The second kind of buyers is the 20% I mentioned earlier. Premium is better for getting crystals only if you play a lot. If you don't play much, buying crystals directly is definitely a better option for you, while Premium is more of a "status" thing with a few cosmetic features, one of which is the paint. I also think that Premium users should have all XT items available for rent as long as they have Premium (and then pay 500k if they want to MU it and have it in garage forever), but for some reason devs don't like that idea. That's not a robbery, that's an assault. And since Tanki isn't threatening your life/health with this update, no point comparing it to this. TO isn't a property dealer. The only way you can negotiate with the game is by refusing to play it and choosing a different game instead.

For whom? I doubt that many real buyers with premium acc even use the paint at all, because they probably have a ton of full MU top-level paints with much better protection which they use instead. I'd say over 80% of players complaining about 15% being removed are ones who get premium for free - from missions, as compensation or after a month's absence.

It's somewhat wrong that developers didn't give a longer notice prior to the update, but on the other hand removal of the 15% is not that big of a deal, so it's not something that requires huge prior announcements and refunds.

That's true. Though it usually doesn't happen like that but I heard of some cases where dodgy companies would slip something like that into their terms and conditions and legally steal from their customers, who sign the terms without reading them properly. Be careful not to sell your soul to the devil by carelessly signing some papers! ;)

It's not a robbery because everyone agrees to their terms and conditions when they create an account. If you buy a house and the documents you sign state that the previous owner is free to enter your home and remove whatever items he wants (like your belongings), then when it actually happens it's not a "robbery" because you agreed to let that happen.

From what I understand, this game is an LLC and they basically blocked themselves from any kind of legal issues related to changes to in-game items. They say that they reserve the right to do whatever they want with the game and the items you have on your account. Heck, they even say that your whole account belongs to them and you are just "borrowing" it when you play, so they could just delete your whole account after you buy $10000 worth of crystals and they would get away with it. Obviously that kind of thing won't happen, but something as trivial as removing protection from a paint is by no means a violation of the user's right that's worth ranting about.

That makes no sense whatsoever. But for new players this is the best time to start the game thanks to all the cool features which have been added in the past few years. And the last one makes it a lot easier to get the hang of the protections system, which was really weird and hard to remember previously.

Read the first post. All players with special paints will get their protections back as modules in the next 3 days. The paint was a tiny convenience given to buyers so that they could use the paint in normal battles (since a paint with no protections was completely useless at high ranks). Now that the paint no longer needs a protection attached to it in order to be usable, said protection was removed. Premium players still have 50% more exp and double crystals, which is more than enough gameplay bonuses. Won't happen. The idea of this update is to turn paints into cosmetic items, where the better looking paints have a very high price to make them exclusive and valuable, so that players who buy them can show off their status. They are basically XT paints and you don't have to buy them in order to win. This might be added. Thanks for the suggestion.

Developers want to add some kind of decorative elements for tanks. Whether or not it will be exactly what you suggest - I don't know, but it's likely that your idea will be added as well.

This time people were being asked to stop for 2 hours and nothing happened. So bans had to be given out as a last-resort measure. Sure, maybe your ban wasn't completely deserved, but you shouldn't have contributed to the flood, when you saw that what you were doing was the reason chat became unusable.

First of all, I doubt that each one of them only put the "+" once. I'm sure admins didn't ban those who posted it once. Second - even by posting it once they still contributed to the overall flood, so the ban was deserved.
