  2. Yes, I was going to add that in my message, but didn't. The guys were obviously in a group, so MM probably doesn't even consider their power and simply puts another group in the enemy team. Not the right way to do it, tbh.
  3. I agree with pretty much all your points, some of them very strongly. First of all, thanks for appreciating the difficulty in establishing balance. The reality is that our world is extremely chaotic, so even in identical circumstances with all variables remaining the same, battles can end with drastically different results due to pure chance. One overdrive used a second too early or too late could give an momentary disadvantage that cascades into complete domination by the other team. Even if we assume that everyone has a fully upgraded garage and is equally skilled, the result of the battle will heavily depend on the equipment and protections the players will choose. It's impossible to predict. That being said, I do sometimes think that the MM balancing system is either not working properly, or intentionally causing disbalance. I'm talking about cases with one team having myself and two guys with Veteran paint and top-100 efficiency, while the other team having a bunch of non-legends. Such games end very quickly and predictably, and it really makes you wonder how MM matched the players. Definitely agree with this. Devs must implement either a way to see in advance the kind of battle (i.e. map and team) you're being put into, and/or not put you back into the same game once you leave. This would be a cool thing to have. My personal suggestion would be to have a new kind of container with basic rewards (supplies and crystals) that would have a chance of being rewarded if you stay till the end of a battle on the losing side. The container would only be given to active players on the losing team, and the longer you stayed in the battle, the higher your chance of getting this container. Container would be similar to the one given for free in the mobile version, but perhaps with about 5x the amount of rewards (around 600 crystals and 20 supplies total).
  4. My absolute favourite thing to do. Even if I only get 1 in 50 golds using this strat, it's totally worth it.

    "Tanki" or "Tanki Online"?

    "Tanki" may be a bit too generic for a game title because it literally means "Tanks" in Russian. By adding "Online", I guess the founders tried to highlight the fact that it's an in-browser multiplayer game, which was quite rare back in 2009. If you search for "танки" on the internet, you just get a bunch of results about real tanks, so "Tanki online" makes the game much easier to find, especially in the early days when the game wasn't popular.
  6. I'm glad you mentioned this one. Too many people keep talking about this "no kill on gold box" rule, but it makes no sense to me. If you're a Dictator with Lifesaver/Defender drone, or a Mammoth with overdrive at the ready, don't expect me to ignore you and just let you easily take the gold box.
  7. One container is still something. Considering that for most people mines just continually accumulate, throwing out 1000 of them in exchange for a potentially good reward seems like fair trade. No. Neither do mines placed via Dictator overdrive.

  9. Saboteur drone doesn't reduce the cooldown on mines, and neither does it count the multiple mines towards the mission, despite placing up to 9 mines at once. It's still 1 activation every 40 seconds, as usual. Miner drone is a bit better, since, if I recall correctly, it reduces cooldown of mine supply by 10 seconds every time you activate another supply. But if you really want to speed up this mission, use camper drone. At full upgrades it allows you to place one mine every 6 seconds, as long as you have 100% health. Find a nice hidden spot to camp with a long range turret and you will complete the minefield mission in no time. I used it to help me complete the 1111 supplies mission during birthday celebrations and it literally doubled the amount of supplies I managed to spend per battle.

    The poll still doesn't make sense. First of all, you need to separate it into multiple questions (you can do up to 3, if I recall correctly). Second, you can't just classify players into "buyer" and "non-buyer". A player that spent $2 to buy a paint once is not the same as someone who spends $1000 monthly. Where do you draw the line? Third — I don't really see why age is important in this poll, not to mention that the age groups are completely off, since the vast majority (I'd guess around 90%) of players are under 20. P.S. Instead of writing "50 - infinity" (which sounds ridiculous), just do "50+".

    @PS5 Please keep in mind that the primary language on this forum is English, so you do not need to translate your post to multiple languages. What's more, posting so much text (and a huge unnecessary image) makes your post occupy too much space, which is basically spam. Please don't add any unnecessary info in your posts.
  14. You could at least shoot them once, in case they are on low health so that you might kill them. Or if you have Booster, one second is often enough time to turn your turret, activate DD and one-shot them. If not that, then the least you could do is throw the ball in Rugby, or turn your hull to block them while you're stopped. When this was added, my initial thought was "haha I'm going to have a massive advantage over all these fools still using Flash". But after playing for a while, I gotta tell you - it's really not that easy to avoid the OD even when you see the star. First of all, it's only visible at medium-short range, when nicknames come into view. Second, in the heat of battle it's easy to miss the OD star among all other indicators and stuff going on around you. Third - they can always just come from behind. Maybe my reaction time just isn't that good, but I've been getting hit by Hunter OD plenty of times despite seeing beforehand that their OD is charged.
  15. We don't accept ideas for reverting updates. The paint's texture was changed in order to stand out less and be less jarring to look at. It's also more similar to the standard texture used to mark transparent areas on images (in programs like Photoshop). If you want a texture with higher contrast, I'd recommend a paint like Zebra or Domino.
  16. From my experience playing with and against Hunters, I don't think the delay should be removed. It forces you to improve your strategy a bit, and gives the most skilled players time to react. What does bother me a lot is the range, which seems to ALWAYS get me even if I stop and drive the opposite way the instant I see the enemy Hunter's OD star. This I agree with. It doesn't make sense to lose 100% of your charge when you didn't even use the overdrive. For too much impact force there's the heavyweight alteration, which helps incredibly well against any impact force.

    In this topic you can read a bunch of details about how we manage the section and how you should post ideas. It also lists all the status tags and what they mean. As for hiding rejected ideas — you are allowed to do that, but we would prefer if you didn't, since leaving it visible to other players means that people might see it and will be less likely to post the same thing again. Declined ideas are nothing to be ashamed of anyway. We appreciate the fact that you're involved with the development of the progress and wish to express your opinion about how you think it should be changed or improved.

    No, there's plenty of forum users with far greater reputation/post ratio. Community managers are obvious (Marcus has 9 times more reputation than posts), but even normal players, like @Adriel.RB for example, have more reputation than content.

  20. You greatly overestimate the amount of regular PRO battle players. Compared to the whole population of the game, they comprise about 5% at most. It's a significant number, but it's far from "half". PRO battle funds are a serious issue for the economy because they allow players to customise battle settings in order to create the most efficient crystal-farming battles. This gives them an advantage and ultimately reduces revenue for the game, forcing developers to limit everyone in ways they'd rather not. By removing funds from PRO battles, the exciting competitive gameplay of PRO battles remains unchanged, but the exploit gets fixed. Like I said in other posts, PRO battles are meant to be an additional feature that players occasionally use for fun, as opposed to an alternative primary way to play and progress in the game.
  21. Wasp may be faster than Hornet, but it's also less stable and its Overdrive is weaker. What you suggest was already the case a few years ago, but it was then changed to the current system, where hulls are separated into three categories and each category has the same maximum health at full upgrades.
