    But.. but you can equip that Corrosive mix alt that gives a whopping 5% extra damage in lieu of actually freezing enemy. Equvalent - right? I couldn't type that without busting a gut. it really is just unbelievable.

    So stock... Ricco is one of the few where stock really is just a variation - better in some instances than alts and not as good in other instances.. In the hypothetical model... the current alts would be 1) buffed even more or 2) lose the negative side (lol for autocannon) or 3) stock would get nerfed ?

    Are you sure? My understanding is... the immunity only works for non-damage effects. No afterburn or can't be frozen. Will still take normal turret damage.

    You just answered your own question. Unless you play light hulls with trooper drone and have such a fast connection you are loading before enemies do - sit back and enjoy the view.

    You mean killing someone out of range of the EMP? yeah... it is very different - in that it's much easier. Thanks for helping me make my point.

    1) has to get close - can be killed while trying to do this - especially considering it has an activation delay as well 2) See 1 above. 5 seconds. In some cases this actually HELPS the target as it does this for ALL supplies, even those currently in cooldown for > 5 seconds 3) see 1 above 4) see 1 above. Guess what other ODs can make you drop the flag - hornet, viking, mammoth, wasp - some of these from much > distance 5) see 1 above. Other overdrives also nulify/bypass Titans dome. 6) see 1 above. It is not balanced when compared to the other ODs. Hunter has been relegated to a niche use - stealing flags from carriers. And it has to ambush them to do so.

    2.2 to 3 or 2.7 to 3 ... Does it really matter? the "increase" is insignificant. Well it does not say it won't affect stun - as that is part of the EMP. But even if it does - the target still has full supplies. Depending on the hunter turret, it might only get 1 or 2 shots off before wears off. ODs are supposed to have potency, not be merely meh. Hunter OD has already been made "meh". This pushes it to super-"meh". Hunter OD in this case has 1 use - trying to return a flag. might steal a ball - then what. Not like the OD will help it score.

    Buffing? Stun goes from 2.2 to 3 seconds... wow. if you couldn't kill it in 2.2 seconds you are hardly killing it in 3. And supply cooldown from 3 seconds to 5 seconds? IT USED TO BE 30 SECONDS. Did you notice the part of the message that mentions a hull alteration that negates EMP?

    Unless Titan has speed boost on and is aleady moving - no - it will not escape. I have a Titan mk7.19 and it does not move that fast. Assuming it actually made it (it won't) the Titan has to leave the dome. There's an EMP alteration - that counteracts Hunters EMP. How is that not a nerf? The distinguishing feature of FREEZE is to freeze enemies. Giving enemies immunity is just ridiculous. Majority of freeze players use versions that freeze enemies.

    Alterations are supposed to make your equipment perform differently. Turret alts come with a buff and a nref to keep them balanced. What are the nerfs that come with these hull alterations?

    Depends on what you are trying to do. Wear a 50% fire module and equip the Hunter or Freeze alt if you want to steal a flag. Fire can still switch to the Incendiary alt where it just does straight damage. I hear that alt is actually somewhat OP.

    Way to gut Titan (again) , Hunter (again), freeze and fire. And at the same time you manage to nerf the modules we've spent tons of crystals on. Bravo! Bravo! No golf-claps for you - full hand-slaps! And repeat!
  25. So the counter to Hornet is another Hornet? "one-shot more often than you think..." they don't strid out into the middle of the battle-field and challenge people. The majority of the time they use long-range turrets and kill enemies from afar. That hornet is outclassed by wasp is certainly debatable. It's not the hull that needs nerfin - it's the OverDrive.
