    Bonuses for kill streaks

Wait.. what? You mean a double kill with one shot? I thought you meant just a series of continuing kills without destruction. ... ... but, even so, there are some weapons that get to have double kills (railgun, firebird, freeze, even shaft) and weapons you just can't have double kills with, such as smoky, isida, rico.... wouldn't that be a bit unfair for them? I think, such bonuses have meaning if they are more or less equally manageable for all the existing turrets. Otherwise all they do is manipulating players into buying certain turrets...

Changes in garage and reworked CP

Opinion on the update: 1. CP scoring: ... ... not really sure. In theory seems good. In practice, well I played Polygon and it was as if time (counter) slowed down... meaning score was more slowly changing. I guess, the following is valid: slower counting = less funds = less crystals for everybody = making the game more expensive (again!!!) .... So, what do you think boys and girls? 2. Garage New order of items: Supplies, Kits and Special, are ok. ^_^ Paints, hulls and turrets are not. Especially paints! I think it would be better if there were three lines of items, one for each of these categories (turrets, hulls and paints,) starting with most commonly used items - left - and ending with most rarely used items - right. All turrets, hulls and paints that have not been purchased yet will be in another triple line, that will cover the existing one when player presses the button SHOP BASICS on the bottom of the garage, next to the button of SHOP EXTRAS, that will show supplies, kits and special items. Like this: So, player goes to garage and sees the three lines of items he possesses, so that he chooses what to use. If he wants to buy a superior modification of an item (hull or turret) he has, he does that from the item's icon, as it is now. If, however, he wants to buy an item he has not, like a new hull or a paint, then he presses the button SHOP BASICS and three lines with all non purchased turrets, hulls and paints appear. (if he has bought all items of a line, say all turrets, then a script saying "Congratulations! You have bought all turrets!" will cover the corresponding line) If he wants to see his supplies (or buy some), or see what kits are available or see the special items, he presses the button SHOP EXTRAS below. Then the new three lines "open", showing supplies, kits and specials. Isn't that better looking and more convenient? :)

    [Issue 43] The Pathological Drugger

Unfortunately, this topic is of direct relation with drugging, therefore it is my area of interest too. As well any other topic regarding supplies and their use. Or Tanki economy. So, here I am and Here I stay.

    [Issue 43] The Pathological Drugger

The funny thing is, you people that support noob druggers - most of you are druggers yourselves - fail to make some simple maths regarding the economy of drugs. Should you do this math you would realize that the only one that makes profit from drugs is the company, certainly not you. I guess that makes you naive consumers, although there are other words for it. :D Apart from this, a person that would use average almost 100 supplies / hour (yep, that's you) can not seriously claim skill over a player that uses average < than 40 / hour. But let me not spoil the party here, you can go on dreaming about righteous use of supplies. :P

    Ideas for Maps!

That is totally Tanki's responsibility. They have to understand that most people (players) don't create battles but join existing ones. (only clan members or personal friends can xreate battles and make them popular from the beginning.. single players have to spend a lot of time until somebody joins) Even in rush hours of Tanki (afternoon) when there are a lot of people playing, empty maps do not get populated. I have no proof why this is so, but I think that most people don't want to spent 10 or 15 minutes in a deserted map, untill by chance 2 or 3 players join at the same time and create the minimum population for the map to be viable. Makes sense. Tanki could create 6 maps on every server (a pair of small maps, a pair of medium ones and a pair of large ones) and keep them open 24 hours, even if nobody joins. It could even add a "finish bonus" of some crystals (say, 5% extra) for finishing a battle on these maps. That way, people would use the maps and eventually they would come to like the maps and make them popular. This idea has been suggested, but nothing came of it so far.

Dude, maybe the size of your fonts is too small, and Devs can't read what you write... Maybe you should make it bigger? And bolder? And more colors?

    Change in forum feedback mechanism

Excuse me, but to my understanding, almost none of the questions are really answered. Tanki makes a grave mistake not to have an officer (official employee, on the company payroll) responsible for major topics. Mods can do an assisting work, screening the unimportant stuff and passing on to the Representative the most serious issues. Every wound that is left uncared of, creates toxins. That's the mechanism for forum toxicity as well. I mean, have you ever seen a company that is relying to volunteers for its communication with its customers? Ever? I am 50 yo and I have seen none. I mean, none but this one.
  8. ... Not really. Because if you don't have the wide players base (the 100.000 free players you mention) then the 20.000 that pay won't have the good, rich, chalenging gaming environment to play. All this variety is created by the free players, thus free players contribute to Tanki's income even without paying a single dollar / euro / rouble. That's why they deserve too, like paying players, a right for victory every once in a while.

Episode 69 of the V-LOG is here

People, friend, have been asking for MU sales ON THE OLD SYSTEM, the one with seperate MUs and lower prices. Now with rip off prices, no one is interested in that. Strange you failed to notice this critical difference... I won't argue on the "young player base" thing, in fact I agree with that remark. But, IMO the real cause of complaining is that Tanki makes one bad update after the other, leting only top buyers proceed and prosper.

    [Issue 43] The Pathological Drugger

You are wrong, I CAN afford them, BUT: 1. I understand what a rip off they are and I won't accept this because nobody wants to be robbed. 2. Apart from fiscal causes, gameplay gets worse with druggers and game logic as well (because what's the point in a game where the best buyers win no matter what?). Finally, it's not crying what I do. It's complaining, and it's not towards Tanki Administration. I understand they are well aware of all these and consciously exploit juniors while they don't care at all for the free players. I do all this for half blind players like you, just in case they start to understand where they are and realize how much the company exploits its players. It's not only drugging you know, it's the economy that's wrong. After the latest update they made MUs the next goldmine for them. Pay silly kids hundreds of dollars in order to MU your combos that in a few months will be useless as they won't be able to move to TankiX..... ;) Of course all these are the opposite of what you do. You are a mild drugger (91 supplies / hour), a premium user (that is 100% more crystals) and I bet at least two of your turrets and two of your hulls are fully M4... that is, you are on the "pink" side of playing. But try to walk a bit into a free player's shoes and you 'll see what it looks like on the other side.
  12. Not Interested. Too expensive to invest in Tanki. Change your policy if you want money from us.

Hey Semyon, your discounts are too CHEAP for non Russians players. You guys think you have a good policy, but if you are keep milking hard, you will keep getting ZERO from players like me. So cheers Товарищ

    [Issue 43] The Pathological Drugger

Sorry for my delayed response, I was very busy during the last days. Well... (1) Yes they did. When you can use two or three supplies at the same time you don't have to use them without reason. When you can't use more than one supply at the same time, then you load what you think suits you best, so that 15 seconds later to be in a position to use another one. Plain logic. But apart from logical, I was there after the SCD, I saw it. People started to use supplies for no reason, just in case... thus druggers where born. That was a deliberate setting from Tanki itself, and a nasty one. Besides, devs themselves admitted that they intended to increase the supplies use (supplies are here to stay, they said. That means, it was a deliberate change) and make it a major income source for the company, despite the complains about the imbalance it created. (2) That's the point, the average player can't save enough crystals to buy a decent combo, and that at least can be proven now, because we can see many "fresh" Gssimos with a very limited garage... So, the easy way out is buy supplies kits instead and nuke everybody else so that he can be top scorer and get increased funds. But, that's bad, because: Either a few will have "unlimited" supplies and get most of the funds, in which case all the rest players have been beaten and earned next to zero crystals, or all have many supplies in which case everybody gets less, because everybody has payed for his supplies. Pat, as we say in chess. Only the company is earning from this, and that's exactly what it wants. (3) Pro pass in my rank is easy to get, but apart from XP/BP battles that I don't really like, and full drugging battles that I don't play, there aren't many battles to play. You know why? Because Tanki keeps the cost of Pro pass high for lower ranks, so that Pro battles - except the ones I mentioned - are not popular. Another deliberate move from Tanki, to push players into buying supplies. However, druggers could very easily play Pro battles themselves, so that we might enjoy some standard battles. But, no, they don't play Pro battles (full drugging), you know why? Because In them everybody is drugging like them so they are not "special". No, druggers, need the non druggers so that they have weak opponents to beat them up. Plain and true. (4) I use the word noob because if I use the right words to describe the attitude, I will be banned for ever. Of course there are skilled druggers, as there are noobs ones, as well. But when I say "Noob druggers", know that I mean a lot of mean words ;) and not the word unskilled. Apart from all these, I would expect that our work with drugging is acknowledged, even if it is kinda contradictory to your work. I mean, the drugging topic in which we have gathered and analyzed the drugging issue and even proposed possible solutions that the company has rejected without even commenting them. You can find a summary at page 71 http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=246957&hl= I hope I answered all your arguments, I don't have anything else to say in regards to drugging, simply because everything has been said there (in the drugging topic). I personally wish you a better (theme) next topic, one that is not about how to make the injustice more effective. You write well and you could contribute a lot to people's understanding. Fair well and don't forget: Druggers are "noobs" ;)

    [Issue 43] The Pathological Drugger

Well, Night-Sisters, nice writing job! I would like to congratulate you for this article, but, while you claim you don't really approve supplies kits later on you reveal your true attitude that is, buy supplies kits or just buy supplies. I find the two quotes contradictory, if not hypocritical. In regard to Smart Cool Down, despite your comprehensive investigation, you failed to notice that this disgusting update made the use of the first supply mandatory (due to cooling effect), influencing all the other players to counter use at least one (or more). So, no comments on how and why supplies were promoted by the company, but, hey, you did say so I can't blame you for that. Clear stating. You say "hey guys, I will show you how to handle this weapon effectively. I will not comment, however, on the ethical, political or socioeconomic correctness of gun use". But I would like to here from an expert on supplies on the socio-economical correctness of drugging. What do you think is the right attitude when many players don't have the means (crystal funds) to upgrade their combos and are forced to use supplies - the easy way - instead so that they get e decent fund? And what does this mean for the others, that don't use constantly supplies? Do they stand a chance or are they just sitting ducks for the former? I am really sorry to come hard on you, but the topic is demanding a loud argument. Nothing personal with you. :) So, that's all folks, and don't forget: Druggers are noobs

    Personal Stats, Ratings & Achievements

I totally believe that ratings are worthless. Without any statistical value, only silly labels for silly children... A shaft with DD on and on a big map, and a twins on a medium map.... How can that be measured for what it is and not what it shows? It can't. Well, that's what you get when you play a game where the average age is below 15...

I take 1 month off, maybe I quit for ever

Well, I don't like to persuade people to change their minds, but you could only wander the forum, until new game is released. And see - along with the rest of us - what happens. Maybe Tanki deserves another shot (maybe not, and certainly not for its people), if it decides to change the economy model.. If, on the other hand, we see that it means the old way that focused on power selling, then we can all, ALL, turn our backs officially. How about that?

    Changes to micro-upgrades

The above mentioned data are obviously for players to read and understand what a rip off and a hardening of playing conditions that update was, and not for Developers who surely know all these by heart. So people, the few players that look only in front of your eyes the free M+ upgrading and don't take a minute to think what you are about to face a little ahead, take that damned minute and THINK! This game is consciously self-destructing in the most profitable possible way.

    [GR] Greek players

    Changes to micro-upgrades

Rip-off after rip-off after rip-off... Tanki shows some pretty stable milking policy. Who's to blame? Us, stupid, weak players, that don't quit Tanki for a month or so. All of us. And see what happen... -_-

I take 1 month off, maybe I quit for ever

Nothing lasts for ever, life included. Thus, games are but a breath in our lives. So, now or after a month, or even later, we will all say our goodbyes. Hoping to be about some good moments. We didn't share moments in battle, but we shared moments in the forum. We shared opinions and feelings in regard to this game. So, farewell. May you be successful in many other games throughout your life. And always a good guy. :)
  25. RustyNail

    Changes to micro-upgrades

Yes, that works both sides :D They don't want (in fact they are not allowed) to confess how free players are used as dummies for providing the sadistically satisfactory gaming environment for the paying customers. Silly little children that are being exploited (free players, that is) without even knowing it.
