    How often does this actually happen? Don't think I've ever been frozen by Dictator... You using short-range turrets a lot? Maybe try to keep a distance like you would with Mammoth (in case it tries to "zap" you) (and the smoky cryo never touches you - just comes out of no-where and you are stuck like a block of ice instantly)

    But it's not the OD that is doing the self-damage. It's the turret. Can't change how a turret works because you are using OD. That would mean you can be point-blank range with enemy and be completely immune to your own self-damage - hardly seems fair. Players using splash-damage turrets just need to be more careful. Or as in Thunder's case - use the alteration that removes splash. Live-by-the-sword / Die-by-the-sword

    Titan: because it is a bit OP due to the long duration and the high protection %. I would rather keep duration and lower protection a bit. Dictator: That ship sailed a while ago when they added the cryo-alteration for smoky. Heat and freezing are no longer unique to firebird and Freeze.

    Titan: Prefer to keep the healing - but - protection could be dropped a bit - to 80% or so. Viking: Agree - loading weapons don't need damage increase - the rapid fire is enough. They can always add DD if handy. Hornet: I think ability to see enemies is useful But they need to make the marker smaller - it's interferes with aiming. Wasp: I agree. I see way too many bombs. They need to lower the boost kills give the recharge Hunter: You think charging should be slower? harder for Hunter to boost charge through kills as it only gets 3 seconds Mammoth: 5 seconds is too low - should be boosted to 7 seconds - a compromise from 10/5 Dictator: Seems fine as is - the freezing does not come into play that often as it is very short ranged

    You definitely need better than m1 Fox and Lion. Those are common turrets that kill very quickly. Gauss can't one-shot you unless you don't have DA equipped. Fire and Ricco are more of a threat. But since you have unlocked m3 you can't upgrade the m1 modules. You need to buy m3.

    Could be worse - could have been 7 wasps with Bombs. They are everywhere tonight. Multiple wasps in the new island map - freeze or fire.. always equipping DA first to survive long enough to drop a bomb. Even with all those buildings they are getting multiple enemies with 1 bomb.

    1) I was not considering the "freezing" at all. it is incidental 2) (It can... maybe). Smoky takes > 3 seconds to kill an unprotected medium hull. Way longer for a heavy. I suppose you save your DD for only when you have OD available - kinda wasting the potential of ranged weapons then. 30 seconds? Dictator OD gives it instant supplies and instant RK - has nothing to do with cooldowns of supplies. 3) Incorect. Might be 50/50. Have been in many no-supply battles that still had ODs activated.

    Are you not doing missions? If you play enough to run out of supplies, why are you not doing Challenge? Should go hand-in-hand...

    I think ppl underestimate Dictator OD. Hunter Approaching Dictator and both have OD handy. IF the Hunter actually does get close enough to activate, it better kill the Dictator in 3 seconds. Other wise the Dictator pops it's own OD and is at full health with all supplies. And... you should see them in Pro-Battles no supplies. They RULE. If enemy team has 1 (or more) and you have none, you don't stand a chance.
  14. Bad form to add this to your post. Unnecessary. I find close range (like freeze) actually better with Hunter, as you want to be close. You will use it more often. Sure shaft can rely on it for the few times they are ambushed while camping. But it does nothing for Shaft most of the time, and certainly does not help in sniping kills. Worst is Vulcan. use the Hunter OD, then, by the time your barrel has spun-up the target is moving again, and is free to use it's own OD. At best, Hunter OD allows the Vulcan to get a head-start as it flees...

    But you could play those battle-modes - nothing preventing you from doing so except maybe your dislike of them. However, getting a mission with requirements (like a turret) you can't meet automatically means you must use the free switch on that, and thus still have to keep the "finish top-3" mission that can, in actuality, become a 2 or even 3-day mission. And then there's the possibility you use the free switch on "use a turret [you don't have]" and get another just like it.

    You need to change your expectations, as this is not true. There's a difference between "satisfying gameplay experience" and "more powerful game play experience".

    So I can start mission with original combo... immediately switch... then with 30 seconds left switch back to original combo? If not, I just see players jumping out of a battle they have waited for because the combo does not suit the map. If we could see the map before battle starts (looking at you tanki-X lobby) that would be much, much better.

    Probably the ones trying to complete the Challenges. Takes a lot of hours of gameplay = lots of supply usage to acquire 2+ stars.

    This would be a horrible version of the idea, and I don't see it being implemented. The game is not designed for players to have all the combos. Way, way too expensive. Only buyers can acquire combos for the purposes of completing missions so.. adding another layer of P2Win. I honestly don't see how the original idea can be implemented fairly.

    So Hunter and wasp at disadvantage as their ODs don't work through obstacles and can't help across the island gaps. You're not supposed to need to reload. ;) One(two)-and-done.
