Are you referring to blueprints? Absolutely hated the random progression paths (similar to what they are starting with alterations now) and that's one of the main factors for me to stop playing TX.

But we all know "Augmentations" will be extremely rare in those containers. And the first 3 or 4 you ever get will be for hulls or turrets you don't have in your garage. Just like those shot effects - have yet to get one for a turret I own.

You don't. Play HTML and it's free. M alt account is at General and has Freeze/Vulcan/Gauss with a few vulcan alterations. Was thinking about getting Hammer and then an alt. Had to make choices - I spent crystals on modules since it never occurred to me alterations would disappear from garage. I'm very lucky in that I might have enough to buy an alt for Hammer. But many in my situation may NOT have those crystals. Not being able to get alterations has nothing to do with anything like poor planning. But it has a LOT to do with Devs screwing around with the rules. Of course you are satisfied - you are benefiting. Just like players who benefited from the m2.10-->mk7.0 conversion. And there were many players who were (justifiably) upset by that.

What is your definition of "high ranked"? Keep in mind non-buyers take things slow and methodical. They buy the things they really need first. Then slowly save up for luxuries. So maybe in a rank or two a mid-rank player was thinking of expanding garage and getting a new turret and 1 or 2 alterations to go along with that. But it's unlikley they have the crystals to do that now. They are hosed.

You think everyone below Legend already has all the alts they were thinking about buying? Or has the crystals (right now) to buy all the alts they were thinking about? What aout players that started new accounts recently?

But that's the price you pay to do something Optional. Those of us who do not have the hours don't bother - and we have plenty of supplies (except for batteries). I have more mines/DD/DA/SB than I could possibly use. Lots of Rk as well but not to same scale.

I my General account just finished a battle as the lowest rank entire battle - most others were Commander, FM, Gismo or Legend. And I was top scorer on my team by a wide margin. We got spanked because the noob Legends on my team were all camping in a CP battle. Too scared to get scratches on their paint. Pathetic.

I didn't mean at same time. You need to be more selective if you don't have many. You are legend 10. How did you run out? Are you doing the OPTIONAL Challenges? Missions/containers should give you all you need except for maybe batteries.

What? I'm not a buyer. These special events are designed for buyers who have lots of combos. No idea. Add another option that says "none-of-the-above" if you can't figure out how to make optional.

Do your weekly missions - you should get enough from that to keep you supplied. And stop using 2 for every minute of the battle. Are you hitting 1-2-3 as soon as you respawn? Waste of supplies...

Only a few maybe. The alts are only available in Ultra Containers - not the garage.
