There are currently a potential 165 different combinations for a trio module for 11 turrets. Increasing from 11 to 13 gives 286. This means there is no cost-effective way to suitably protect yourself using trio modules alone unless your name is Bill Gates. Players would inevitably complain and you don't want to backtrack on the introduction of turrets so you introduce quads to silence the critics which would only compound the mistake. 13 turrets and quad modules give 715 possible resistance combinations which just makes the garage one heck of a mess. The fastest way to zap buying confidence is to get us to spend on items which become all but useless later on. No buying means no revenue. We'll end up in a feedback loop that sees numbers in the game continually falling until only the die-hard players are left, who, will chase off any new players trying to join. AP then pulls the plug. Do yourselves and us a favour and get your client version working before adding any new equipment to the game, then focus on allowing us to customise what we already have like... The ability to add a resistance to a single module to make it a double or making a trio to a quad allowing us to make our own combination allowing us to upgrade existing legacy modules further (would get me spending again) Now you can see my reasoning and your sarcastic response is again noted. This is constructive feedback. Ignore, ridicule or deride it - it's your choice.

I want to give Tanki Devs a big thumbs up for the brilliant addition of Displaying Damage inflicted and the x10 thing to make it clearer. I'm happy to see this so we can put to bed any suspicions we may have of cheating and we can confirm if hit detection is working. Sometimes I wonder how some players seem to survive shots from all angles from multiple players. I know lag is sometimes a factor in this. A big +1 from me for that addition to the game! I can say with certainty that some of the current players will abandon careers in TO altogether for a new start in TX. Numbers in Flash will certainly go down. No "yes and no" about it!

We certainly need clarification on Tanki Online's future. What are the triggers that would make AP pull the plug and what does Hazel mean by "up to players"? The numbers playing the flash version will certainly go down once tanki-x is launched and the picture for Flash is already a stagnated one imo. We certainly do have valid concerns about the flash version so it's time for some detail in that regard.

13 turrets and only 3 resistances? This is how it goes; players save hard or spend cash to get that trio module maxed out only for another 2 turrets to be introduced. A couple of months later, quad modules will have to be released due to the complaints which will then make your trio redundant. Players who then spent all those crystals upgrading will then have out-dated modules and will then need to buy new quads to stay competitive.

You have an unhealthy obsession with mspaint - mate! The truth is, you manufactured something I supposed to have thought and then proceeded to try and refute that thought. Again, I implied nothing because unlike many people here, I just say what I think. My beef is not just with price, excessive as it is, it was with the pitch too and if I'm pulling no punches and being totally honest, it was also irresponsible. We like the little stories tanki tell us from time to time, eg, freeze turret being invented, getting made from vacuum cleaner and fridge parts or whatever it was because they're fun and harmless, but here I believe they're using their influence to convince us that these items are somehow special when they're clearly not. Tanki should NOT do that. "Paints have become a status symbol" "I would compare paints with watches. Even a $10 ordinary watch can show the exact time but if you're wearing a designer watch worth several 1000's of dollars on your wrist, it will DEFINITELY get you A LOT more attention than the $10 piece of plastic." I take things too literally? You don't start a post with, "Don't fool yourself into thinking that paints take 2 mins on MS Paint to make", and not expect me to take that as a jibe. And it was Hazel in the v-log comparing paints to designer watches first. I never implied that paints lacked the features that make a designer item special, I came right out and said as much. The paints are nothing special. Certainly not special or designer enough to get a price tag of 750k! These price tags and the whole way in which paints were pitched to us borders on the obscene in my opinion and it preys on the gullible. Sure, there will be some players where money is no object but there will also be those who believe that pitch, spend 750k on a pattern, then immediately regret it afterwards. Then there are the paints bundled in to kits which keeps those prices high too. Tanki are saying we don't have to buy paints if we don't want to so I look forward to them removing them from kits. Players save for months or years even to buy a kit and then they go a do this to them. Somebody has to stand up for the players who haven't got that much to spend on the game. Of course the video was lost on you and I expect nothing from the devs thanks.

I'd like to see how much damage I inflicted but I know this would never happen. Split the left hand side chat up to include a running display of inflicted damage eg, tanker A +50 tanker B +10 etc I don't have to see how much Tanker A and B have left, nor do I need to see everyone's damage rates, I just would like to know how much I inflicted. The whole game virtually is geared up to make calculating damage practically impossible for any one shot. For me, something like this would restore some of the confidence I have lost in the game. An update such as this would get me singing tanki's praises.

I never said it was impossible. I'm sure most of us with experience in this game can create a new account and manage it in a selective way that requires a lot of patience, sacrificing fun and competitiveness for long periods of time in order to be successful later on but I know this is extremely difficult and only a few imo could pull that off. Generally speaking, the way the game is setup these days, it's pay to win, imo.

But they had no data to ascertain which ones would be in high demand. In the v-log, Hazel gave a designer watch analogy which has no basis whatsoever with regard to paints. Designer watches are more valuable because of their originality, quality or make-up whereas the paints in the garage are nothing special, just a pattern wrapped around your hull essentially. A 750k paint is inaccessible to the majority of players in this game and only few would be gullible enough to get something at that price that gives them nothing but nasty comments in chat. A designer paint would be more a custom type paint that only appeals to a certain group of players. examples: A country of origin paint or custom clan paint, football teams even...

Why charge for the tool in the first place? If it's just about fun and there is no truth to the money making aspect, then a better idea would have been to give a gold box supply to players every time they earn 250,000 xp or something like that. When they drop it, 1000 crystals goes to the catcher and 1000 to the dropper. This incentivises players to play and they feel rewarded for doing so. Dropping a gold box you have earned would then be a special event and much more meaningful whereas as it is now, golds have been diluted and are less of an event. Please do not complain when players use sarcasm to get a point across. What's good for the goose and all that.

No idea what you just said there. DF's were not part of the update. MU sales were a bonus predicted by me as part of a larger pattern. Free Premium? Where? There was no change in product kits because prior to disintegration, protection and paint was included. Not having a protection module after release wasn't a problem to be fixed, they were just slow in bring it out. But due to the increase in price of the paints, are product kits worth it or is it better to wait for individual sales on hulls and turrets? They've actually created a problem here. These updates and freebees give a momentary boost in player participation and tanki income but while the sales stuff is welcome, they are short term measures. The moment I see an update worth praising for doing the right thing I'll welcome it but so far all I see are unfair updates designed ostensibly to squeeze money out of players, not engaging updates which tempt players to stay and spend. Don't jump on me for giving my honest opinion.

Maybe you can list them all so we know which ones have been fixed. Oh, you can't!

Like I predicted a week ago - it's a pattern. But let's hope this kick-starts some kind of long term revival while they're doing something about our feedback. I still can't bring myself to play when I don't know which turret to select for the best. Still no feedback from tanki about that issue. Silence so far.

Can I just make sure I have this right. Once players are no longer eligible for these items, does it mean that nobody can ever get these special modules again? example, All the current helpers who have a 20% module, can keep it but once it is removed, they are no longer allowed to get it OR are they still capable of earning it again without crystals?
