Well, there's no point in complaining because we all know that changes are here to stay. So deal with it and maybe buy a Pro pass. :P (I start to love this update)
-
I was discussing this update but these no-lifers started to troll me. So why did you hide my comment and not theirs? Anybody can see who started this... I expect fair treatment.
-
However, you could erase their trolling comments too... That's why many players believe that mods do favor certain players.........
-
Actually the beginning of Tanki downfall was SCD. The heaven of buyers. Free game became a battle for survival without fun. Still they doing this.
-
Neither YES, nor NO. One must be able to see opponent's protections on opponent's tank. One is good to change skins but not protection. The way for both ideas to be true is that TANK SURFACE IS BEING DIVIDED IN TWO PARTS: FRONT / UP / REAR and SIDE As for cosmetics prices, they are not important, cosmetics is something one can strive for in long term, provided one CAN play while waiting to save for cosmetics. ps. There is another way to divide the tank, like this: p.s.2 I still believe that too many supplies in battle just make the game more complex and tend to make top buyers OP. Remove supplies from income sources list.
-
Good luck with this crap. (my idea regarding this update)
-
Actually, it's a good setting for the new game (Tanki X). It has a wiser division of power (protection) and cosmetics. But that is for a new comer. Old players that have already set their garage according to the old way, will be frustrated. So, good idea, but on the wrong moment or in the wrong package (how to "save" old players' garages). Still, it's a good time to find my PS.
-
Of course they do. Like they have done before. But they are not changing the income sources, they add another one on top of supplies. Well, in a way I am pleased with this. I need an excuse to let it go.

That is clearly a proof that the current mod system is inadequate. It is obvious for a long time now that another system has to be developed, but Tanki devs are looking the other side. Why? I don't know.

What makes you Mad in Tanki? Things you hate/like in the game?
RustyNail replied to Ditzy-Dip in Archive
That's a theoretical condition that rarely happens. Many players don't have adequate garages and also not all players have the skills to confront a skilled group of individuals who, above all else, are communicating on skype or teamspeak3. Thus, a raiding group can only be stopped by another raiding group, only those groups rarely come one upon another due to entry conditions (one-sided battle) that makes difficult for both teams to accept a whole group of raiders. I mean, the initially loosing team will leave room for 3-4 people, but then, both teams will be equal and usually there is not enough time for one team to lose players and replenish them with another solid group of raiders. Bottom line, that's another "blind spot" for Tanki setting, the unbalance of battles. That is a very convenient excuse, to show a problem as the solution of itself. I mean, raiders to save you from other raiders? Same ill logical argument as "fight drugging with drugging". Or "fight crime with illegal executions"... <_< Also, you talk of yourself as if you are a member of such a team (I've found it better to not annihilate the enemy team in these circumstances...), is that the truth? Are you a member of such a raiding party? If you are, then it sounds as if you are trying to justify your own actions. In any case, raiding teams are one of the things that ruin Tanki. They should have their own battles, while all other battles should somehow protect participants from raiding groups. -

RustyNail replied to Ditzy-Dip in Archive
That's what I used to think, but after I realized how much damage do raiding parties do to the game, I changed my mind. I absolutely hate dragging raiders that land in the middle of a battle stealing all the funds and making other players ultra frustrated. And guess what.... the only thing that can annoy these raiders, are mults. :) -
That's what I got for the first Tournament entry couldn't get rid of this window, until I got to the garage to change paint... After that the battle went on properly, well, if properly means a ton of supplies (a real drug fest -_- ) Actually, I didn't understand any significant change in the battle feeling.. what was this update about?

RustyNail replied to Ditzy-Dip in Archive
No drugging back, that's not like getting what they offer. They offer frustration because they are highly OP, the only think that can cause frustration to these guys are mults in their team. The feeling of being helpless, the feeling that something unfair is actually happening to them. Because the root of all problems is the monetary system of Tanki and according to this all aspects of power are being sold to buyers, resulting in extremely OP accounts (these are the M4 combos with major expensive paints also fully MUed and a ton of supplies). Top buyers exploit this so they dominate on most battles, turning normal players into sandbox for their amusement. Well, if Tanki wants to focus on top buyers only, it should be ready to lose many free or ex-buyers players. Simple as that. -

^ "I'm so sorry this buyer is a buyer no longer, and you can kiss the money for a premium account good-bye too." you 're not the only one that stopped giving actual money to Tanki.. every choice the developers make in regard to the game has its consequences... -

No, take it that I think some drugger raiders surely deserve some mults for a change... -

I used to dislike mults untill I realized that raiding druggers are worse and maybe deserve some mults in order to feel the frustration non druggers feel when druggers dominate the battle. -
But please, keep accomplishing autogoals :D "You honestly think people log in to this game every day so someone can kick their butt?" That's one thing we agree on. But it cuts both ways, and honestly, it cuts more our side than yours. Apart from this.. So, if you, dedicated druggers are the majority why don't you agree with us, the minority, so that Tanki makes pro battles more accessable to low ranks so that we can have our own battles? That way, you could enjoy drugging battles without us, "whinners" to bother you. Huh?
-
One thing I am absolutely disgusted of, is russian druggers that come as a team to raid the battles. All fully MUed M3 combos, expensive paints (usually picasso or clay) and a ton of drugs, half of which are repair kits.. like a gang of locusts that literally drain all the funds. I'd better stop here or else I'll get another ban

Survey crystals not delivered
RustyNail replied to RustyNail in Survey crystals not delivered Archive
Hello, when I logged in today a window lead me to a Survey, saying that there would be 1.000 crystals reward for it. I took the survey but the crystals were not delivered, not then, neither after one hour when I logged off. Anybody having the same issue? Any mod having a solid answer on when they will be delivered? -
Best of luck finding a job and whatever makes you feel good, friend :) We are always sorry to loose a co-player and an honorable forumer :( but RL calls and you 'd better answer. Be good!

Anyway, today nobody can prove if the one behind the account of Semyon Kirov is the same guy we used to see on the V-log. Of course, even then, we couldn't be sure that it was him. Anybody can be behind a faceless account and write what he has to write. Still, the known Semyon, a pretty face. Not bright, but like-some, and that counts for a V-log spokesman. ... Which brings me to the point... Guys, sorry to say it (again) and definitely no offense, but ... how to say it  .. here is a good V-log from a game totally different than Tanki (so that it won't count as competition) for you, to get some ideas how to make prettier the Vlog, and how to enrich the content: https://youtu.be/LfWky_koWwc ;)
