ack... I translated that to reloading the empty enrgy bar... but I guess that's wrong - too short a time period. So 0.05 to 0.055 reload makes that big a difference? I guess that's 10% slower... 20% is HARSH. Hornet OD - still untouched. All this means is we see more magum-hornets. Devs are friggin dumb.

Unless everyone gets the exact same budget, a league won't do anything to show who's "better". (and what's your definition of better?)

So mk8 damage per bullet went from 50 to 44 = 12% nerf. How does that translate to 800 DPS from 1000DPS for a 20% nerf? 20 (bullets per second) x 44 = 880. 1000-880=120 120/1000 = 12% no? see below and stop giving me confused looks

I would not say removing snipe-damage penalty is a "small" buff. 15% of 3000? 450 extra damage? Isida buff is for all isidas.

Dictator has a "team" OD - helps the team win battles. And gets rewarded for each tank it boosts. You say Hunter has a "team" OD - but it gets no battle-score for helping the team. Maybe Hunte should get 5xp or so for every tank it stuns and/or removes supplies from? -

Bomb still goes off even if wasp killed during delay. Hunter does not. Worst case scenario for wasp is mutual destruction - unless there's a Titan. But then wasp is dumb to drop the bomb when it can see Titan has a star. -

Ding! Ding! Ding! Can't believe the Devs think it's a good idea to have a significant proportion of accounts just sitting this out. Either it takes long minutes for the buyer-mid-rankers to get into a battle or they will be playing against Legends - basically nerfing their buying power. It's just dumb.

1. Shoot who once? The murder-hornets are not sitting right in front of you. It's usually from a distance and you don't even notice them until you die = no possible reaction since they one-shot you. You should notice the Hunter - it has to get close. If it manages to get that close then it's done it's job and should not be punished by an activation delay. 2. "punishes hulls like wasp, Hunter and Mammoth." You will see the star before they are in range of OD - unlike the other ODs like viking and hornet. The Ods that can be used at long-range have a huge advantage. -
That would be just horrible for anyone below Legend. Ranking up faster without the corresponding crystal ratio would not be good at all. Players could not upgrade their equipment properly. You are just looking at this from a legend point of view. Lots of players who have not reached Legend rank yet.

Why do they need "time to react"? How can I "react" when ambushed by a hornet OD or Viking OD? And it's really dumb they let everyone know you have OD charged. Once again punishes hulls like wasp, Hunter and Mammoth. The "do-they-or-don't -they" aspect was actually a strategy - you had to weigh the risks. Now that is gone. While hornet and viking - well they can attack from distance so that is moot. -
Will you though? Parking my alternate account for the duration. 2/3 crystal ratio no good for anyone < Legend.

Agree with this part. Crystal drops at higher ranks will just be a distraction and promote multing.

Tanki X had "seasons" where players were re-set backwards at the end of each season unless they were at a certain milestone in each "Tier". It was hard for casual players to advance. But not sure this would be any better than divisions by ranks. With 7 "divisions" there can be balanced teams/battles. Main issues now are 1. Mk-conversion allowed a lot of powerful low-rank tanks to develop and 2. The MM rank-spreads are too wide - allowing mk3s to play against mk6+, etc. 1. was a one-off and gets solved by mk7s ranking up much faster than their current peers. 2. gets solved when Devs decide they actually want a semblance of balance and tighten up the rank-spreads. How would adopting Tanki-X Tiers be any better than TO rank-system? I have seen some allusions on having a "competitive" Tier running in parallel to the current TO system. Would be optional. Might be a compromise between current system and what you propose.

The only account you should play on during this time is Legend - ranking up fast rewards you with more crystals. Your other lower accounts will rank up faster than you earn crystals = .... bad.

It definitely is doing this - there are so many impatient players out there. Wish it did more of this. Fewer high-quality battles is way more valuable than as-many-battles-as-possible.

I understand what you are going through - my alt account was facing Legends at Lt. General. Problem is not looking for another Legend. It's looking for a slot for YOU. >>> Legends than there are players Marshal-Gismo. Odds not in ur favor at certain times.
