First of all, we don't know if this will actually cause lag, so don't use that argument to criticise an idea. Second, this is about blinding the player that controls the tank, not the actual tank. I can see this being implemented as a sort of visual effect that turns enemy players' screens white for a moment and allows the player to make a surprise maneuver.

We decided to let this topic be on its own, since it's such an original idea followed by a lot of interesting discussion and suggestions from other players. Same applies to any other idea that fits into a category topic, but is interesting enough to stand on its own.

That was a different request. I still think they will keep adding actual new paints every now and then. And do something special with them too - not just a plain new texture, because nowadays we have so many paints that if you buy some brand new paint for 1 million crystals, people will probably mistake it for a cheaper, less interesting paint.

Yeah, pretty much. But this whole update was an opportunity for developers to add more expensive, exclusive things for sale without affecting the balance between buyers and free players, so in that sense there's nothing to complain about. Besides, I think the paints will still go on sale as usual during holiday events (not certain, please don't go bashing me if they don't!), so if you really like a paint and can't afford it yet, you can try waiting for the promotions.

Why not? Players asked for paints to be added back to the garage and developers did exactly that!

To be fair, hundreds of players were requesting that these holiday paints (especially Frost) should stay in the garage, so this is kind of an example of how developers listen to player feedback. And the paints were in the game years ago, so to most players they are indeed "new".

Topic merged Once the update gets released, I suggest you post the idea again in the main news topic, so that it definitely gets noticed by developers ASAP. I do like the idea of having a higher chance to get this supply at higher ranks/chains, although I'm not sure if the daily missions can be made to work that way.

No worries, they can raise the cost of XT equipment to 1 million crys per piece so that you won't feel so uncomfortable :D

6 :D Frost was in the game at the same time as Sweater, but it was an expensive paint for 200k when it was first added. This is a family photo I did with my club on the 10th of January, when Sweater was a free texture of the Holiday paint and Frost's cost went down to something like 2000 crystals. I'm in the top row with my old name :3

Topic merged The paint separation update was meant to turn paints into exclusive cosmetic items that give buyers something to spend their money on without giving them any OP items that make them stronger (which is unfair to free players). If you can't afford the paint - don't buy it. But if you care about how your tank looks and want a fancy texture, well, I'm afraid you have to get the crystals to afford this luxury. Also, weren't you the one suggesting a $750 paint to be added for buyers only? Why the sudden disapproval towards expensive paints? :D
