    That's what happens near the top ranks. I am currently a Commander, I had my M3 hornet's protection fully MUed, so it was a pleasant surprise to feel it running on fully MUed speed and acting on all aspects as M4. BUT. Having to face mostly Gssimos in battle, I soon found out that my new sensation of power means nothing. Because, most of them had fully MUed one aspect of their tanks or the other, so practically I found my self versus a wall of fully M4 tanks. :huh: :wacko: :blink: So, this update - apart from long term and collateral implications - is giving a full M4 garage to most Gssimos. That means, marshals and commanders (that play a lot against Gssimos) will have a hell of a beating. Lame.

    After I tested my new tanks in a certain depth of time, I can say: this update is just as crappy as most of them. Tanki is doing its best at driving us away, and while it does, it milks as hard as it can. Very disappointed. Used to be so good game, now only a bunch of crap. -_-

    Not going to happen. All updates meant to cover Platform's greedy and power selling policy measures are here and are not going to be removed.. -_- Today's update was in favor of all those that MUed at least one parameter of a hull / turret to maximum. That is, it was to the favor of mostly old players (I think, not sure about it).. Other than that, the shifting of balance that was the result of leveling the parameters to the highest MUed, is too complicated to know so soon who benefited by that.

    People, you have lost it. Tanki is to blame for a lot of decisions, but where to establish servers and what language forum they create, I think they are capable of deciding just fine, judging from IPs. We, on the other hand, have no idea whatsoever how many players speak language a or b. Just because we wrote an expression in battle chat and someone answered in that language means nothing. I know salutations in many languages I don't speak and certainly are not my native ones. Capito?

    There ARE A LOT OF THEM Game IS UNBALANCED and Tanki just sells drugs. (of course, you can't admit it, you are not allowed to do so, don't worry, we understand) p.s. quiz: who's got 126 supplies spend per hour of playing? That's two supplies per minute, average.How do you call this?

    He is not calling EVERYONE a brat with bad attitude, he says that it is very common and Tanki doesn't really cares. As for the freeze, bear in mind that as rank increases, the relative power of different turrets change. Maybe freeze M1 is more strong than - say - railgun M1, but railgun M2 is stronger than freeze M2, etc etc. That is deliberately so, for the players to have to switch among turrets, and - obviously - ultimately buy everything there is.

    Don't worry. What you ask will no doubt happen, only I don't know when. You see, they make a circular OP or UP of turrets / hulls, so that people will keep changing them and buy (eventually) all of them. Right now they keep hammer OP, and Vulkan and shaft. Next, they will probably make freeze because during the latest few updates they kept nerfing it.

    What kind of experiment is this?

    Tanki economy is broke. They started to realize that. The concept of premium accounts is a step in the right direction but by itself is not enough. Moving SMP to premium users is good and logical. It's one of the features premium should be entitled to. But in order to replenish balance they need to reduce power selling. So that buyers turn to premium less for power and more for other facilities. If buyers get premium and at the same time earn more crystals and power selling (based on crystals) remains the same, then top buyers get to have even more advantage than not only free players, but small buyers as well. One way to reduce power selling is remove supplies kits. There maybe others, as well, Administration can see to that. But so far, Administration looks like it wants everything and gives nothing. Not good marketing policy, and a good way to lose clients fast. Free to play games are based on a massive players platform in order to provide a satisfactory playing environment. Free players provide not only a number of opponents but an equivalent of Artificial Intelligence as well, meaning a variety of strategies and possible reactions to every paying player (=customer). Giving too much to paying customers can (and will) drive free players away, reducing the players base and thus the quality of playing environment for paying players, which in turn means they will leave as well. So far Tanki is accomplishing a repulsive environment for free players. Constructive criticism works wonders, as long as someone accepts it. Removing the downvote button as well as the daily load graph and being systematically absent from constructive criticism topics like Kick2 and drugging ( http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=217642&hl= and http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=246957&hl= ) that have thousands of views and responds, simply means that Tanki (so far) is performing what graphic designers present as

    That is some of the reasons I despise hammers. They are so OP that light hulls are a no-no for them. But we are many that like mostly light hulls.

    Upcoming Team Tournament

    Having jumped from the end of page 2 to here, I don't know if someone mentioned it already, but if this tournament is drugging ON, then forget it. Too boring, too noob, not interested, not even to watch. If using supplies is under control, then it might be of interest. However, total free composition of teams is not a good idea. There should be some restrictions to some turrets, from taking over the majority of teams. For example, vulkans and isidas. A team of six in which there are 3 vulkans or 3 isidas is not a good idea. I think free turrets (in number) would be best turrets of non continuous firepower. That is, railgun, smoky, thunder and rico. For the others there should be restrictions. Each team up to 2 shafts, 2 isidas, 1 vulkans, 2 firebirds, 2 freezes and 2 twins. No bullying-er (ham). In conclusion, the srtarladder tournament was a balanced one, and we should stay close to its basic rules. Too much off balance and we will end with a spectacular 2-3 minutes skirmish and a massacre afterwards. Not good.

    And not even the whole garage. Number of existing supplies is not public ( a pitty LOL ).. Whether an item was bought for standard price or during a major sale is not included either. So, why are people complain? In reality, the only info these stats can "reveal" is how much time one spend during the last days, playing Tanki. Might be a problem for students, but apart from this, no problem I think.

    As for devs I have no objection (since they can override all real data with any data they wish) but for mods it's another hit in Tanki's trustworthiness. Mods are players like the rest of us and hiding their stats only secures a lack of trust for whatever they say. -_- Also, daily missions kinda beat the meaning of stats. If one gets a mission unwanted and has to play this in order to get the bonus, then stats are giving wrong info. For example: it is known that I dislike DM, as most small maps. Rio included, because Rio is perfect for richoset (which I don't like and don't use). But my stats will include data from DM, Rio or small maps, that do not represent me. These stats are not what I am. I am all about railgun and Serpuhov or other medium large maps. Polygon DM or CP would be 100% missions. So, it would be more reliable stats if there was daily bonus (free) like it was, and only one mission of larger-than-day concept (say, capture 300 points, or kill 250 enemies, or gather 5000 xp).. Truth is, stats and achievements would be perfect before daily missions. EDIT: IT was a mistake of mine, to confuse the word admins with the word mods. My apologies to mods.

    1. Design: I have to say, I am disappointed. I think it needs urgently a retouch. Childish,large icons, appealing only to babies. 2. Functionality: Needs improvement. Data are being exposed without statistic orientation. Also, once you go to achievements, there is no button to go back to initial page (except the back arrow - previous page - of browser). Also, the 100 best players list, might have a query and become the 1000 best players list. After all, there are hundreds of thousands of players, aren't they? 3. Privacy: I really can't follow the complains. There is no whatsoever any sensitive info into these data. So, what if my D/L is 0.6? So what if I have used a ton of drugs? Should I be embarrassed about it? (IMO I should, but most of the druggers are supposedly proud of their drugging!).. Either way, it's a game, maybe if we have a little transparency people will understand that it's ok to not be the best tankman in town, that in a game some are good and some are less than that, but it's not the measure of their value as human beings. We compete for fun, but we shouldn't compete very seriously, because, as I said, IT'S A GAME. Made for fun. So, bottom line, improve the looks and the functionality of the stats and happy clan leader's day! :)

    There are mainly two reasons I can imagine why someone would like to "keep a low profile" in this game. One, they expect a very low D/L ratio, or other aspects of the game, meaning they feel they are noob or of poor performance... Two, they don't want others to know how many supplies they have spend or how big a buyer they are, meaning they feel they are less than what meets the eye. I have mixed feelings about those cases. On the one hand I do accept that players have the right to keep themselves out of range of potential bullies who might use poor stats for making them feel bad about themselves. On the other hand though, I do wish to strip druggers from the fake glory of their enhanced performance. And profiles that include supplies used so far (in regard to total playing hours or D/L ratio) would expose the real skill of those players. Both sides are strong within me. Thanks God I don't have to decide that option. :mellow:

    I understand the concern on privacy matters, but when you join a party and don't want the number of drinks consumed by you be available to others is not really a claim for privacy. IP, or religion is private info. D/L ratio or hours spend on a single turret or totally in game is not. My opinion. Peace.
