They have 1 skin now because of HTML5 and they want to base all new modification skins off of that one skin. And news flash - there's a ton of stuff buyers pay cash for. Have you actually played in the past 6 months?

  9. M2 might have needed a higher rank. But not m1.10. And of course it was buyers. They bought the striker kit, upgraded and wham - had equivalent of m2 smoky at ridiculously low rank. They can't do that now - no matter how much they spend. So NO - the m-system was not fine. Why on earth would you think the mk-system is not better than m-system? The power gap has been lowered and there is a bit more balance in the game.

    Yup. I didn't play it of course. Hate to say it - but I've quit about 1/3 of the battles MM has placed me in once I've seen the map. But I don't feel guilty because those maps should never have been included in 16 vs 16 battles.
  11. Oh it's far from perfect. But it's better than it was in this one regard. At least they have to reach WO5 (or higher) to get mk5, which, when upgraded is same as m1.10.

    It's nothing to do with mults and trolling them would be a complete waste of my time in a 7-minute battle. Problem arises for two reasons... 1) selfish or completely unaware tankers with tunnel vision, that don't play as if they are part of a team 2) Too many tanks on the maps. With 16 tanks each side, they are spawning all over and then trying to get somewhere. My behaviour as part of a team is to have a least some awareness of what my team-mates are doing. If I see a friendly shaft laser, or the "ears" of a Gauss up - I either wait till they shoot or... go around them. Pretty simple.

    Too many "medium" maps in this experiment. I keep getting placed in Year 2042, Barda and Bobriusk. with 16 vs 16 those maps are ?. E-X-I-T

    Move when my ears up and have a target lined up? I'm a Titan - in my dome - taking a shot. And we aren't talking about team-mates 50+m away. I can see them and hold the shot. I'm talking tanks 3m from me that drive right in front of my barrel as I release the spacebar. Why is it my responsibility to avoid team-mates when I'm sniping?
  15. So long as it's alphabetical by map name - and NOT IN RUSIAN. Not displaying map names in language of our browser is one of the dumbest things I've seen in TO yet.

    Depends on your missions. Good luck with Top-3 x15 as your weekly mission during this "experiment" as you compete with 16 tanks for 3 positions. And getting 100-300 kills during last "experiment" with double health was particularly brutal.

    Yeah, it's incredible how often team-mates moved in front of a sniping Gauss. Or bump you (in your own dome) as you are about to fire off a killing shot. On most of these maps there's just too many players. But then again I had these issues on Dusseldorf. The biggest map in the game and they still find a way to bump me or block my shot. ?

    Need different types and sizes. Both for strategy and equipment. Else it would get boring fast.

    How are there so many Gauss EMPs playing at same time? 1-2 on enemy team every battle. It's like anyone who bought that thing is playing at same time. Most broken augment out there.

    Berlin is fine. Just needs more time on the clock. Get 1 cap on that map and you can go in defensive shell and win when you only have 6.5 minutes to do the battle.

    No medium map, regardless of "levels" can support 16 vs 16. At any given time there will be 6-8 tanks within striking distance of their own flag. Makes capping just ridiculous unless there's unbalanced teams - and that just means blow-out. What is your fixation with homogenized map sizes?

    Including Barda is just dumb. It's a Medium sized map. What's the point? Just have different number of tanks based on map-size.

    Melee weapons already have an advantage when you get close. If you can't beat a camper up close you need to improve your equipment and/or revise your strategy.

    The only thing protecting newbies from dying is distance and cover. And maybe a Defender (but unlikely for newbies). EDIT: Add to that list noob team-mates that block my GAUSS snipe shot. Hard to believe in a map the size of Dusseldorf I-D-I-O-T team-mates will still find a way.
