As it should. Anyway, back on topic:

Nope. You can't be banned just for being inactive.

I'm Thekillerpenguin. I joined the forum on May 2 of this year.

Turquoise. I like Cyan too, but Turquoise is softer and less eye-burning in some cases.

This isn't the place to discuss crystal boxes. If you'd like to talk about it, then do so in an appropriate thread. Anyway, I like this version better than the previous one. The game titles (which denote the game mode) are much more convenient to read than the symbols. I still miss free private battles.

Or @SmexyGiraffe.

Same here. I don't really like it in its current state. Perhaps I'll like the machine gun better.

You must have a vivid imagination. I plan on putting some MUs on my Desert paint when the New Year's sale comes. 30% is fine for most situations already, but a little bit more would be useful.

I'd like to say that: I can target with any weapon in the game, since I've had experience with everything. I can move my tank around just as well as any other person. Even while using Shaft, I don't scope in for long periods of time. There's a reason why I use Hunter-Shaft instead of Mammoth-Shaft; I like to move around. Shaft's already been nerfed quite a bit since the introduction of the laser sight. I really don't think there's a cause for complaint at this point.
-
The posts you were quoting were from last year, when Shaft was different from what it is now. Thought you'd want to know.

At this point, I'm actually not sure. I'll check with the other newspaper staff.

M1 Wasp can use Prodigi? I can understand someone using Digital with M1 Wasp, but most people say that Prodigi is not allowed under any circumstances. Anyway, here's the "traditional" list: M1 Wasp and M1 Hornet: Max 30% protection, this means anything Tundra and below. M2 Wasp and M2 Hornet: Max 20% protection, this means Sandstone/Savanna and below. M3 Wasp- Forester, Corrosion, or Emerald. Anything less than 10% would be fine too, like Dirty. M3 Hornet- No protection paints against Railgun allowed.

EDIT: Wait, this topic was made in June. I assume the problem has been solved now, so I'll redact this comment.

Same here. Anyway, excellent article. It's very informative and interesting to read.

You can use whatever you want to use. There is no rule saying you can't use a M1 at your rank.

Getting M2 Rico, possibly M2 Rail, and Sandstone in addition to my M2 Dict, so we could go twinning.

This club will likely be closed, since you haven't gotten 4 members within 48 hours. Read this page for the rules.

Once I get my M2 Dictator, I'll participate.

You haven't seen a skilled Smoky player then. I was able to destroy M2 Hornets with my (minimally micro-upgraded) M1 Smoky as a WO3. Some people decide to micro-upgrade their M1 Smoky's critical damage and impact force all the way; those Smokies are extremely powerful, capable of threatening M2s.

Looks really similar to kevred's guide. Even the rating system.

Guide [Issue 11] Medium Tanks - How to Choose, How to Use

M1 Hunter is superior to M1 Viking, so it's not the "king" at M1, if anything. -
Guide [Issue 28] What to mount on: Dictator
Thekillerpenguin replied to GoldRock in Newspaper Archive
Dictator-Smoky/Thunder doesn't lack in close quarters firepower for me. All you have to do is avoid getting rammed from the side (situational awareness, mostly); if someone comes towards you from the front (or back), they won't stand a chance. In the rare case that I get rammed from the side, I still find it easy to get "unstuck". Wasp, Hornet, and Hunter don't have that problem, since they're not particularly tall. -
There are many reasons why that statement isn't true. Especially with the laser sight update.
-
I've tried M3 (and M4) Viking on the test server. I don't really like it; I think M3 Hunter and M3 Dictator are far better. That's my opinion, so let's just leave this debate at that.
-
It's going to take quite a while for a M3 Viking to match a fully MUed M2 Dictator's health. M3 Viking MUs are also more expensive than M2 Dictator MUs. My point is you can buy M2 Dictator at 1st Lieutenant and potentially have a hull that will carry you well into the high ranks (perhaps not all the way to Gizmo, but you get the point). I doubt most people at Lieutenant General will have their Vikings MUed that much. I think it's a fair comparison since there's a large gap between M2 Dictator and M3 Viking. If you're going to use M2 Dictator up until then, you'd probably have MUed it, no?
