From my experience the range is pretty much ZERO - now you actually have to ram/touch the target - and - keep contact for 1 second. I've touched enemies for < 1 full second and they survived. :(

ODs have made support-nanobots obsolete. Better to use stock Isida which can kill when needed.

Costs a lot and they came out after the sale. Unless you have Gauss or have a crap-load of crystals burning a hole in your account most ppl have not had time to save up for it - especially anyone qualifying for m3. My Brigadier account bought one because 1) It has Gauss and 2) it was m2 - so on a 30% sale was affordable. Will take a loooong time for this account to save up for another m3 module.

It's not the OD - it's either you or the turret. And I can say same thing for Hunter-Vulcan. Hunter OD is for short-range. Vulcan sux up close. Not really compatible - as by the time Vulcan starts firing the stun has worn off. Hunter OD does not help shaft much either. Hornet OD is fine as-is. -
Tanki from the perspective of someone who has not played in a while

Well I have a Brigadier account - I stand by my statement. :P Not enough players in Pro-battles these days. Very few choices on battles and... inexplicably, half those battles have supplies enabled. Why not just play MM and complete the Challenge triers? But hey - if TO keeps changing things at same pace, I have every confidence there will be more players jumping ship from MM and eventually Pro-Battles will have a bigger share... That's enough to (possibly) reveal it's location. And the rest... ? -
Ever play Tanki-X?

I'm a F2P player and feel I have enough decent equipment to compete. At upper ranks it's not the gap in power that is an issue. For me it's actually the direction in which the game is being taken. It's not even close to the same game it was 2 years ago - less reliance on skill and strategy and more reliance on luck and bells and whistles. Feels like TO is catering to people with short attention spans that just like shiny things that dazzle. Having trouble getting anything done because you can't turn your turret? No problem... your OD is almost at 100%... ;) -
You are right - barely see them in battles now. ODs have changed the game - too much. <_< Have grown tired of playing a Super-Mario-Kart-tyoe kids game. They've already added meteorites - won't be long for earthquakes and giant cows. Hoping to see more players in Pro-battles.

Hornet OD does not need any help. And customizing 1 turret based on a hulls OD would be a mistake. A better solution would be to tweak the lock-on time slightly at each m-level. -

After shooting it leaves a trail - unlike smoky or Thunder - which require no lock-on. Sure you might get the first shot off as a surprise, but then there's a long reload. And as others have mentioned, in the fast game TO has become, there are not that many static targets. Lock-on is lost quite often due to many factors (i get bumped by team-mates all the time  ) If Gauss does not get the one-shot kill, enemies have options to survive. -
10 metres?

No misunderstanding - I know what you meant. And I am saying Hunter OD would UP if you removed the ability to stun. It's only 3 seconds, and has a short range. It can be avoided - I know because enemies have avoided my attempts. Dictator - it's freezing effect is a minor function. The power-ups (and ability to share) is what makes dictator potent. DA+DD+SB all at once make it powerful. Hunter just removing 1-3 of those would be feeble. Now if Stun effect were removed from Hunter, an acceptable substitute would be re-setting enemies cool-downs of ODs. But I have a feeling many players would sqawk at that.

DinG! DING! DING! I've been saying for a while - the Challenges and "WARS" have been leading to low-quality battles. Players don't care about the battle-mode.
-
Well don't keep us in suspense...
-
Which is just dumb. A turret damages itself as much as an enemy does. Why not make Thunder splash itself for 100%? <_<
-
Agree with most except the Hunter one. removing supplies from 1 (or possibly more) tanks pales in comparison to what other ODs can do,
-
When it lasted 10 seconds maybe. Can't do much with 5 seconds. enemies just wait it out and attack again in 5 seconds.
-
3/8 from 1 module is still very good... almost half the team.
-
Equip my smoky module - 5 of them makes it a no-brainer...
-
Since you know Riddler's profile, you also must know which is Riddler's most used turret? Ya think that might have an affect on K/D? And what does K/D have to do with anything? Seriously - you don't actually think it's important ... ... do you?

Meh. Have never been a fan of gold-drops - just something that interrupts a (possibly) decent battle. Used to be Thunder and then Striker and then Magnum firing into a pile of gold-hunters. :) Now Gauss adds a new dimension with it's generous splash radius.
-
Nah... Diesel is not a fan of Auto-cannon - yet ironically it was NOT a version of smoky that was causing problems. And you let them beat you? :o I kid.
-
Ya gotta back-read a bit on this. ;)
-
Gotta love those noobs players that cry when you kill them when gold drops. Do they think it is just a pushing contest?
