    Big difference - which you keep ignoring - is that ODs help the strong a lot more than they help the weak. The gap in power gets wider because of ODs, not narrower. I really don't think you understand what a positive feedback loop is - at least in reference to Tanki.
  2. "hunter" makes striker actuallyplayable now. I out-lasted a mammoth-shaft with my Titan-striker on Serpuhov No-supply-No-Overdrive battle. I think he was compleetly surprised at how often a missile was coming down his gullet.

    Rare unless they are a dictator. I don't get any score for their one-shot kills or if they cap the flag solo. How does your Titan popping a Dome on the JUG help you get an OD faster? Unless they've changed the rules you saving the JUG does not help your battle-score. And then there's those "weak" hornets completely ignoring your Dome... But you completely side-steped the post. F2P tankers do not benefit from ODs the same s buyers do - it does not make a more level playing field. ODs are a positive feed-back-loop and just help the strong get even stronger.

  5. There are very annoying. Splash damage + mine can easily destroy even a medium tank as most players are not equipping Spider as one of the 3 modules. And Spider won't help if it's a hornet-magnum with OD active.

    Let me stop you right there. You keep avoiding the fact that ODs combine with the P2W features to make buyers even more powerful. For instance... hornet is considered 'weak' by some, so it's allowed to have an OP OD. But combine it with the P2W Defender drone, and hornet is no longer "so weak" right? Thus it's able to use the full 20 seconds of OD way more often than average Joe sans Defender. The ODs just widen the gap in power. And this is just one example. it's like a team that is winning - they generate their ODs faster, and the battles get out of reach of the "losers" faster. Positive-Feedback-Loop.

    There is very little of that. MM is terrible - they have implemented a horrible version of it. And instead of fixing MM, they keep adding money-generating gimicks.

    That would just make it more pay-to-win since it's mostly buyers who can afford that number of batteries.
  9. In most of these cases, where it's 3-0 and your team is being spawn-killed, it really does not matter. The outcome of the battle has already been decided. Leaving is actually the bes thing for many of those that remain as they have better chance of getting more stars - assuming they reach minimum threshold - no guarantee in many of these battles. Endorsing the crappy aspects of MM by remaining in those unfair battles will not help the game overall.
  10. Who said anything about "weak"? "Weak" and "non-participating" are not the same thing. It's like you didn't actually read anything I posted. Good thing you're not in a position to make important decisions here - the game would close even sooner than it inevitably will.
  11. When you play with friends the co-operation in battle goes up exponentially - and thus reaches a much better outcome far more often than not. That's not obvious to you? I stick it out in majority of battles. But I will not hesitate to leave if MM places me in a battle > half over or a team is capping a flag before most of my team is loaded or I see multiple players doing nothing for the first couple minutes of battle. We don't start chess matches down a piece (or 3) so why should I start an MM battle that way. Will also leave if it's just the other team spawn-killing us and not even caring about capping - I'm playing to have fun - not pad the other teams score.
  12. Who said anything about "sophisticated cooperation". There is little to none in 85% of the battles. DO YOU REGULARLY PLAY TO BATTLES WITH FRIENDS? LOL - you know nothing about me.
  13. Not all hornet users equip Defender to cap flags (it's major use). Many of them camp and just pick off anyone not in a heavy hull. Balance Hornet OD? It's been OP ever since it was introduced. I have grave concerns Devs will just let it be - seems to be their favorite.
  14. This is a pipe-dream unless you play with friends all the time. Co-operation among random players in team battles who often don't speak the same language is rare - at best. And those 4-0 games usually includes all the other stuff you mentioned - that was basically implied. Not sure what your solution to "deserters" is... if it's what TX tried = doomed to fail. Players leave battles for a long list of reasons - many of them legitimate. Until TO fixes MM (and a great many other things) players will leave battles early.
  15. It makes the game much less fun to play - unless you are one of those in a hornet doing the same thing. So either players will leave (who plays a game that is not fun) or 80% of the players will be in hornet. How is either of those results good?

    So... lasts 15 seconds instead of 20 but can be used more often. Overall net nerf (because the 20 seconds allowed entry AND exit from base) but not huge nerf. As for miner - i was happy with the fast cooldown - planted a bunch during one of the Special Missions - plant 1, use SB, can plant another almost right away. Worked wonders on top road in Highways. Even if I died the first tank up that ramp was toast.

    My General account has a Vulcan mk7.5 and I use it with Dictator. It does well (since I benefited from the silly conversion) but nothing like what it does combined with hornet. So if Vulcan were to receive any significant nerf, anyone not equipping hornet wold be punished disproportinately. Kinda like every vulcan user was punished when they "corrected" the Incendiary Band users the first time. Last 2 battles... Sandbox with Vulcan's in heavy hulls shredding us - Incendiary band continuous fire entire battle. Too bad we can no longer protect ourselves vs after-burn. Serpuhov with no vulcan's - BUT - lots of hornets with rail/thunder/MAGNUM destroying tanks left and right with OD+DD Any high damage turret with ridiculous overdrive and/or augments can seem god-like.

    Kind of dumbs-down the game though... Does every player need to know exactly what they are fighting all the time? As an aside - what does "recharge time decrease from 20 to 3" mean?
  20. The you are the luckiest player to have ever played the game. It happens all the time. And 4-0 after 4 minutes... it really does not matter if a player leaves at that point. Battle was already decided. What? K/D and W/L? So I'm playing a CP battle and MM might "reward" me with a bunch of campers? How does that help? It's a recipe for a LOSS. And where is that W/L ratio coming from?

    Turret rotation is based on the turret, not the hull.
