago and you waited instead of playing because you somehow knew that this update would happen, but your friend continued playing, you wouldn't benefit from it as you would simply become a tier-I Legend with 40 000 extra crystals, while your friend would be a higher level Legend also with 40 000 crystals from the update, but also a much better garage and years of fun in the game behind him. P.S. I actually had to change my whole post halfway through typing it because at the beginning I agreed with OP. But then I kinda realised that not giving players all the rewards from the experience doesn't put them in any disadvantage. So I don't blame OP for thinking this way - it's easy to mistakenly assume this from your first impression of the news.

Alterations can be turned on and off, so you can buy all 4 alterations for one turret (when the other 3 will be added to the game) and activate them in any combination you want. As far as I know, switching alterations in battle doesn't have a 5 minute cooldown, so in fact it's MORE convenient to have one turret with all alterations, rather than two with each having its own set.

Why no option for Gold box supplies? :D
