    Most of the "updates" they do now are to encourage us to spend even more crystals. Example... cut Isida healing in half. At same time make the nanobot alteration +100% healing. Voila - back to where you started for 55k crystals. Oh wait - there's a 50% damage nerf. :blink: No thanks.

    Not intentionally no. Does that come with a damage nerf? As you said - sitting there healing can become boring. You won't be doing anything else with that alteration equipped. Just like you don't mention the buff of an extra 20% to pool of attack energy. Depending on map, it's more profitable for Isida to destroy tanks than heal. Can now destroy 2 medium hulls on a pool of energy.

    Healing nerf yes. But you just got a 20% (5 seconds + 1 second) buff on the total damage you can do on a pool of energy. Use isida to attack - you can now destroy 2 medium hulls in on 1 tank of "energy".

    Isida sacrificing it's scoring (stars) and ability to accomplish missions? Maybe a few do it full-time in these battle-groups (again with no interest in stars?) Maybe a lot do it some of the time as part of a team. IMO the overall nerf for isidas healing overheating Vulcans means it will happen less often. Scoring went from 10 to 15 for a gain of 50% But now it takes 2x as long to heal that tank. So a net loss of 50%. To top it off, a chunk of that damage the Vulcan suffers does not count toward scoring. The math does not add up for the majority of Isidas to do this regularly.

    What's in it for the Isida (unless they are BFFs)? Will take Isida much longer to heal Vulcan and... that Vulcan wants to keep overheating to keep that Incendiary going. So Isida is only scoring on half the healing it is doing... My guess is you see less of that combo going forward...

    No but... you are getting above average crystal rewards... I have not seen 25k container for over 2 months. Might be going on 3. last 10k container was 2-4 weeks ago. Not opening as many containers as you - but still...

    When the mission chains were going we received 5 weekly containers after week 10 was reached. Over 4 weeks that's 20 weekly containers. Now with different levels of missions, many players will complete some, but not all 3 missions every week. Lets say over 4 weeks you accomplish the following containers... (a lot depending on the daily missions and that 1st mission) 3 + 6 + 5 + 6 = 20 weekly containers. AND... you get "regular" containers as a bonus - also dependent on what specific missions you drew. Seems like we get AT LEAST as many containers as we used to - and good chance for significantly more.

    I try to open them in batches of 10 at a time. In that batch of ten I am NOT averaging 28000 crystals. More like 10k. I too save up until I have ~ 10 containers. Then open them all. Last batch I got one 3500 crystals. rest were supplies or paints. Can't recall last time I saw 25k container - 2 or 3 months ago... maybe. Have Never (in two accounts) received 100k container. For me - I'd rather have more guaranteed crystals from weekly containers than gamble with the "regular" ones. Of course not everyone agrees. I agree this might have bigger impact on lower ranks since weekly containers are scaled to rank while regular ones are not. But - I have no issue with it since a W01 getting 1M crystals would be just ridiculous.

    When are they nerfing Smoky Incendiary Alt. Does more damage than Critical and you need two different modules to get full protection form one hit.

    Over past month my rewards from "door-number-1" containers have been really meh. At this point I'd rather have the guaranteed extra crystals over more mines/SB etc and a tiny chance at 10k crystals

    They also contain guaranteed crystals. And the "chance" of better rewards - at least for me - has not been all that great. Feels like they lowered the odds of getting something good compared to when they were first introduced.

    "regular containers" also had a lot of crap in them - high proportion of supplies you might already have in abundance or useless soccer paints. It's been quite some time since I've seen 10k crystals or 25k crystals. NEVER seen the 100k crystal reward. You are forgetting the part where they give us more weekly containers. If we get more weekly containers don't we also get more crystals from those extra containers?

    Isidas don't get scoring from healing an overheating Vulcan. I can imagine a few might do so anyway - but not the majority. I certainly don't dedicate myself to healing Vulcan's after I earned low scores in battles for doing that. The real issue is Incendiary Band on m3 hulls/turrets. At anything below m3 the Vulcan just self-destructs too often to use the alt. And same for the smoky alt. They are OP alterations and need to be tweaked.

    Seems low. Hard to believe my m3 17/20 Viking is already damaged every single time I drive over one and blow up... In any event - 90% of the time light hulls die on first mine - and they are often the players trying to cap. Not to mention m2 players... No-one can get through the Saboteur defense - I've been on teams with just 1 and enemy capped 0 flags - mostly because of the mines Likely needs tweaking so it has fewer mines.

    We don't need more new things. They should fix what we have at the moment. Plus... making it more complicated is not necessarily better. it's just more complicated. Not even looking forward to overdrives. The longer they take to implement the better. This is not Super-Mario-Kart. Go get a PlayStation if you like that stuff.

    I agree. MM battles are often just grinds to complete missions or get stars. Many (most?) of those battles are not really fun. Wanna play just to have fun? Pro-battles on maps and options that suit your playstyle.
  25. DM is one mode of many. The team-modes combined far outweigh DM in terms of battles played. As soon a striker tries to use salvo in any Team battles, multiple enemies target that striker and either disrupt the lock-on or outright kill the striker. Salvo does not get used nearly as often as desired. Plus in MM everyone is on supplies - getting a lock on targets with SB is much more difficult. They often get under cover before the missiles are launched. Even Titan M3+. Only noob (or desperate) heavy hulls are heading out to no-mans land where they are subject to salvos.
