Well basically indians call it rosmalai and make it different way, whilst dhakai bengali's call it rosgulla and syhleti bengali's (my type) call it rosho malai, I said "or you can say rosmalai" because you won't find the syhleti term on the internet you'll only find the dhakai term (which i didnt know lol). Btw there are different types of bengali and dhakai is more famous cuz it's from the capital of BD
