Keep banging that drum and continue painting with that nice broad brush. it must be at least 3 feet wide. My issues have been... - teams that outnumber oponents by a good margin and still continue to use supplies = ridiculously lopsided - when only one team has enough supplies to start a drug war = ridiculously lop-sided Ridiculously lop-sided battles are bad for tanki in the long run. Your complaining about the complainers is somewhat ironic. "afraid" is emotional. Number of battles available is not emotional. It is factual. We'll see what battles are actually available after the free passes are gone.

For shaft it's hard to say. A lot of them do have the laser on all times - but - pointed at an object really close to them. A quick shift and they can target at full charge. Most instances the laser only visible for a fraction of a second.

Not necessarily. Especially at ranks that just unlocked M3 or bought their first kit (Medic). One M3-combo is what they (we) are stuck with for a few ranks. So I was stuck with Isida M3 or Smoky M2. The M2 was not performing well against M3s that have been MU'd.

Are you referring to the new damage count-display on the screen when you hit a target?

Not sure how that could be implemented - except maybe the way freeze slows a tank down.- 2,764 replies

JackHammer and Paladin come with medium hulls. The protection modules for each (Grizzly TJ / Badger TF ) are pretty good.
-
Well on those maps... looking at that pit in polygon... CP... Thunder is pretty good. SPLASH. Smoky is a good "all rounder" but - at longer distances the damage declines quickly.
-
I don't like the update on Isida because they have reversed the imbalance. Reversed - not removed. They went too far with the nerf. Isida can still gain experience. But it is now the turret that "can't defend itself". Sure it's main purpose now is to heal. So give me a mission specific to that "earn ___xp healing other tanks". All other turrets excel at killing and they can easily complete the "Destroy __ Tanks" or "__xp on DM". Isida - not so much.

It's hard to say - because EVERYONE over next 7 days will be Pro Pass. After the 7 days is up I'm not sure the "demographics" will be the same. It's a bit misleading at the moment.

What? Are you kidding? How about just logging into the other account that has the needed equipment?
-
You know nothing about me, so all of your "...players like you" has little merit. Sure there are mults in team battles and if you want to avoid that, that's you're choice. But to assume tankers who just play DM are "better" than tankers who play team battles is... just your opinion.
-
You hate some of the best combos for those maps... Are you aiming for Kills? Caps? Or just score = experience = possible crystals?
-
Try again. 3 of the 4 battle modes are team-based. Maybe you just don't know how to co-operate with others?
-
Don't compare K/D. it is pretty much a useless stat. Your M2 isida may be doing fine for now. Some questions for you though... - did you buy it at unlock rank, or in a kit? - are you fighting tankers of your rank or below? How do you fare against ranks above you? - do you use a lot of (garage) supplies? - Do you use it in DMs? As for alterations - unfortunately we have no guarantees what they will be. Strike that - there is one guarantee. They will cost a lot of crystals.
-
Why? Because the "rubbish" statement marginalizes my experiences so far in the game. There are many that can turn their turret. Combined with a vast use of supplies it can easily turn a close game into a route. Again, it's all opinions and we are free to disagree.

Depends on the map and what you want to do. Very large maps and looking to CF? probably hornet. Mostly mid-field killing? probably Viking as you can last longer and still get some supply drops. And useful in CP as well. Smaller maps and defending? I often go with titan as it lasts even longer giving you better chance to dish out more hits. Also good for DM.

Completed my DM mission last night on Rio with Smoky-Titan. Was lucky to get some DD drops. And as a bonus... I beat out a firebird-hornet for the Gold Drop!
-
Was a good read except for the above part...
-
I took it that the "bonus" was based off the straight baseline award (before any adjustments) "50%" bonus (on baseline award) for regular tankers. "150%" bonus (on baseline award) for premiums. guess it's all in the interpretation. So in hindsight either could be correct.
-
It is fine if you enjoy team battles. But if you end up needed lots of DMs for weekly missions, it quickly loses it's luster. Especially at Lt. General and above.
-
Announcement was not accurate. A 50% bonus on battle fund award of 1000 is (1000 x 1) + (1000 x 0.5) = 1500 crystals. A "150% bonus" on battle fund award of 1000 would be (1000 x 1) + (1000 x 1.5) = 2500 crystals. What really happens is... Battle fund award of 1000 = [ 1000 + (0.5 x 1000) ] x 2 (premium) = 3000 crystals. In effect premium gets a 200% bonus on the example Battle Fund award of 1000.

If I accidentally killed (or healed) someone I'd drive off the map. Actually... if score tied is one with fewest deaths ahead? If so I'd just keep driving off the map.
-
I agree - hate it when gold falls in team games. DMs - fine - everyone for themself. But Team Battles - more than half the time I ignore and either Capture Points or steal the Flag.
-
Did you create the Ossa (sp) battle last night? First time I've ever been on that map. I like it.
-
I know. Something does not add up. Unless the WIKI is wrong
